本发明公开了一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂及其制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、表面活性剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和水混合,形成混合液M;将混合液M与乙醇胺、三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌,冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,解决了普通的玻璃清洗剂,除污能力较差,挥发能力弱,使得玻璃的表面容易残留化学物质,影响后续玻璃的镀膜质量的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂,具体地,涉及玻璃镀膜用清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在玻璃镀膜工艺中,真空镀膜是一种常见的方法,其主要是在真空室内将材料的原子从加热源离析出来打到玻璃的表面上。玻璃的真空镀膜是在溅射单元内进行的,根据镀膜的技术需要,玻璃需要在镀膜前进行清洗,普通的玻璃清洗剂,除污能力较差,挥发能力弱,使得玻璃的表面容易残留化学物质,影响后续玻璃的镀膜质量。
因此,提供一种除污能力强、且容易挥发,使得玻璃表面不残留化学物质的玻璃镀膜用清洗剂是本发明亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂及其制备方法,解决了普通的玻璃清洗剂,除污能力较差,挥发能力弱,使得玻璃的表面容易残留化学物质,影响后续玻璃的镀膜质量的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:
(1)将偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、表面活性剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和水混合,形成混合液M;
(2)将混合液M与乙醇胺、三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌,冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,其中,
相对于100重量份的水,所述偏硅酸钠的用量为10-18重量份,所述氢氧化钠的用量为2-12重量份,所述碳酸钠的用量为1-10重量份,所述羧甲基纤维素的用量为0.5-1重量份,所述表面活性剂的用量为1-2重量份,所述增稠剂的用量为2-4重量份,所述消泡剂的用量为0.1-0.8重量份,所述乙醇胺的用量为10-25重量份,所述三乙醇胺的用量为5-15重量份。
本发明还提供了一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,其中,所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂由上述的制备方法制得。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供了一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、表面活性剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和水混合,形成混合液M;将混合液M与乙醇胺、三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌,冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制备的清洗剂具备优良的除污能力和强挥发能力,清洗后玻璃表面不易残留化学物质,同时,用于制备该清洗剂的方法简单,原料易得。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供了一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、表面活性剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和水混合,形成混合液M;将混合液M与乙醇胺、三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌,冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,其中,相对于100重量份的水,所述偏硅酸钠的用量为10-18重量份,所述氢氧化钠的用量为2-12重量份,所述碳酸钠的用量为1-10重量份,所述羧甲基纤维素的用量为0.5-1重量份,所述表面活性剂的用量为1-2重量份,所述增稠剂的用量为2-4重量份,所述消泡剂的用量为0.1-0.8重量份,所述乙醇胺的用量为10-25重量份,所述三乙醇胺的用量为5-15重量份。通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制备的清洗剂具备优良的除污能力和强挥发能力,清洗后玻璃表面不易残留化学物质,同时,用于制备该清洗剂的方法简单,原料易得。
为了进一步提高清洗剂的除污能力和挥发能力,所述表面活性剂为全氟辛酸钠、全氟辛酸钾和全氟辛酸中的一种或多种。
为了进一步改善清洗剂的粘稠度,使得清洗剂具备更强的挥发能力,所述增稠剂的用量为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇和聚氧化乙烯中的一种或多种。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种,聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷消泡块、抑泡性能好,且化学稳定性强。
为了使得原料之间能够更好的互溶,所述加热搅拌中,加热温度为30-45℃,搅拌时间为10-20min,优选的,所述搅拌的速度为50-100rpm。
本发明还提供了一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,其中,所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂由上述的制备方法制得。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
将10g偏硅酸钠、2g氢氧化钠、1g碳酸钠、0.5g羧甲基纤维素、1g全氟辛酸钠、2g聚丙烯酰胺、0.1g聚氧丙烯甘油醚和100g水混合,形成混合液M;将混合液M与10g乙醇胺、15g三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌(加热温度为30℃,搅拌时间为10min,搅拌的速度为50rpm),冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂A1。
实施例2
将18g偏硅酸钠、12g氢氧化钠、10g碳酸钠、1g羧甲基纤维素、2g全氟辛酸钾、4g聚乙烯醇、0.8g聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和100g水混合,形成混合液M;将混合液M与25g乙醇胺、15g三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌(加热温度为45℃,搅拌时间为20min,搅拌的速度为100rpm),冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂A2。
实施例3
将15g偏硅酸钠、6g氢氧化钠、5g碳酸钠、0.7g羧甲基纤维素、1.5g全氟辛酸、3g聚氧化乙烯、0.5g聚二甲基硅氧烷和100g水混合,形成混合液M;将混合液M与乙醇胺、三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌(加热温度为40℃,搅拌时间为15min,搅拌的速度为80rpm),冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂A3。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法进行制备,不同的是,水的用量为100g,所述偏硅酸钠的用量为5g,所述氢氧化钠的用量为1g,所述碳酸钠的用量为0.5g,所述羧甲基纤维素的用量为0.2g,所述全氟辛酸钠的用量为0.5g,所述聚丙烯酰胺的用量为1g,所述聚氧丙烯甘油醚的用量为0.05g,所述乙醇胺的用量为5g,所述三乙醇胺的用量为2g,制得所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂D1。
对比例2
按照实施例1的方法进行制备,不同的是,水的用量为100g,所述偏硅酸钠的用量为20g,所述氢氧化钠的用量为15g,所述碳酸钠的用量为15g,所述羧甲基纤维素的用量为2g,所述全氟辛酸钠的用量为3g,所述聚丙烯酰胺的用量为5g,所述聚氧丙烯甘油醚的用量为1g,所述乙醇胺的用量为35g,所述三乙醇胺的用量为20g,制得所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂D2。

通过上表可以看出,在本发明范围内制得的清洗剂A1-A3的挥发率和除污能力要优于在本发明范围外制得的清洗剂D1和D2,说明A1-A3的挥发能力和除污能力要优于D1和D2,因此,可以得到除污能力和挥发能力较强的清洗剂。

(1)将偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、表面活性剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和水混合,形成混合液M;
(2)将混合液M与乙醇胺、三乙醇胺混合,并加热搅拌,冷却后形成所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,其中,
相对于100重量份的水,所述偏硅酸钠的用量为10-18重量份,所述氢氧化钠的用量为2-12重量份,所述碳酸钠的用量为1-10重量份,所述羧甲基纤维素的用量为0.5-1重量份,所述表面活性剂的用量为1-2重量份,所述增稠剂的用量为2-4重量份,所述消泡剂的用量为0.1-0.8重量份,所述乙醇胺的用量为10-25重量份,所述三乙醇胺的用量为5-15重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述表面活性剂为全氟辛酸钠、全氟辛酸钾和全氟辛酸中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述增稠剂的用量为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇和聚氧化乙烯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述加热搅拌中,加热温度为30-45℃,搅拌时间为10-20min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其中,所述搅拌的速度为50-100rpm。
7.一种玻璃镀膜用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述玻璃镀膜用清洗剂由权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的制备方法制得。
