本发明公开了一种滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,包括机架(1),在所述机架(1)上装有转盘(6),该转盘上装有若干个夹胶组件(7),在所述夹胶组件中装有上滤纸组件(8),在所述机架上、并在夹胶组件的上方处装有注胶组件(4)。在所述机架上、并在出料位置的上滤纸组件侧边处装有出料组件(5),在所述机架上、并在注胶组件与出料组件之间处的上滤纸组件侧边处装有推料定位组件(3)。由本发明制得的滤芯涂胶长度长、涂胶全面,密封性能好,增加了滤纸的过滤面积,大大提高了过滤效率,能代替原钢带材质夹条,节省了大量的水电消耗,起到了环保节能的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及滤纸粘接设备,具体是涉及一种滤纸注胶夹胶机构。
背景技术
目前,车用滤清器所用的滤芯是靠钢带材质的夹条通过焊接几个位置点的方式将滤纸连接在一起,在焊接过程中由于人工拿着滤纸而造成滤纸两端无法焊接,焊接长度减小,焊接后的夹条容易存在缝隙,影响过滤质量。而且在滤芯连接前要先制作夹条,工序繁琐。随着社会的发展,国家大力提倡节能降耗环保,而钢带材质的夹条制作过程消耗大量的水电,将钢带作为连接滤芯的夹条,显然已不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种利用注胶、夹胶方式制成滤芯的滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构。
本发明目的通过如下的技术方案来实现:滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,包括机架,在所述机架上装有转盘,该转盘上装有若干个夹胶组件,在所述夹胶组件中装有上滤纸组件,在所述机架上、并在夹胶组件的上方处装有注胶组件。
在所述机架上、并在出料位置的上滤纸组件侧边处装有出料组件,在所述机架上、并在注胶组件与出料组件之间处的上滤纸组件侧边处装有推料定位组件。
采用本发明后,通过转盘的转动带动上滤纸组件,由人工将滤纸放在上滤纸组件(上滤纸工位)上并由推料定位组件进行推入定位,由注胶组件由前往后对滤纸注胶、并由夹胶组件进行夹胶处理,再由出料组件(出料工位)送出。这样粘接而成的滤芯因为没有人工的手持粘接操作,其注胶长度长、注胶全面,密封性能好,大大降低了滤芯短路(过滤效果差)的风险,而热熔胶仅需一定温度将其融化,就能完成滤芯的粘接,能代替原钢带材质夹条,节省了大量的水和电而节能环保,省时省力。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图与实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参照附图1可知,本发明滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,包括机架(1),在所述机架1上(中间位置处)装有转盘6,该转盘6上装有若干个夹胶组件7,在所述夹胶组件7(可开闭的剪刀状)中装有上滤纸组件8,在所述机架1上、并在夹胶组件7的上方处装有注胶组件4。所述夹胶组件7和上滤纸组件8成圆周状均布在转盘6上,其中上滤纸组件8处在夹胶组件7的稍下方位置而便于夹持,也可装在转盘上。
在所述机架1上、并在出料位置的上滤纸组件侧边处装有出料组件5,在所述机架1上、并在注胶组件4与出料组件5之间处的上滤纸组件(上滤纸工位A)侧边处装有推料定位组件3。
所述注胶组件4包括注胶头11,该注胶头11分别与横向移动装置9和纵向移动装置10连接,在所述上滤纸组件8的后端部处装有定位块12(也可直接装在转盘上)。在所述机架1上、并在出料组件5与推料定位组件3之间处装有安全光幕13(相当于接近开头感应)。在所述机架1上装有微电脑控制组件2(即控制面板),所述夹胶组件7、注胶组件4、推料定位组件3、出料组件5、安全光幕13分别与该微电脑控制组件2相连,并由其统一调控。
本发明的工作原理是:人工将待粘接滤纸放在上滤纸组件8的上滤纸工位上,通过转盘6的转动将滤纸转到推料定位组件3位置处,由推料定位组件3向内推动滤纸至定位块12处定位,在转至注胶组件的注胶头处时,注胶头11在横向移动装置9和纵向移动装置10的推动下而下移到滤纸的头尾结合处,由前往后开始注胶,注胶成功后而横向移动装置9和纵向移动装置10带动注胶头11离开滤纸粘接处。然后,夹胶组件7夹紧该滤纸并移动三个夹胶工位B(即热熔胶的粘接固化)的距离,等待热熔胶的冷却而实现滤纸头尾粘接;在转盘6的继续带动下转到出料组件位置处,夹胶工位的夹胶组件7自动松开,在出料组件5的推动下将粘接好的滤纸(即滤芯)推出;在整个工作过程中,安全光幕13起到防护作用,当操作人员身体的任何一部位进入安全光幕13范围内(即转盘6的旋转范围)时,本注胶夹胶机构暂不工作,由其全程提供保护。

Claims (5)

1.滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,包括机架(1),其特征在于:在所述机架(1)上装有转盘(6),该转盘(6)上装有若干个夹胶组件(7),在所述夹胶组件(7)中装有上滤纸组件(8),在所述机架(1)上、并在夹胶组件(7)的上方处装有注胶组件(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,其特征在于:在所述机架(1)上、并在出料位置的上滤纸组件侧边处装有出料组件(5),在所述机架(1)上、并在注胶组件(4)与出料组件(5)之间处的上滤纸组件侧边处装有推料定位组件(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,其特征在于:所述注胶组件(4)包括注胶头(11),该注胶头(11)分别与横向移动装置(9)和纵向移动装置(10)连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,其特征在于:在所述机架(1)上、并在出料组件(5)与推料定位组件(3)之间处装有安全光幕(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的滤纸自动注胶夹胶机构,其特征在于:在所述机架(1)上装有微电脑控制组件(2),所述夹胶组件(7)、注胶组件(4)、推料定位组件(3)、出料组件(5)、安全光幕(13)分别与该微电脑控制组件(2)相连,并由其统一调控。
