本发明涉及一种农药溶解剂,具体涉及一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂。该清除剂是由硬脂酸0.02‑0.025份、柠檬酸钙1.5‑1.8份、甘草酸二钾1‑2份、糖化酶2‑2.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.01‑0.02份、魔芋精粉10‑12份、乙醇10‑15份、白醋10‑15份,水100‑120份混合后,通入均质乳化机中,在1800‑2000rpm剪切力下搅拌8‑10分钟,得到成品,本发明一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂安全、无毒,制作方法简单,所使用原料成本较低,使用方便,能够快速使蔬菜表面残留农药溶出,且具有一定保鲜作用。

本发明涉及一种农药溶解剂,具体涉及一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂。
背景技术
现代种植中,随着环境污染的加剧,蔬菜的病虫害也越来越重,农药已经广泛使用,绝大部分蔬菜需要连续多次放药后才能成熟上市,但由于部分违规农药和不规范操作的存在,使得蔬菜的农药残留水平不符合规定,长期食用残留农药的蔬菜对人体的健康损害极大,目前消费者多靠清水浸泡、盐水浸泡、苏打水浸泡、加热漂烫这些简单的方法来降低蔬菜中的农药残留,虽然方法比较简单,但降解效果并不好。
发明内容
为解决现有蔬菜农残处理效果不好的问题,本发明提供一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂,其使用方便,成本较低,对人体无毒副作用,极其适合日常家庭使用。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂,该清除剂是由下列成分按重量份数配比组成,
硬脂酸0.02-0.025份、柠檬酸钙1.5-1.8份、甘草酸二钾1-2份、糖化酶2-2.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.01-0.02份、魔芋精粉10-12份、乙醇10-15份、白醋10-15份,水100-120份。
将硬脂酸、柠檬酸钙、甘草酸二钾、糖化酶、羧甲基纤维素钠、魔芋精粉、乙醇、白醋、水混合后,通入均质乳化机中,在1800-2000rpm剪切力下搅拌8-10分钟,得到成品。
在使用时,将本发明茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂与清水按1:1000的比例混合,将茎叶类蔬菜完全放入其中浸泡2-3分钟后,取出用清水冲洗即可。
本发明一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂安全、无毒,制作方法简单,所使用原料成本较低,使用方便,能够快速使蔬菜表面残留农药溶出,且具有一定保鲜作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂,该清除剂是由下列成分按重量份数配比组成,
硬脂酸0.02份、柠檬酸钙1.5份、甘草酸二钾1份、糖化酶2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.01份、魔芋精粉10份、乙醇10份、白醋10份,水100份。
将硬脂酸、柠檬酸钙、甘草酸二钾、糖化酶、羧甲基纤维素钠、魔芋精粉、乙醇、白醋、水混合后,通入均质乳化机中,在1800rpm剪切力下搅拌8分钟,得到成品。
实施例2、一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂,该清除剂是由下列成分按重量份数配比组成,
硬脂酸0.025份、柠檬酸钙1.8份、甘草酸二钾2份、糖化酶.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.02份、魔芋精粉12份、乙醇15份、白醋15份,水120份。
将硬脂酸、柠檬酸钙、甘草酸二钾、糖化酶、羧甲基纤维素钠、魔芋精粉、乙醇、白醋、水混合后,通入均质乳化机中,在2000rpm剪切力下搅拌10分钟,得到成品。
以下结合具体实验对本发明进行说明,
以新鲜菠菜作为实验蔬菜,均分成A、B两等份,其中A份不作处理,直接取2克做检测样品,剪碎,将剪碎后的菠菜装入玻璃杯中,按1g菠菜倒入5ml缓冲液的配比加入缓冲液摇晃2分钟,静置后取上澄清液,分别吸入大针管,注入干净的玻璃小瓶中,向上澄清液中加入100ul显色剂摇匀后在37℃下放置15分钟后,加入100ul底物摇匀,最后,再将玻璃小瓶里的混合液体倒入专业的方形玻璃小槽,放入农药残留快速测试仪里2分钟,进行检测;
其中,将B份菠菜放入由本发明茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂与清水按1:1000的比例混合得到的浸泡液中,将菠菜完全放入其中浸泡2-3分钟后,取出沥干水分,取2克处理后的菠菜做检测样品,剪碎,将剪碎后的菠菜装入玻璃杯中,按1g菠菜倒入5ml缓冲液的配比加入缓冲液摇晃2分钟,静置后取上澄清液,分别吸入大针管,注入干净的玻璃小瓶中,向上澄清液中加入100ul显色剂摇匀后在37℃下放置15分钟后,加入100ul底物摇匀,最后,再将玻璃小瓶里的混合液体倒入专业的方形玻璃小槽,放入农药残留快速测试仪里2分钟,进行检测。
以新鲜豇豆作为实验蔬菜,均分成A、B两等分,其中A、B两份豇豆的处理方法与A、B两份菠菜处理方法相同。
以新鲜韭菜作为实验蔬菜,均分成A、B两等分,其中A、B两份韭菜的处理方法与A、B两份菠菜处理方法相同。
其中缓冲液配制:取5.5g无水磷酸氢二钾与180g磷酸二氢钾,加入500ml蒸馏水,溶解搅拌均匀,密闭、遮光、阴凉处保存。
其中显色剂配制:取60mg二硫代二硝基苯甲酸和12mg碳酸氢钠,加入15ml缓冲溶液溶解,4℃冰箱中保存。
其中底物配制:取320mg硫代乙酰胆碱,加入15ml蒸馏水溶解,4℃冰箱中保存。
实验结果:其中,A份菠菜经检测后,残留农药量为32.51%,B份菠菜经检测后,残留农药量为1.37%。
其中,其中,A份豇豆经检测后,残留农药量为48.69%,B份豇豆经检测后,残留农药量为2.05%。
其中,其中,A份韭菜经检测后,残留农药量为40.58%,B份豇豆经检测后,残留农药量为1.44%。
取新鲜菠菜、分成等量A、B两份,其中,A份在常温贮存过程中,每隔6小时雾喷一次清水,B份在常温贮藏过程中,每隔6小时雾喷一次本发明茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂与清水按1:1000的比例混合得到的混合液,经过48小时贮存后,分别取样进行蔬菜水果保鲜技术试管微生物培养,并对培养基斜面上蔬菜水果保鲜技术是否有菌落及菌落的多少进行观察定性和定量的分析。
结果:A组处理:效果一般,贮存48小时后,菠菜叶明显萎焉;微生物培养后,菌落数量较多。
B组处理:效果较好贮存48小时后,菠菜叶几乎没有变化;微生物培养后,未观察到有菌落存在。

硬脂酸0.02-0.025份、柠檬酸钙1.5-1.8份、甘草酸二钾1-2份、糖化酶2-2.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.01-0.02份、魔芋精粉10-12份、乙醇10-15份、白醋10-15份,水100-120份。

硬脂酸0.022-0.024份、柠檬酸钙1.6-1.7份、甘草酸二钾1.3-1.8份、糖化酶2.2-2.4份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.013-0.017份、魔芋精粉10.5-11.5份、乙醇12-14份、白醋12-14份,水105-115份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂,其特征在于,该清除剂是由下列成分按重量份数配比组成,
硬脂酸0.023份、柠檬酸钙1.65份、甘草酸二钾1.5份、糖化酶2.3份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.015份、魔芋精粉11份、乙醇13份、白醋13份,水110份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种茎叶类蔬菜农药残留清除剂,其特征在于,该清除剂制作时,
将硬脂酸、柠檬酸钙、甘草酸二钾、糖化酶、羧甲基纤维素钠、魔芋精粉、乙醇、白醋、水混合后,通入均质乳化机中,在1800-2000rpm剪切力下搅拌8-10分钟,得到成品。
