本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物。
背景技术
子宫脱垂是指子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降，宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宫全部脱出于阴道口以外。好发于产后妇女。临床上主要表现为腰酸、腹部下坠、劳动和行走后症状可加重，更为严重的可出现尿频或排尿困难、尿潴留、尿失禁及白带增多等相关症状。患者多因劳倦、多产，损伤脾肾，脾气不足则中气下陷，肾气亏损致带脉失约，冲任不固，无力维系胞宫，子宫韧带松弛，子宫失去悬吊而发本病。西医治疗以支持疗法、子宫托或手术治疗为主，临床疗效不明显。
子宫脱垂可归属于中医学“阴挺”、“阴脱”范畴。其多因中气不足或年老体弱，致肾气亏损，胞络受损，气虚失固，使胞体脱于户外，复感湿热之邪而成。
根据中医理论，针对子宫脱垂的发病机理，采用补肾助阳、益气固脱、清热利湿、养血补虚、活血止痛的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中治疗子宫脱垂存在疗效不明显的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗子宫脱垂的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例90例，年龄25～60岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、妇女子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降，至宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宫全部脱出阴道门外；
2、有下腹隐痛、坠胀等症；
3、妇科检查：子宫下垂的程度，一般分为三度：
一度：子宫颈下垂至坐骨棘平面以下，但不超过阴道口；
二度：子宫颈与部分子宫体脱出于阴道口外，常伴有阴道前后壁膨出；
三度：宫颈与宫体全部脱出于阴道口外，常伴有阴道前后壁膨出。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：子宫恢复正常位置，半年未复发；
2、有效：宫颈与宫体向上回纳，但未恢复到正常位置；
3、无效：症状与体征无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈67例，随访未见复发；有效18例，无效5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
张某，29岁。自述分娩后自觉子宫下垂，伴小腹隐痛不舒，口渴面红，大便软，小便短黄色，带下量多色白偏稀，苔淡黄，脉细弦。妇科检查诊断为：子宫脱垂 II 度。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，诸症均已消失，痊愈。随访半年未见复发。
病例 2 ：
董某，46岁。自述腰困腿软，头昏耳鸣，白带多，小腹下坠，夜尿频数。诊见：舌淡红，苔薄白，脉细弱。诊断为：子宫脱垂。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，腰困腿软症状消失，头昏耳鸣、小腹下坠、夜尿频数得到缓解，白带减少；继续服用2个疗程后，诸症消失，痊愈。
