本发明公开了一种望春花营养保健黄酒，由以下重量份原料组成：黄酒400‑500、望春花10‑15、竹叶8‑10、紫薯粉50‑60、葛根粉50‑60、文竹根6‑8、冰糖8‑10、野山楂10‑12、枸杞子15‑20、白酒15‑20；本发明在原有黄酒的基础上添加了望春花、竹叶、紫薯粉、葛根粉、文竹根等原料，使得黄酒口感芳香、营养丰富，且具有通鼻、清热除烦、预防动脉硬化、增强机体免疫力、润肠通便，抗衰老、降血糖、开胃、保护心脑血管的作用。

本发明涉及一种保健酒，尤其涉及一种望春花营养保健黄酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
现人们生活水平越来越好，对酒的营养保健要求也越来越高，现市面上酒类品种繁多，但营养保健价值不高、口感单一， 不能满足人们对健康营养和口味的需求， 为此本发明提供一种营养美味的保健黄酒，既可以满足人们对酒口感的要求又能满足人们对健康营养的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种望春花营养保健黄酒及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：黄酒400-500、 望春花10-15、竹叶8-10、紫薯粉50-60、葛根粉50-60、文竹根6-8、 冰糖8-10、野山楂10-12、枸杞子15-20、白酒15-20；一种望春花营养保健黄酒制备方，包括以下步骤：
1、将新鲜的望春花和新鲜的竹叶去杂洗干净，晾干、将其切成碎片混合；
2、将紫薯粉和葛根粉按1:1的分量加2-3倍的清水，煮沸5-6分钟，捞起冷却；
3、将文竹根加冰糖，文火煎煮50-60分钟，冷却去渣，得到文竹根液；
4、将枸杞子放在50-52度的白酒中浸泡24小时；
5、将上述1、2、3、4步骤中得到的产物与黄酒混合均匀，放在0-5℃的恒温室或地窖中陈酿180天，过滤去渣、澄清，灌装。
与现有技术相比， 本发明的优点是 ：本发明在原有黄酒的基础上添加了望春花、竹叶、紫薯粉、葛根粉、文竹根等原料，使得黄酒口感芳香、营养丰富，且具有通鼻、清热除烦、预防动脉硬化、增强机体免疫力、润肠通便，抗衰老、降血糖、开胃、保护心脑血管的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述 ：
实施例：
一种望春花营养保健黄酒， 是由下述重量的原料制成 ：黄酒500克、 望春花15克、竹叶10克、紫薯粉60克、葛根粉60克、文竹根8克、 冰糖10克、野山楂12克、枸杞子20克、白酒20克；
一种望春花营养保健黄酒制备方，包括以下步骤：
6、将新鲜的望春花和新鲜的竹叶去杂洗干净，晾干、将其切成碎片混合
7、将紫薯粉和葛根粉按1:1的分量加2-3倍的清水，煮沸5-6分钟，捞起冷却；
8、将文竹根加冰糖，文火煎煮50-60分钟，冷却去渣，得到文竹根液；
9、将枸杞子放在50-52度的白酒中浸泡24小时；
10、将上述1、2、3、4步骤中得到的产物与黄酒混合均匀，放在0-5℃的恒温室或地窖中陈酿180天，过滤去渣、澄清，灌装。

1.一种望春花营养保健黄酒，其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成：黄酒400-500、望春花10-15、竹叶8-10、紫薯粉50-60、葛根粉50-60、文竹根6-8、 冰糖8-10、野山楂10-12、枸杞子15-20、白酒15-20。
2.一种如权利要求 1 所述的望春花营养保健黄酒制备方法， 其特征在于包括以下步骤 ：
（1）将新鲜的望春花和新鲜的竹叶去杂洗干净，晾干、将其切成碎片混合；
（2）将紫薯粉和葛根粉按1:1的分量加2-3倍的清水，煮沸5-6分钟，捞起冷却；
（3）将文竹根加冰糖，文火煎煮50-60分钟，冷却去渣，得到文竹根液；
（4）将枸杞子放在50-52度的白酒中按1:1的比例浸泡24小时；
（5）将上述（1）（2）（3）（4）中得到的产物与黄酒混合均匀，放在0-5℃的恒温室或地窖中陈酿180天，过滤去渣、澄清，灌装。
