背景技术
麂皮最初来源于自然界中一种名叫麂的动物，由于麂皮的特殊纹理、 手感和舒适性，使得人们对麂皮的需求量不断增加。作为一款天然麂皮的替代产品，麂皮绒是一种仿真性极强的织物，由于它特殊的性质使其具有优良的服用性、功能性与使用性，而其成本价格仅为天然麂皮的三分之一。 为减少我国野生资源的过度开发，维持生态平衡，改善人民的生活环境，显然，麂皮绒的开发具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。经过多年的发展，麂皮绒已经成为一款被广大消费者所熟知的常规的产品，但是在染整加工中它却存在出疵率高、质量不稳定等问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述染色布料缺乏鲜明特色布料品种的技术缺陷，本发明公开一种全涤氨纶麂皮绒布的染液结构和染整工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种全涤氨纶麂皮绒布的染液结构和染整工艺，染液结构包含染料组分、染料助剂组分和水，染料组分与基布按重量比为1:10并按重量百分比包括分散黑ECT45.45%、分散黑E/SSFA45.45%、分散红玉SE/GFL7.27%、分散金黄SE/RL1.83%，染料助剂组分按基布重量计，染色酸1%，匀染剂1%、乳化防粘除油剂0.5%，水按基布重量比为10比1；染整工艺包括前处理、染色、加助剂和后整理工艺；前处理工艺为将基布投入到含15%液碱的溶液里后，将溶液升温到110°C保持30min；染色工艺为按比例将染料和染料助剂加入到水中，再将经前处理的基布投入到染液后，在130°温度环境里染色40min。
加助剂工艺为将染色后的基布投入到含有4%亲水起毛剂和2%吸湿整理剂的溶液里，在室温下保持20min后出缸。
后整理工艺包括磨毛和拉幅热定型，磨毛在磨毛机上进行往复3次的磨毛；拉幅热定型工艺在10箱热定型机上进行，温度180°C，速度30码。
本发明的有益效果是：经本工艺处理和加工的产品成品率高、质量好，而且透气、透湿、柔软有弹性，毛感柔软，有糯性，悬垂性好，质地轻薄，且具有天然麂皮的绒毛根效果。产品广泛应用于箱包、鞋材、服装、汽车内饰、洁净布、皮革底布、高档包装盒、灯饰材料和窗帘布料等。
