本发明公开了一种内衣扎染方法,主要包括以下步骤:A、将待染色的内衣按生产图案要求折叠成对应花型;B、对折叠后的内衣进行预处理;C、将预处理后的内衣装袋投入具有蓝色染液的染缸中;D、对染缸进行加热升温;E、进行降温固色水洗;F、脱水;G、脱水后的内衣放入柔软剂和定型剂进行柔软定型,本发明工艺简单、环保无污染,能够对内衣进行快速扎染,且扎染效果好,不易褪色,上色率和色牢度好。

一种内衣扎染方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,具体为一种内衣扎染方法。
背景技术
扎染古称扎缬、绞缬、夹缬和染缬,是中国民间传统而独特的染色工艺。织物在染色时部分结扎起来使之不能着色的一种染色方法,中国传统的手工染色技术之一。扎染工艺分为扎结和染色两部分。它是通过纱、线、绳等工具,对织物进行扎、缝、缚、缀、夹等多种形式组合后进行染色。其工艺特点是用线在被印染的织物打绞成结后,再进行印染,然后把打绞成结的线拆除的一种印染技术。它有一百多种变化技法,各有特色。如其中的“卷上绞”,晕色丰富,变化自然,趣味无穷。更使人惊奇的是扎结每种花,即使有成千上万朵,染出后却不会有相同的出现。这种独特的艺术效果,是机械印染工艺难以达到的,扎染是一种传统的民间工艺,传统都是将衣服面料进行手工扎染,效果不好而且保存时间较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内衣扎染方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种内衣扎染方法,主要包括以下步骤:
A、将待染色的内衣按生产图案要求折叠成对应花型;
B、对折叠后的内衣进行预处理:将折叠后的内衣放入快速渗透剂中渗透,渗透剂温度为35℃-45℃;处理时间为30min-40min;
C、将预处理后的内衣装袋投入具有蓝色染液的染缸中;
D、对染缸进行加热升温:将染缸加热温度至90℃-100℃,恒温15min-20min,得到扎染后的内衣;
E、进行降温固色水洗:将步骤D中扎染后的内衣放入皂液中进行固色水洗;
F、脱水:将固色水洗后的内衣放入甩干机中进行脱水;
G、脱水后的内衣放入柔软剂和定型剂进行柔软定型。
优选的,步骤C中蓝色染料按重量份数主要包括翠蓝色活性染剂15-30份、醋酸5-8份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、基苯磺酸钠7-12份、消泡剂1-3份、羟甲基纤维素10-20份、马来海松酸12-16份、烷基糖苷7-13份、抗菌剂3-5份以及蒸馏水30-50份。
优选的,步骤E中固色水洗主要分为三次皂洗:第一次皂洗:在 30℃-40℃的条件下进行 5min-8min,皂洗剂用量为3- 5g/L ;第二次皂洗:在45℃-55℃的条件下进行10min-13min,皂洗剂用量为1-2g/L;第三次皂洗:在70℃-80℃的条件下进行3min-5min,皂洗剂用量为0.5-1.5g/L。
优选的,步骤F中甩干机转速设为1000-2000转/分;脱水时间为3min-5min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明工艺简单、环保无污染,能够对内衣进行快速扎染,且扎染效果好,不易褪色,上色率和色牢度好。
(2)本发明的固色水洗采用三次皂洗,能够更加稳固扎染颜色,进一步提高了色牢度。
(3)本发明采用的蓝色染料着色能力强,环保无污染,同时还具有抗菌、除菌作用。

实施例一:
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种内衣扎染方法,主要包括以下步骤:
A、将待染色的内衣按生产图案要求折叠成对应花型;
B、对折叠后的内衣进行预处理:将折叠后的内衣放入快速渗透剂中渗透,渗透剂温度为35℃;处理时间为30min;
C、将预处理后的内衣装袋投入具有蓝色染液的染缸中;
D、对染缸进行加热升温:将染缸加热温度至90℃,恒温15min,得到扎染后的内衣;
E、进行降温固色水洗:将步骤D中扎染后的内衣放入皂液中进行固色水洗;
F、脱水:将固色水洗后的内衣放入甩干机中进行脱水;甩干机转速设为1000转/分;脱水时间为3min;
G、脱水后的内衣放入柔软剂和定型剂进行柔软定型。

实施例二:
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种内衣扎染方法,主要包括以下步骤:
A、将待染色的内衣按生产图案要求折叠成对应花型;
B、对折叠后的内衣进行预处理:将折叠后的内衣放入快速渗透剂中渗透,渗透剂温度为45℃;处理时间为40min;
C、将预处理后的内衣装袋投入具有蓝色染液的染缸中;
D、对染缸进行加热升温:将染缸加热温度至100℃,恒温20min,得到扎染后的内衣;
E、进行降温固色水洗:将步骤D中扎染后的内衣放入皂液中进行固色水洗;
F、脱水:将固色水洗后的内衣放入甩干机中进行脱水;甩干机转速设为2000转/分;脱水时间为5min;
G、脱水后的内衣放入柔软剂和定型剂进行柔软定型。
本实施例中,步骤C中蓝色染料按重量份数主要包括翠蓝色活性染剂30份、醋酸8份、聚乙烯醇10份、基苯磺酸钠12份、消泡剂3份、羟甲基纤维素20份、马来海松酸16份、烷基糖苷13份、抗菌剂5份以及蒸馏水50份,本发明采用的蓝色染料着色能力强,环保无污染,同时还具有抗菌、除菌作用。
本实施例中,步骤E中固色水洗主要分为三次皂洗:第一次皂洗:在 40℃的条件下进行 8min,皂洗剂用量为5g/L ;第二次皂洗:在55℃的条件下进行13min,皂洗剂用量为2g/L;第三次皂洗:在80℃的条件下进行5min,皂洗剂用量为1.5g/L,本发明的固色水洗采用三次皂洗,能够更加稳固扎染颜色,进一步提高了色牢度。
实施例三:
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种内衣扎染方法,主要包括以下步骤:
A、将待染色的内衣按生产图案要求折叠成对应花型;
B、对折叠后的内衣进行预处理:将折叠后的内衣放入快速渗透剂中渗透,渗透剂温度为40℃;处理时间为35min;
C、将预处理后的内衣装袋投入具有蓝色染液的染缸中;
D、对染缸进行加热升温:将染缸加热温度至95℃,恒温18min,得到扎染后的内衣;
E、进行降温固色水洗:将步骤D中扎染后的内衣放入皂液中进行固色水洗;
F、脱水:将固色水洗后的内衣放入甩干机中进行脱水;甩干机转速设为1500转/分;脱水时间为4min;
G、脱水后的内衣放入柔软剂和定型剂进行柔软定型。
本实施例中,步骤C中蓝色染料按重量份数主要包括翠蓝色活性染剂25份、醋酸7份、聚乙烯醇8份、基苯磺酸钠10份、消泡剂2份、羟甲基纤维素15份、马来海松酸14份、烷基糖苷10份、抗菌剂4份以及蒸馏水40份,本发明采用的蓝色染料着色能力强,环保无污染,同时还具有抗菌、除菌作用。
本实施例中,步骤E中固色水洗主要分为三次皂洗:第一次皂洗:在 35℃的条件下进行 6min,皂洗剂用量为4g/L ;第二次皂洗:在50℃的条件下进行11min,皂洗剂用量为1.5g/L;第三次皂洗:在75℃的条件下进行4min,皂洗剂用量为1g/L,本发明的固色水洗采用三次皂洗,能够更加稳固扎染颜色,进一步提高了色牢度。
本发明工艺简单、环保无污染,能够对内衣进行快速扎染,且扎染效果好,不易褪色,上色率和色牢度好。

1.一种内衣扎染方法,其特征在于:主要包括以下步骤:
A、将待染色的内衣按生产图案要求折叠成对应花型;
B、对折叠后的内衣进行预处理:将折叠后的内衣放入快速渗透剂中渗透,渗透剂温度为35℃-45℃;处理时间为30min-40min;
C、将预处理后的内衣装袋投入具有蓝色染液的染缸中;
D、对染缸进行加热升温:将染缸加热温度至90℃-100℃,恒温15min-20min,得到扎染后的内衣;
E、进行降温固色水洗:将步骤D中扎染后的内衣放入皂液中进行固色水洗;
F、脱水:将固色水洗后的内衣放入甩干机中进行脱水;
G、脱水后的内衣放入柔软剂和定型剂进行柔软定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣扎染方法,其特征在于:步骤C中蓝色染料按重量份数主要包括翠蓝色活性染剂15-30份、醋酸5-8份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、基苯磺酸钠7-12份、消泡剂1-3份、羟甲基纤维素10-20份、马来海松酸12-16份、烷基糖苷7-13份、抗菌剂3-5份以及蒸馏水30-50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣扎染方法,其特征在于:步骤E中固色水洗主要分为三次皂洗:第一次皂洗:在 30℃-40℃的条件下进行 5min-8min,皂洗剂用量为3- 5g/L ;第二次皂洗:在45℃-55℃的条件下进行10min-13min,皂洗剂用量为1-2g/L;第三次皂洗:在70℃-80℃的条件下进行3min-5min,皂洗剂用量为0.5-1.5g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内衣扎染方法,其特征在于:步骤F中甩干机转速设为1000-2000转/分;脱水时间为3min-5min。
