子宫肌瘤又称子宫平滑肌瘤，是女性生殖器最常见的一种良性肿瘤，其多无症状，少数表现为阴道出血，腹部触及肿物以及压迫症状等。如发生蒂扭转或其他情况是可引起疼痛，以多发性子宫肌瘤常见。
与以前相比，子宫肌瘤越来越青睐三四十岁的中年女性，特别是未育、性生活失调和性情抑郁这三类女性。妇科专家介绍，子宫肌瘤的具体原因目前尚不十分明确，但研究表明，激素分泌过于旺盛，是导致子宫肌瘤的最普遍原因，而女性的这三种行为模式，是造成内分泌紊乱，导致激素分泌过剩的罪魁祸首，这种疾病严重影响着女性人群的身心健康。 
现代医学非手术治疗子宫肌瘤，主要通过对抗雌激素活性抑制子宫肌瘤的生长，甚至使肌瘤缩小，从而减轻或缓解肌瘤相关症状，但一般不能消除及根治，往往停药后，随体内性激素水平的恢复而有肌瘤复发或再生长的可能，且尚未解决长期或巩固疗效的问题、长期治疗的安全问题、治疗机制等问题。 
中药治疗子宫肌瘤也有许多探索，桂枝茯苓丸是治疗子宫肌瘤的经典方剂，现代中药制剂与宫瘤清胶囊剂一些自拟方剂，都在治疗子宫肌瘤方面进行了积极探索，但至今尚未见有被大家工人呢、疗效确切、可消除肌瘤的中药制剂。

一种治疗子宫肌瘤的中药，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：
橘红10-20份、炒当归15-25份、赤芍10-20份、川芎5-15份、姜半夏5-15份、炙甘草5-15份、制香附10-20份、玄参10-20份、浙贝母10-20份、炒续断10-20份、炒枳壳5-15份、山楂25-35份、牡蛎25-35份、白花蛇舌草20-30份、莪术5-15份、五灵脂10-20份、蒲黄6-12份、牛黄0.1-0.5份、麝香0.1-0.3份、没药5-15份、乳香5-15份、桂枝10-20份、茯苓15-25份。
其优选的各原料的重量配比为： 
橘红15份、炒当归20份、赤芍15份、川芎10份、姜半夏10份、炙甘草10份、制香附15份、玄参15份、浙贝母15份、炒续断15份、炒枳壳10份、山楂30份、牡蛎30份、白花蛇舌草25份、莪术10份、五灵脂15份、蒲黄9份、牛黄0.3份、麝香0.2份、没药10份。
本发明所述中药为散剂、丸剂或胶囊剂，将各原料清洗干净后打粉混合，制成散剂、丸剂或胶囊剂，定量服用。 
上述各原料的药用性能如下： 
橘红：散寒燥湿，理气化痰，宽中健胃。主治风寒咳嗽，痰多气逆，恶心呕吐，胸脘痞胀；
当归：补血活血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠。主治血虚诸症，月经不调，经闭，痛经，癥瘕结聚，崩漏，虚寒腹痛，痿痹，肌肤麻木；
赤芍：清热凉血，活血祛瘀。主治温毒发斑，吐血衄血，肠风下血，目赤肿痛，痈肿疮疡，闭经，痛经，崩带淋浊，瘀滞胁痛；
川芎：活血祛瘀，行气开郁，祛风止痛。主治月经不调，经闭痛经，产后瘀滞腹痛，癥瘕肿块，胸胁疼痛，头痛眩晕，风寒湿痹；
半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。主治咳喘痰多，呕吐反胃，胸脘痞满，头痛眩晕，夜卧不安，瘿瘤痰核，痈疽肿毒；
甘草：和中缓急，润肺，解毒，调和诸药。炙用治脾胃虚弱，倦怠试烧，腹痛便溏，四肢挛急疼痛，心悸，脏躁，肺痿咳嗽；
香附：理气解郁，调经，安胎。主治胁肋胀痛，乳房胀痛，疝气疼痛，月经不调，脘腹痞满疼痛，嗳气吞酸，呕恶，经行腹痛；
玄参：凉血，滋阴降火，解毒。主治温热病热入营血，身热，烦渴，舌绛，发斑，骨蒸劳嗽，虚烦不寐，津伤便秘，目涩昏花；
浙贝母：清热化痰，降气止咳，散结消肿。主治风热或痰热咳嗽，肺痈吐脓，瘰疬瘿瘤，疮痈肿毒；
续断：补肝肾，强筋骨，调血脉，止崩漏。主治腰背酸痛，肢节痿痹，跌扑创伤，损筋折骨，胎动漏红，血崩，遗精，带下；
枳壳：理气宽胸，行滞消积。主治胸膈痞满，胁肋胀痛，食积不化，脘腹胀满，下痢后重，脱肛，子宫脱垂；
山楂：消食健胃，行气散瘀。主治饮食积滞，脘腹胀痛，泄泻痢疾，血瘀痛经、经闭，产后腹痛、恶露不尽，疝气或睾丸肿痛；
牡蛎：平肝潜阳，重镇安神，软坚散结，收敛固涩。主治眩晕耳鸣，惊悸失眠，瘰疬瘿瘤，癥瘕痞块，自汗盗汗，遗精，崩漏，带下；
白花蛇舌草：清热解毒，活血消肿，利湿退黄。主治肺热咳喘，肺痈，咽喉肿痛，肠痈，疖肿疮疡，毒蛇咬伤，热淋涩痛，水肿；
莪术：行气破血，消积止痛，主治气血心痛，饮食积滞，脘腹胀痛，血滞经闭，痛经，癥瘕痞块，跌打损伤；
五灵脂：活血止痛，化瘀止血，消积解毒。主治心腹血气诸痛，妇女闭经，产后瘀滞腹痛，崩漏下血，小儿疳积，蛇蝎蜈蚣咬伤；
蒲黄：止血，祛瘀，利尿。主治吐血，咯血，衄血，血痢，便血，崩漏，外伤出血，心腹冷痛，经闭腹痛，产后瘀痛，痛经，跌扑肿痛；

没药：祛瘀，消肿，定痛。主治胸腹痛，痛经，经闭，癥瘕，跌打肿痛，痈肿疮毒，目赤肿痛；
乳香：活血，行气，止痛。主治心腹疼痛，经闭，通经，产后瘀滞腹痛，跌打瘀痛，痈疽肿痛，疮溃不敛；
桂枝：散寒解表，温经，通阳。主治风寒表征，寒湿痹痛，四肢厥冷，经闭痛经，癥瘕结块，胸痹，心悸，痰饮，小便不利；
茯苓：利水渗湿，健脾和胃，凝心安神。主治小便不利，水肿胀满，痰饮咳逆、呕吐，脾虚食少、泄泻，心悸不安，失眠健忘。
本发明基于中医治疗子宫肌瘤的辨病及辩证相结合的原则，标本兼治，虚实并治，内外通调，缓急兼收，筛选出活血化瘀、理气调经、滋阴凝神的天然植物药，根据中医理论组方，按照一定的重量配比配制而成，对子宫肌瘤有显著的疗效和作用。 
临床观察： 
（1）临床资料
本发明人于2007年至今，对291例子宫肌瘤患者进行临床观察治疗。
（2）治疗方法 
口服，一日两次，每次10-15g，饭前服用，忌食辛辣厚味，根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者服用2-3个月，重病患者连服5-7个月。
（3）疗效判定标准 
疗效标准参照《中医病症判断疗效标准》中有关疗效标准。
治愈：肌瘤消失，临床症状全部消失，实验室检查正常。 
显效：肌瘤缩小1/2以上，临床症状基本消失，试验室检查各相关指标接近正常水平。 
有效：肌瘤缩小1/3，或停药后肌瘤稳定，临床症状减轻，试验室检查各相关指标有所改善，体征有改善。 
无效：肌瘤未见明显缩小，临床症状无明显好转或加重。 
（4）临床结果 
临床治愈236例（81.10%），显效31例（10.65%），有效19例（6.53%），无效5例（1.72%），总有效率为98.28%。
本发明配制简单，吸收效果好，药效持续时间长，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高，生产成本低，有利于病患及时减轻病状。 
（四）具体实施方式 
实施例1：
取橘红10g、炒当归15g、赤芍10g、川芎5g、姜半夏5g、炙甘草5g、制香附10g、玄参10g、浙贝母10g、炒续断10g、炒枳壳5g、山楂25g、牡蛎25g、白花蛇舌草20g、莪术5g、五灵脂10g、蒲黄6g、牛黄0.1g、麝香0.1g、没药5g、乳香5g、桂枝10g、茯苓15g，将上述原料清洗干净，打粉混合，制成散剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
用法用量：口服，一日两次，每次10-15g，饭前服用。 
实施例2： 
取橘红20g、炒当归25g、赤芍20g、川芎15g、姜半夏15g、炙甘草15g、制香附20g、玄参20g、浙贝母20g、炒续断20g、炒枳壳15g、山楂35g、牡蛎35g、白花蛇舌草30g、莪术15g、五灵脂20g、蒲黄12g、牛黄0.5g、麝香0.3g、没药15g、乳香15g、桂枝20g、茯苓25g，将上述原料清洗干净，打粉混合，制成散剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
用法用量：口服，一日两次，每次10-15g，饭前服用。 
实施例3： 
取橘红15g、炒当归20g、赤芍15g、川芎10g、姜半夏10g、炙甘草10g、制香附15g、玄参15g、浙贝母15g、炒续断15g、炒枳壳10g、山楂30g、牡蛎30g、白花蛇舌草25g、莪术10g、五灵脂15g、蒲黄9g、牛黄0.3g、麝香0.2g、没药10g、乳香10g、桂枝15g、茯苓20g，将上述原料清洗干净，打粉混合，制成散剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
用法用量：口服，一日两次，每次10-15g，饭前服用。 

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗子宫肌瘤的中药，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：橘红10-20份、炒当归15-25份、赤芍10-20份、川芎5-15份、姜半夏5-15份、炙甘草5-15份、制香附10-20份、玄参10-20份、浙贝母10-20份、炒续断10-20份、炒枳壳5-15份、山楂25-35份、牡蛎25-35份、白花蛇舌草20-30份、莪术5-15份、五灵脂10-20份、蒲黄6-12份、牛黄0.1-0.5份、麝香0.1-0.3份、没药5-15份、乳香5-15份、桂枝10-20份、茯苓15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗子宫肌瘤的中药，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：橘红15份、炒当归20份、赤芍15份、川芎10份、姜半夏10份、炙甘草10份、制香附15份、玄参15份、浙贝母15份、炒续断15份、炒枳壳10份、山楂30份、牡蛎30份、白花蛇舌草25份、莪术10份、五灵脂15份、蒲黄9份、牛黄0.3份、麝香0.2份、没药10份、乳香10份、桂枝15份、茯苓20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗子宫肌瘤的中药，其特征在于：所述中药为散剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
