Abstract

本发明公开了一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法，将驴皮用乙醇脱脂除杂后与人参、肉桂等熬制的中药提取液混合，通过微波提取与常规熬制相结合的方法得到阿胶制品。本发明得到的阿胶具有补肾、健体、增强免疫力，明显促进特异性免疫功能和非特异性免疫功能；有抗放射损伤、延缓衰老和抗肿瘤等作用；能快速增加红细胞、血红蛋白，保护骨髓的造血功能，能纠正和减轻术后低蛋白血症和贫血等；适用于气血俱虚或久病体虚，面色萎黄，精神倦怠，腰膝乏力等，具有优良的滋补养生功效。

一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及保健药品技术领域，尤其涉及一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法。
背景技术
阿胶是指驴皮经煎煮浓缩制成的固体胶，其主要由骨胶原组成，水解后可得明胶、蛋白质、多种氨基酸以及活性肽等重要营养物质，并且含有多种微量元素，能补血止血、滋阴润肺，还有较强的抗贫血、抗疲劳以及增强记忆的作用，长期服用能够提高免疫力、强身壮体、美容养颜，具有极高的其滋补药用价值。
传统的阿胶产品主要是通过将驴皮与黄酒、冰糖等原料经过共同熬制，直至将驴皮内胶汁充分熬出，然后经过去渣、浓缩、出胶工序得到。这样得到的阿胶产品，一方面功效较为单一，起到的保健疗效有限，无法充分发挥滋补养生的效果，另一方面，传统的熬制方法须经多次反复熬制才能将阿胶中的胶汁充分熬出，工序繁多，而且在多次熬制的过程中容易将脂肪等杂质引入产品中，对产品的质量产生不利影响。因此，有必要对阿胶的加工方法作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法，工序简单，制得的产品含杂质少、滋补养生效果好、保健疗效高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将100-500g人参、50-200g肉桂、100-500g川芎、200-500g熟地黄、100-500g茯苓、200-500g白术、100-500g炙甘草、200-600g黄芪、200-600g川当归、100-600g白芍药加入50-100L水中，用中药提取机提取有效成分后过滤，得到中药提取液；
（2）将50-60kg驴皮去毛后切成方块，然后用水清洗干净，得到预处理驴皮；
（3）先向预处理驴皮中加中药提取液20-25L，用微波提取10-15min，过滤后将滤液备用，向滤渣中再加入中药提取液15-20L熬制20-24h，过滤后将滤液备用，向滤渣中加入剩余的中药提取液熬制20-24h，过滤后将滤液备用，合并三次得到的滤液，熬膏浓缩直至成膏状，加入50-100g黄酒、200-300g冰糖，倒入模板槽内，成型后切成合适大小方块，干燥后得到滋补养生阿胶。
所述步骤（1）中的提取条件为90-100℃，72h。
所述驴皮切成方块后大小为30*30cm。
所述步骤（3）中微波提取的条件为400-500W，90-100℃。
所述步骤（3）中熬制温度为90-100℃。
所述步骤（3）中的干燥方法为在阴凉处晾干，干燥温度为30-35℃。
人参：味甘、微苦，性温、平。补气，固脱，生津，安神，益智。适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症，也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效。
肉桂：补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉。治命门火衰，肢冷脉微，亡阳虚脱，腹痛泄泻，寒疝奔豚，腰膝冷痛，经闭症瘕，阴疽，流注，及虚阳浮越，上热下寒。
川芎：性味辛，温。行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛。
熟地黄：甘，微温。归肝、肾经。补血滋阴，益精填髓。主治肝肾阴虚，腰膝酸软，骨蒸潮热，盗汗遗精，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，心悸怔忡，月经不调，崩漏下血，眩晕耳鸣，须发早白，有强心、利尿、降血糖和升高外周白细胞，增强免疫功能等作用。
茯苓：味甘、淡，性平。利水渗湿，健脾，宁心。用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
白术：味苦，甘，性温。健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。
炙甘草：具有可调节机体免疫功能，抗肿瘤和止痛，滋阴，气血双补的功效和作用。
黄芪：性味甘，微温。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿，增强心肌收缩力，调节血糖含量，扩张冠状动脉，改善心肌供血，提高免疫功能，而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
川当归：主行气，行血化淤。
白芍药：有抗炎和免疫调节作用，能扩张血管、保肝、解毒、抗菌、抗肿瘤。
本发明的优点是：
本发明将人参、肉桂等中药进行复配，用中药提取机提取得到中药提取液，将驴皮去毛、切块后用乙醇浸泡处理，除去驴皮中的脂类杂质，得到预处理驴皮，然后将预处理驴皮与部分中药提取液混合，先经过一次微波提取处理，提高了胶原蛋白、氨基酸以及多肽有效成分的溶出性，然后经过两次常规熬制提取，将驴皮中有效成分充分熬出，最后合并滤液，熬膏浓缩，加入黄酒、冰糖，按常规方法得到阿胶产品。该加工工艺有效缩短了阿胶的加工周期，减少了加工工序，同时提高了有效成分的利用率，避免将脂肪等杂质引入产品，从而提高产品的质量。
本发明的阿胶具有补肾、健体、增强免疫力，明显促进特异性免疫功能和非特异性免疫功能；有抗放射损伤、延缓衰老和抗肿瘤等作用；能快速增加红细胞、血红蛋白，保护骨髓的造血功能，能纠正和减轻术后低蛋白血症和贫血等；适用于气血俱虚或久病体虚，面色萎黄，精神倦怠，腰膝乏力等，具有优良的滋补养生功效。
具体实施方式
一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将100g人参、50g肉桂、100g川芎、200g熟地黄、100g茯苓、200g白术、100g炙甘草、200g黄芪、200g川当归、100g白芍药加入50L水中，用中药提取机提取有效成分后过滤，得到中药提取液；
（2）将50kg驴皮去毛后切成方块，水清洗干净，得到预处理驴皮；
（3）先向预处理驴皮中加中药提取液20L，用微波提取10min，过滤后将滤液备用，向滤渣中再加入中药提取液15L熬制24h，过滤后将滤液备用，向滤渣中加入剩余的中药提取液熬制24h，过滤后将滤液备用，合并三次得到的滤液，熬膏浓缩直至成膏状，加入50g黄酒、200g冰糖，倒入模板槽内，成型后切成合适大小方块，干燥后得到滋补养生阿胶。

Claims (7)

1.一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将100-500g人参、50-200g肉桂、100-500g川芎、200-500g熟地黄、100-500g茯苓、200-500g白术、100-500g炙甘草、200-600g黄芪、200-600g川当归、100-600g白芍药加入50-100L水中，用中药提取机提取有效成分后过滤，得到中药提取液；
（2）将50-60kg驴皮去毛后切成方块，然后用水清洗干净，得到预处理驴皮；
（3）先向预处理驴皮中加中药提取液20-25L，用微波提取10-15min，过滤后将滤液备用，向滤渣中再加入中药提取液15-20L熬制20-24h，过滤后将滤液备用，向滤渣中加入剩余的中药提取液熬制20-24h，过滤后将滤液备用，合并三次得到的滤液，熬膏浓缩直至成膏状，加入50-100g黄酒、200-300g冰糖，倒入模板槽内，成型后切成合适大小方块，干燥后得到滋补养生阿胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滋补养生阿胶的加工方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（1）中的提取条件为90-100℃，72h。
