技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物。
背景技术
子宫脱垂是子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降，宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宫全部脱出于阴道口以外，常合并有阴道前壁和（或）后壁膨出。轻度脱垂者阴道内脱出物在平卧休息后能自行还纳，严重时脱出物不能还纳，影响行动。子宫颈因长期暴露在外而发生黏膜表面增厚、角化或发生糜烂、溃疡。患者白带增多，并有时呈脓样或带血，有的发生月经紊乱，经血过多，伴有膀胱膨出时，可出现排尿困难、尿潴留、压力性尿失禁等。目前，临床上治疗子宫脱垂多采用补中益气丸等药物治疗，一般仅用于轻度子宫脱垂的患者，见效比较缓慢；而手术治疗费用较高，给患者带来一定的经济负担。
中医认为，子宫脱垂多因中气不足、气虚下陷，也可能因生产过多、劳动过重、八脉空虚，致冲任不固的结果。
根据中医理论，针对子宫脱垂的发病机理，以补中益气、强肾健脾为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

为了克服现有技术中成药物治疗子宫脱垂时间长、手术治疗子宫脱垂创伤大及费用高的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例女47例，年龄32～60岁。病程最短者1年，最长者达11年，平均6年。
二、诊断标准：
1、妇女子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降，至宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宫全部脱出阴道门外；
2、有下腹隐痛、坠胀等症；
3、妇科检查：子宫下垂的程度，一般分为三度；
一度：子宫颈下垂至坐骨棘平面以下，但不超过阴道口；
二度：子宫颈与部分子宫体脱出于阴道口外，常伴有阴道前后壁膨出；
三度：宫颈与宫体全部脱出于阴道口外，常伴有阴道前后壁膨出。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：子宫恢复正常位置，半年未复发；
2、好转：宫颈与宫体向上回纳，但未恢复到正常位置；
3、未愈：症状与体征无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-13个疗程，治愈30例，好转13例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：钱某，女，39岁。就诊时自述：站立过久或费力解便时阴道就有东西突出来，睡觉时会缩回去，随后症状渐加重，下腹隐痛、坠胀等症。诊断为：子宫脱垂，予以补中益气丸等药物，效果不显著。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程后，自觉下腹隐痛、坠胀减轻；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，子宫恢复正常位置。
病例2：席某，女，46岁。就诊时自述：初起时小腹、阴道有压迫和下坠感，自觉肿物从阴道脱出，卧床后消失。口服补中益气汤，疗效不太理想。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，不适感明显减轻，身体素质显著提高；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，妇科检查一切正常。
