Abstract

本发明属于玻璃清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。本发明的玻璃清洗剂,采用氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、次氯酸钠、多元醇、柠檬酸钠、茶籽粉、碱性脂肪酶、杀菌剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂等组分制备而成,并严格控制各原料的配比,能有效清除玻璃上的各种污物。本发明的玻璃清洗剂不仅能够除去玻璃上的污物,同时不会在玻璃上留下痕迹,擦洗效率高,一般擦一遍即可达到清洁要求,省时省力。适用于交通、建筑、日用、仪表等玻璃。

一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于玻璃清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃是一种常见的材料,广泛应用于建筑、日用、艺术、医疗、化学、电子、仪表、核工程等领域。长期暴露于外部环境中的玻璃,很容易沾染环境中的污染物,从而影响其透光性和美观。而在室内条件下的玻璃,容易滋生细菌,危害触摸者的健康。因此,无论是室内还是室外的玻璃,都需要经常清洗。
过去常用水清洗玻璃,但是油垢、不溶于水的污物很难被水洗掉。用磷酸氢钠、磷酸钠和肥皂的水溶液擦洗,虽然能除去油性污物,但是会造成新的污垢,主要是由于这些添加物与硬水相遇后产生的磷酸钙、碳酸钙等沉淀物造成的。用玻璃清洗剂可以清洗掉玻璃上的污物,但现有的玻璃清洗剂容易在玻璃上留下痕迹,影响玻璃的美观;对于某些污物组分,现有的玻璃清洗剂也很难清除。
发明内容
针对现有玻璃清洗剂的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。本发明的玻璃清洗剂能够除去玻璃上的污物,同时不会在玻璃上留下痕迹,擦洗效率高,一般擦一遍即可达到清洁要求,省时省力。适用于交通、建筑、日用、仪表等玻璃。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:

优选地,所述玻璃清洗剂的pH为9-12。
优选地,所述多元醇包括乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇和丁二醇中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述消泡剂包括聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种。
上述玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、次氯酸钠、柠檬酸钠溶解在水中,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;
(2)加热所述组分A,然后依次加入表面活性剂、消泡剂和杀菌剂,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温,得到组分B
(3)将茶籽粉、碱性脂肪酶与多元醇混合均匀,得到组分C;
(4)将组分C加入到组分B中,搅拌混合均匀,即得玻璃清洗剂。
优选地,加热所述组分A至35-55℃。
在本发明的玻璃清洗剂中加入柠檬酸钠,其对水中的Ca2+、Mg2+等金属离子具有优良的螯合能力,还能促进生物降解、分散,提高抗再沉积的能力,提高去污效果。
在本发明的玻璃清洗剂中加入次氯酸钠,其在碱性条件下的强氧化性有助于提高本发明的清洗剂的去污效果。
本发明的玻璃清洗剂中的碱性脂肪酶,能够在碱性条件下水解脂肪中的酯键,与本发明中的其他组分配合,可以大大提高除油效果。
本发明的玻璃清洗剂中加入了茶籽粉,其富含天然茶皂素,能迅速去除污渍,去油、去污能力非常强,更具有杀菌的功能。茶籽粉中的茶皂素是一种天然表面活性剂,其有良好的乳化、分解、发泡、湿润功能,有很好的去污作用。
本发明中加入聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷作为消泡剂,制得的玻璃清洗剂泡沫少、去污效果好。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的玻璃清洗剂通过采用上述原料,并严格控制各原料的配比,能有效清除玻璃上的各种污物。在本发明的玻璃清洗剂中加入柠檬酸钠、次氯酸钠、碱性脂肪酶、茶籽粉、消泡剂等组分,使得本发明的除油去污能力显著提高。本发明的玻璃清洗剂不仅能够除去玻璃上的污物,同时不会在玻璃上留下痕迹,擦洗效率高,一般擦一遍即可达到清洁要求,省时省力。适用于交通、建筑、日用、仪表等玻璃。

实施例1
一种玻璃清洗剂,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:

(1)将氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、次氯酸钠、柠檬酸钠溶解在水中,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;
(2)加热所述组分A至45℃,然后依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷和杀菌剂,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温,得到组分B
(3)将茶籽粉、碱性脂肪酶与乙二醇混合均匀,得到组分C;
(4)将组分C加入到组分B中,搅拌混合均匀,即得pH为9-12的玻璃清洗剂。
实施例2
一种玻璃清洗剂,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:

(4)将组分C加入到组分B中,搅拌混合均匀,即得pH为9-12的玻璃清洗剂。

一种玻璃清洗剂,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:

(4)将组分C加入到组分B中,搅拌混合均匀,即得pH为9-12的玻璃清洗剂。

1.一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:

所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述玻璃清洗剂的pH为9-12;
所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种;
所述的玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、次氯酸钠、柠檬酸钠溶解在水中,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;
(2)加热所述组分A,然后依次加入表面活性剂、消泡剂和杀菌剂,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温,得到组分B
(3)将茶籽粉、碱性脂肪酶与多元醇混合均匀,得到组分C;
(4)将组分C加入到组分B中,搅拌混合均匀,即得玻璃清洗剂;
其中,加热所述组分A至35-55℃。
