Abstract
本发明公开了一种BOPP膜,包括有上表层、芯层及下表层,其特征在于所述下表层的表面覆有一消光层,且该消光层厚度均匀,所述上表层、芯层、下表层及消光层四层共挤一体成型。本发明在原有三层共挤的基础上增加一层消光层,实现四层共挤,并且增加的消光层的厚度均匀,即消光层的边部和中部的厚度均等,如此保证膜的边部、中部均能达到消光标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种薄膜,特别涉及的是一种BOPP膜。
背景技术
BOPP膜主要用于印刷、制袋及作胶粘带,现有的BOPP膜均采用有三层共挤,即上表层(1`)、芯层(2`)及下表层(3`)由模头共挤出后经双向拉伸而成一体,为了提高膜的光泽度,BOPP膜的下表层加入消光剂,但是因膜的加工要求,模头挤出口均为两端薄中间厚呈两端向上的弧形,因此模头挤出来的膜也是边部薄中间厚,参照图1,而上表层和下表层的厚度仅为1微米,且该厚度为膜的中间厚度,因此膜的边部要小于1微米,膜的边部过薄就会造成边部消光不达标,因此现有的BOPP膜中间部位达到消光标准而边部消光效果大多是不达标的。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种保证膜的整体均达到消光标准的BOPP膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种BOPP膜,包括有上表层、芯层及下表层,其特征在于所述下表层的表面覆有一消光层,且该消光层厚度均匀,所述上表层、芯层、下表层及消光层四层共挤一体成型。
所述上表层为共聚物层,其材料包括有聚丙烯87-93%、聚乙烯3-7%、二氧化硅4-6%;所述芯层为均聚物层,其材料包含有聚丙烯97.2-98.5%、芥酸酰胺0.5%-0.8%、乙氧基胺0.3-0.6%及硬脂酸甘油酯0.7-1.4%;所述下表层为消光共聚物层,所述消光层也为共聚物层,所述下表层和消光层的材料均包括有聚丙烯87-93%、聚乙烯3-7%、聚甲基脲树脂4-6%。
本发明在原有三层共挤的基础上增加一层消光层,实现四层共挤,并且增加的消光层的厚度均匀,即消光层的边部和中部的厚度均等,如此保证膜的边部、中部均能达到消光标准。本发明的上表层为共聚物层,并添加了二氧化硅,使得上表层具有防粘连功能,避免膜与膜的表面粘连;所述芯层则均聚物层,并添加了芥酸酰胺,使得成型膜更加爽滑,所述芯层还添加了乙氧基胺及硬脂酸甘油酯,使得成型膜具备抗静电功能,即消除薄膜静电。

具体实施方式
参照附图,该种BOPP膜,包括有上表层1、芯层2及下表层3,所述上表层1、芯层2及下表层3的厚度设置均为边部薄、中部厚,所述下表层3的表面覆有一消光层4,且该消光层4厚度均匀,所述上表层1、芯层2、下表层3及消光层4四层共挤一体成型,本发明的BOPP膜不仅具有两层消光膜,而且附加的消光层厚薄均匀,解决了现有技术中膜的边部消光不达标的问题,而上表层、芯层及下表层则仍采用中部厚、边部薄的结构,因此成型后的BOPP膜仍然保留边部薄、中部厚的特性。所述上表层1为共聚物层,其材料包括有聚丙烯87-93%、聚乙烯3-7%、二氧化硅4-6%,所述二氧化硅的添加使得上表层具备抗粘连功效,可防止膜与膜之间粘连,;所述芯层2为均聚物层,其材料包含有聚丙烯97.2-98.5%、芥酸酰胺0.5%-0.8%、乙氧基胺0.3-0.6%及硬脂酸甘油酯0.7-1.4%,所述芥酸酰胺使得成型膜的表面更加爽滑,所述乙氧基胺及硬脂酸甘油酯使得成型膜具备抗静电功能;所述下表层3为消光共聚物层,所述消光层4也为共聚物层,所述下表层和消光层的材料均包括有聚丙烯87-93%、聚乙烯3-7%、聚甲基脲树脂4-6%,所述聚甲基脲树脂使得薄膜表面的光泽度更好。
本发明BOPP膜的加工步骤为:四层分别配料、过滤筛选,进入挤压机,经模头四层共挤成厚片,经纵拉、冷却,再高温横拉成薄膜,冷却后收卷,进入时效处理,使芯层具有的抗静电功效及爽滑功效显性出来,从而使成型薄膜表面就抗静电剂爽滑的效果。
Claims (2)
1. 一种BOPP膜,包括有上表层(1)、芯层(2)及下表层(3),其特征在于所述下表层(3)的表面覆有一消光层(4),且该消光层(4)厚度均匀,所述上表层(1)、芯层(2)、下表层(3)及消光层(4)四层共挤一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP膜,其特征在于所述上表层(1)为共聚物层,其材料包括有聚丙烯87-93%、聚乙烯3-7%、二氧化硅4-6%;所述芯层(2)为均聚物层,其材料包含有聚丙烯97.2-98.5%、芥酸酰胺0.5%-0.8%、乙氧基胺0.3-0.6%及硬脂酸甘油酯0.7-1.4%;所述下表层(3)为消光共聚物层,所述消光层(4)也为共聚物层,所述下表层和消光层的材料均包括有聚丙烯87-93%、聚乙烯3-7%、聚甲基脲树脂4-6%。
