一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例42例，年龄20～45岁。病程最短者1个月，最长者达1年，平均3个月。
二、诊断标准：
1、妇女子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降，至宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宫全部脱出阴道门外；
2、有下腹隐痛、坠胀等症；
3、妇科检查：子宫下垂的程度，一般分为三度；
一度：子宫颈下垂至坐骨棘平面以下，但不超过阴道口；
二度：子宫颈与部分子宫体脱出于阴道口外，常伴有阴道前后壁膨出；
三度：宫颈与宫体全部脱出于阴道口外，常伴有阴道前后壁膨出。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。10天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：子宫恢复正常位置，半年未复发；
2、好转：宫颈与宫体向上回纳，但未恢复到正常位置；
3、未愈：症状与体征无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈28例，好转9例，未愈5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：周某，24岁。顺产，产程过长，产后1个月后出现1度子宫脱垂，平躺即回，有咳嗽漏尿现象。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，未再出现子宫脱垂现象，咳嗽不再漏尿；继续服用2个疗程，子宫位置恢复正常，治愈。
病例2：田某，30岁。剖腹产后出现咳嗽漏尿，2度子宫脱垂，伴白带增多、恶臭。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，子宫向上回纳，但未恢复正常位置，漏尿明显减轻，白带正常；续服3个疗程后，子宫位置恢复正常，治愈。

1. 一种治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪10-30份，山茱萸10-20份，党参10-20份，桔梗5-15份，双肾草10-20份，黄花倒水莲10-20份，巴戟天10-20份，蓖麻仁5-15份，禹余粮10-20份，地瓜根10-20份，金樱子5-15份，凤尾草10-20份，大枣10-20份，五味子5-15份，繁缕10-20份，黄毛榕10-20份，淡菜10-20份，龙船花5-15份，紫河车10-20份，乌梅10-20份，人参10-20份，菟丝子10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪20份，山茱萸15份，党参15份，桔梗10份，双肾草15份，黄花倒水莲15份，巴戟天15份，蓖麻仁10份，禹余粮15份，地瓜根15份，金樱子10份，凤尾草15份，大枣15份，五味子10份，繁缕15份，黄毛榕15份，淡菜15份，龙船花10份，紫河车15份，乌梅15份，人参15份，菟丝子15份，甘草10份。
