Abstract

本发明公开了一种可精确控制的注塑模具,包括有上模和下模,所述下模固定在工装板上,上模安装在工装板的上方,所述上模由推送气缸带动升降位移,在所述下模的型腔中设置有温度感应器,并在所述型腔的下面设置有感应针,所述感应针与压力传感器相连接,所述温度感应器、压力感应器和推送气缸与电脑相连接;通过设置有温度感应器和感应针来检测模具内部的温度和压力,并通过设置有压力测试表和控制阀来控制上模的压合力和压合时间,本发明结构简单、可根据工件的成型效果来改变模具的压合力、温度和压合时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种可精确控制的注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具,将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品,模具中的温度、压合力和压合时间是影响工件成型质量的主要因素,现有的注塑模具价格昂贵,操作麻烦,且监控麻烦,并不适用于中小型企业,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可精确控制的注塑模具,通过设置有温度感应器和感应针来检测模具内部的温度和压力,以解决现有模具不易监控的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种可精确控制的注塑模具,包括有上模和下模,所述下模固定在工装板上,上模安装在工装板的上方,所述上模由推送气缸带动升降位移,在所述下模的型腔中设置有温度感应器,并在所述型腔的下面设置有感应针,所述感应针与压力传感器相连接,所述温度感应器、压力感应器和推送气缸与电脑相连接。
进一步改进在于:所述电脑中上设置有显示器用来显示气缸的推送力以及上模压合时间、模具内的温度和模具的压合力。
进一步改进在于:所述推送气缸的气管中设置有压力测试表和控制阀,所述压力测试表与控制阀相连接。
进一步改进在于:所述模具的注料口处设置有进料阀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过电脑来监控模具内的温度和模腔内的压力,并通过设置有压力测试表和控制阀来控制上模的压合力和压合时间,本发明结构简单、可根据工件的成型效果来改变模具的压合力、温度和压合时间。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种可精确控制的注塑模具,包括有上模1和下模2,所述下模2固定在工装板3上,上模1安装在工装板3的上方,所述上模1由推送气缸4带动升降位移,在所述下模2的型腔5中设置有温度感应器6,并在所述型腔5的下面设置有感应针7,所述感应针7与压力传感器8相连接,所述温度感应器6、压力感应器8和推送气缸4与电脑相连接。所述电脑中上设置有显示器用来显示气缸的推送力以及上模压合时间、模具内的温度和模具的压合力。所述推送气缸4的气管9上设置有压力测试表10和控制阀11,所述压力测试表10与控制阀11相连接。所述模具的注料口12处设置有进料阀13用来控制进料的数量。
本发明通过电脑来监控模具内的温度和模腔内的压力,并通过设置有压力测试表10和控制阀11来控制上模1的压合力和压合时间,本发明结构简单、可根据工件的成型效果来改变模具的压合力、温度和压合时间。

Claims (4)

1.一种可精确控制的注塑模具,包括有上模(1)和下模(2),所述下模(2)固定在工装板(3)上,上模(1)安装在工装板(3)的上方,所述上模(1)由推送气缸(4)带动升降位移,其特征在于:在所述下模(2)的型腔(5)中设置有温度感应器(6),并在所述型腔(5)的下面设置有感应针(7),所述感应针(7)与压力传感器(8)相连接,所述温度感应器(6)、压力感应器(8)和推送气缸(4)与电脑相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可精确控制的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述电脑中上设置有显示器用来显示气缸的推送力以及上模压合时间、模具内的温度和模具的压合力。
3.如权利要求1所述的可精确控制的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述推送气缸(4)的气管(9)上设置有压力测试表(10)和控制阀(11),所述压力测试表(10)与控制阀(11)相连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的可精确控制的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述模具的注料口(12)处设置有进料阀(13)。
