本发明涉及一种调温混纺机织物及其生产方法。
背景技术
Outlast蓄热调温纤维是一种新型“智能”纤维,它由Outlast公司于1988年开发成功,1994年首次用于商业用途,现已广泛用于时装和床上用品。Outlast纤维的调温效果是利用微胶囊技术将热敏相变材料(PCM)植入纤维内部而达到的,这种材料能以“潜热”的形式吸收、储存、释放大量的热量,它可以根据外界环境温度的变化进行固、液态相互转化,从而达到缓冲温度变化的效果。
DesignWeave公司开发了Outlast粘胶纱线与棉纱以及聚酯交织织造床单,具有良好的调温效果;NIKE推出了Outlast涤纶复合面料等新产品;英国玛莎(Marks&Spencer)公司为改进男士服装的舒适度,应用Outlast公司PCM技术推出了温度可调节系列内衣。国内对Outlast混纺纱的研究主要是将Outlast粘胶纤维或者Outlast腈纶纤维与棉、羊毛、再生纤维素纤维(Modal、Lyocell等)、羊绒、竹浆、涤纶纤维等混纺制得2组分或者3组分混纺纱,采用这些混纺纱加工的面料以针织面料为主,目前尚没有对Outlast调温纤维/棉/Tencel混纺机织面料进行研究的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优良的调温功能,同时该混纺机织物还具有透气、透湿,手感柔软舒适,生态环保的调温混纺机织物及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种调温混纺机织物,包括经纱、纬纱,其特征是:经沙、纬纱是由Outlast纤维以15%~75%混纺干重比与棉纤维、Tencel混纺制成的线密度为18.4tex的混纺纱,棉纤维与Tencel的干重比为3:2;所述混纺机织物经纱密度为400~600根/10cm,纬纱密度为150~250根/10cm;所述混纺机织物的织物组织结构为平纹、3/2斜纹或5/3缎纹;所述混纺机织物在20℃~40℃的升温速率为0.34~0.51℃/s,在40℃~20℃的降温速率为0.10~0.14℃/s;热阻为0.031~0.039m2·k/w,克罗值为0.228~0.257,传热系数为25.11~28.34w/(m2·k)。
所述混纺机织物透气率为400mm/s~800mm/s,湿阻为3.52 m2·Pa/w~4.29m2·Pa/w,透湿率为0.25 g/(m2·h·Pa)~0.35g/(m2·h·Pa);经向断裂强力为141.19N~154.93N,纬向断裂强力为122.36N~138.12N。
一种调温混纺机织物的生产方法,其特征是:将Outlast纤维以15%~75%的干重比与棉纤维、Tencel纤维混纺制成线密度为18.4tex的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱,棉纤维与Tencel的干重比为3:2;采用所述的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱作经纱和纬纱,配置经密为400~600根/10cm、纬密为150~250根/10cm,配置机织物的组织结构为平纹、3/2斜纹或5/3缎纹,制成织物。
所述Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱的纺制步骤如下:(1)将Outlast短纤、棉纤维、Tencel分别制成生条;(2)将上述生条按设计的混纺干重比并条制成熟条;(3)制备Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺细纱。
Outlast短纤生条制备工艺流程如下:原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→精梳;其中,原料选配要求:Outlast纤维平均长度为38.0~40.0mm,线密度为1.6~1.8dtex,回潮率为13.0%;原料预处理要求:将Outlast纤维均匀铺放在塑料薄膜上,向纤维上喷洒抗静电剂,并在密封状态下放置24h;
棉纤维生条制备工艺流程如下:开清棉→梳棉→精梳;其中,原料选配要求:棉纤维平均长度为30.0mm,线密度为1.6dtex,回潮率为9.2%;

Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺细纱工艺流程如下:粗纱→细纱→络筒。
所述Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱经上浆处理后制成织物,浆料选用普通变性淀粉/P24/TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料50/30/20,含固率10% ~12%。
配置织物组织结构为平纹、3/2斜纹、5/3缎纹,织造采用剑杆织机完成。
本发明的优点:
1.本发明提供的一种Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺机织物及其制备方法,以Outlast短纤维(平均长度为38.0~40.0mm,线密度为1.6~1.8dtex)、棉纤维(平均长度为30.0mm,线密度为1.6dtex,回潮率为9.2%)、Tencel(平均长度为38.0mm,线密度为1.7dtex,回潮率为11.0%)混纺得到的混纺纱作为原料经上浆在整理、织造后得到,其在20℃~40℃的升温速率和40℃~20℃的降温速率明显降低,具有优良的调温功能,同时该混纺机织物还具有透气、透湿,手感柔软舒适,生态环保的优良特性。
2.本发明提供的一种Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺机织物及其制备方法,生产成本易接受,原料易得到,工艺流程简易。
3.本发明提供的一种Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺机织物及其制备方法,得到的混纺机织物的性能指标如下:在20℃~40℃的升温速率为0.34℃/s~0.51℃/s,在40℃~20℃的降温速率为0.10℃/s~0.14℃/s。热阻为0.031~0.039m2 ·k/w,克罗值为0.228~0.257,传热系数为25.11~28.34w/(m2·k)。
透气透湿性能:织物透气率为400mm/s~800mm/s,湿阻为3.52 m2·Pa/w~4.29m2·Pa/w,透湿率为0.25 g/(m2·h·Pa)~0.35g/(m2·h·Pa)
断裂强力:织物经向断裂强力为141.19N~154.93N,纬向断裂强力122.36N~138.12N。

一、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱制备,其纺制步骤如下:
(1)Outlast调温短纤生条的制备:原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→精梳。其中,原料选配要求:Outlast调温纤维平均长度为38.0~40.0mm,线密度为1.6~1.8dtex,回潮率为13.0%。其中原料预处理要求:将Outlast调温纤维均匀铺放在塑料薄膜上,向纤维上喷洒一定量的抗静电剂,并在密封状态下放置24h。
棉纤维生条的制备:开清棉→梳棉→精梳。其中,原料选配要求:棉纤维平均长度为30.0mm,线密度为1.6dtex,回潮率为9.2%。
Tencel生条的制备:开清棉→梳棉→精梳。其中,原料选配要求:天丝纤维平均长度为38.0mm,线密度为1.7dtex,回潮率为11.0%。
(2)Outlast/棉/Tencel并条的制备,其工艺流程如下:头道并条 →二道并条→三道并条。其中,本实施例中设计的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺干重比为40/36/24,根据Outlast调温纤维回潮率13%、棉纤维回潮率9.2%、Tencel回潮率11%确定三种纤维的混纺干重。
(3)Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺细纱的制备,其工艺流程如下:粗纱→细纱→络筒。
最后纺制成线密度为18.4tex的混纺纱线,混纺干重比为Outlast/棉/Tencel40/36/24。
二、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺机织物织造,其步骤如下:
(1)将制成的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用普通变性淀粉/P24/TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料50/30/20,含固率 10% ~12%。
(2)采用步骤(1)制成的混纺纱作经、纬纱,配置混纺机织物织物组织结构为3/2斜纹,经纱密度为500根/10cm,纬纱密度为240根/10cm, 采用剑杆织机织造,穿入数为5,制成Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物。
本实施例所制成的Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物测得的性能指标如下:
在20℃~40℃的升温速率为0.44℃/s,在40℃~20℃的降温速率为0.11℃/s。热阻为0.035m2 ·k/w,克罗值为0.238,传热系数为26.37w/(m2·k)。
透气透湿性能:织物透气率为500mm/s,湿阻为3.85 m2·Pa/w,透湿率为0.29 g/(m2·h·Pa)
断裂强力:织物经向断裂强力为145.27N,纬向断裂强力为127.34N。
实施例2
Outlast/棉/Tencel新型调温混纺机织面料制备:
一、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱制备,其纺制步骤如下:

(2)采用步骤(1)制成的混纺纱作经、纬纱,配置混纺机织物织物组织结构为5/3缎纹,经纱密度为550根/10cm,纬纱密度为200根/10cm, 采用剑杆织机织造,穿入数为5,制成Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物。
本实施例所制成的Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物测得的性能指标如下:
在20℃~40℃的升温速率为0.46℃/s,在40℃~20℃的降温速率为0.10℃/s。热阻为0.036m2 ·k/w,克罗值为0.232,传热系数为25.63w/(m2·k)。
透气透湿性能:织物透气率为600mm/s,湿阻为4.02 m2·Pa/w,透湿率为0.32 g/(m2·h·Pa)。
断裂强力:织物经向断裂强力为141.39N,纬向断裂强力为122.36N。
实施例3
Outlast/棉/Tencel新型调温混纺机织面料制备:
一、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱制备,其纺制步骤如下:
(1)Outlast调温短纤生条的制备:原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→精梳。其中,原料选配要求:Outlast调温纤维平均长度为38.0~40.0mm,线密度为1.6~1.8dtex,回潮率为13.0%。其中原料预处理要求:将Outlast调温纤维均匀铺放在塑料薄膜上,向纤维上喷洒一定量的抗静电剂,并在密封状态下放置24h。
棉纤维生条的制备:开清棉→梳棉→精梳。其中,原料选配要求:棉纤维平均长度为30.0mm,线密度为1.6dtex,回潮率为9.2%。
Tencel生条的制备:开清棉→梳棉→精梳。其中,原料选配要求:天丝纤维平均长度为38.0mm,线密度为1.7dtex,回潮率为11.0%。
(2)Outlast/棉/Tencel并条的制备,其工艺流程如下:头道并条 →二道并条→三道并条。其中,本实施例中设计的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺干重比为40/36/24,根据Outlast调温纤维回潮率13%、棉纤维回潮率9.2%、Tencel回潮率11%确定三种纤维的混纺干重。
(3)Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺细纱的制备,其工艺流程如下:粗纱→细纱→络筒。
最后纺制成线密度为18.4tex的混纺纱线,混纺干重比为Outlast/棉/Tencel40/36/24。
二、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺机织物织造,其步骤如下:
(1)将制成的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用普通变性淀粉/P24/TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料50/30/20,含固率 10% ~12%。
(2)采用步骤(1)制成的混纺纱作经、纬纱,配置混纺机织物织物组织结构为平纹,经纱密度为400根/10cm,纬纱密度为150根/10cm, 采用剑杆织机织造,四片综飞穿法,制成Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物。
本实施例所制成的Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物测得的性能指标如下:
在20℃~40℃的升温速率为0.41℃/s,在40℃~20℃的降温速率为0.12℃/s。热阻为0.032·k/w,克罗值为0.232,传热系数为27.36w/(m2·k)。
透气透湿性能:织物透气率为400mm/s,湿阻为3.68 m2·Pa/w,透湿率为0.26 g/(m2·h·Pa)。
断裂强力:织物经向断裂强力为151.13N,纬向断裂强力为132.42N。

Claims (1)
1.一种柔软舒适、生态环保的调温混纺机织面料的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(一)、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱制备,其纺制步骤如下:
(1)Outlast调温短纤生条的制备:原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→精梳;其中,原料选配要求:Outlast调温纤维平均长度为38.0~40.0mm,线密度为1.6~1.8dtex,回潮率为13.0%;其中原料预处理要求:将Outlast调温纤维均匀铺放在塑料薄膜上,向纤维上喷洒一定量的抗静电剂,并在密封状态下放置24h;
棉纤维生条的制备:开清棉→梳棉→精梳;其中,原料选配要求:棉纤维平均长度为30.0mm,线密度为1.6dtex,回潮率为9.2%;
Tencel生条的制备:开清棉→梳棉→精梳;其中,原料选配要求:天丝纤维平均长度为38.0mm,线密度为1.7dtex,回潮率为11.0%;
(2)Outlast/棉/Tencel并条的制备,其工艺流程如下:头道并条 →二道并条→三道并条;其中,Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺干重比为40/36/24等,根据Outlast调温纤维回潮率13%、棉纤维回潮率9.2%、Tencel回潮率11%确定三种纤维的混纺干重;
(3)Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺细纱的制备,其工艺流程如下:粗纱→细纱→络筒;
最后纺制成线密度为18.4tex的混纺纱线,混纺干重比为Outlast/棉/Tencel40/36/24;
(二)、Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺机织物织造,其步骤如下:
(1)将制成的Outlast/棉/Tencel混纺纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用普通变性淀粉/P24/TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料50/30/20,含固率 10% ~12%;
(2)采用步骤(1)制成的混纺纱作经、纬纱,配置混纺机织物织物组织结构为平纹,经纱密度为400根/10cm,纬纱密度为150根/10cm, 采用剑杆织机织造,四片综飞穿法,制成Outlast/棉/Tencel调温型混纺机织物。
