本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有美白功效的糖果。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种七子白糖果及其制备方法,其特征在于,原材料包括:糖5-10份、葡萄糖2-3份、胶质0.5-1.5份、七子白浸提液。
其中,所述七子白浸提液原材料包括白术3-5份、白芷3-5份、白芨3-5份、白蔹3-5份、白芍3-5份、白茯苓3-5份、 白僵蚕3-5份。
进一步的,所述七子白浸提液的制备方法如下:将白术、白芷、白芨、白蔹、白芍、白茯苓、白僵蚕按重量比为 1:1:1:1:1:1 混合研磨成粉末,加入其重量份2-3倍的牛奶,80-100℃浸提45-60min ;过滤,所得滤渣中加入3-5倍的水,80-100℃浸提30-40min,过滤,弃去滤渣 ;合并2次浸提液,过目筛,得到中草药浸提液,备用;
白芷:《本经》记载:"长肌肤,润泽,可做面脂。"无论是《千金面脂方》或是《玉容散》中都记载白芷是既可以美白,又可美体。
白蔹:《药性论》记载:"可治面上疮疱。"
白茯苓:《本草品汇精要》记载:"白茯苓为末可疗面疮。"
白芨:《药性论》记载:"治面上疮,令人肌滑。
白术:《药性论》记载:"主面光悦,驻颜祛斑。白芍:《本经》记载,白芍"主邪气腹痛、除血痹、破坚积寒热、止痛、利小便、益气",美容良药。
白僵蚕: 白僵蚕含有丰富的氨基酸和活性丝光素,有滋养皮肤和美容的作用。所含维生素E等多种营养成分能清除自由基,抗脂质氧化形成的色斑,对面部斑点有一定疗效。《神农本草经》载有“白僵蚕灭黑斑,令人面色好”的功效。
七种药材混合在一起制备浸提液,可使药效增强,提高糖果的功效。
所述的七子白糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤1:将糖、葡萄糖、纯净水、胶质、七子白浸提液混合搅拌,然后进行加温至100摄氏度熬制,熬煮过程中不断缓慢搅拌,至糖浆成浓稠拉丝状;
步骤2:将步骤1中糖浆倒入模具,冷却,烘干,平衡水分含量为 2-4%;步骤3:25~30小时后,将冷却,烘干后的成型糖果进行灭菌,包装。
进一步的,所述目筛为250目,经过250目筛的七子白浸提液,把粉末状中药成分滤掉,使最终制得的糖果口感光滑,不含杂质。
进一步的,所述步骤1中的糖为果糖。
果糖是最甜的单糖,其甜度是蔗糖的1.8倍,是所有天然糖中甜度最高的糖,在同样的甜味标准下,果糖的摄入量仅为蔗糖的一半。更重要的是,果糖不易导致高血糖,也不易产生脂肪堆积而发胖,更不会产生龋齿。可以说,果糖是目前世界上已知的最安全、最健康的糖之一。

七子白浸提液的制备方法如下:将白术、白芷、白芨、白蔹、白芍、白茯苓、白僵蚕按重量比为 1:1:1:1:1:1 混合研磨成粉末,加入其重量份2倍的牛奶,80℃浸提45min ;过滤,所得滤渣中加入3倍的水,80℃浸提30min,过滤,弃去滤渣 ;合并2次浸提液,过250目筛,得到中草药浸提液,备用;

七子白浸提液的制备方法如下:将白术、白芷、白芨、白蔹、白芍、白茯苓、白僵蚕按重量比为 1:1:1:1:1:1 混合研磨成粉末,加入其重量份3倍的牛奶,100℃浸提60min ;过滤,所得滤渣中加入5倍的水,100℃浸提40min,过滤,弃去滤渣 ;合并2次浸提液,过250目筛,得到中草药浸提液,备用;
七子白糖果的制备方法:
步骤1:将果糖、葡萄糖、纯净水、胶质、七子白浸提液混合搅拌,然后进行加温至100摄氏度熬制,熬煮过程中不断缓慢搅拌,至糖浆成浓稠拉丝状;
步骤2:将步骤1中糖浆倒入模具,冷却,烘干,平衡水分含量为 4%;步骤3:30小时后,将冷却,烘干后的成型糖果进行灭菌,包装。

3.如权利要求2中所述的七子白糖果,其特征在于:所述七子白浸提液的制备方法如下:将白术、白芷、白芨、白蔹、白芍、白茯苓、白僵蚕按重量比为 1:1:1:1:1:1 混合研磨成粉末,加入其重量份2-3倍的牛奶,80-100℃浸提45-60min ;过滤,所得滤渣中加入3-5倍的水,80-100℃浸提30-40min,过滤,弃去滤渣 ;合并2次浸提液,过目筛,得到中草药浸提液,备用;
