背景技术
米糠是大米碾白过程中的碾下物，称米粕，用其制作的米糠油是一种健康的食用油，是一种与橄榄油齐名的健康营养油，深受高血脂、心脑血管疾患人群的喜爱，并早已成为西方国家家庭的日常健康食用油，其营养价值高，也越来越受到中国人们的重视和青睐，而我国的米糠油加工仍处于起步阶段，在尝试开发米糠油产品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足，提供了一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油，由以下重量份原料制成：米糠100-120、黑芝麻45-60、羊肾35-40、五味子15-20、狗脊4-5、女贞子5-6、巴戟天4-5、韭菜子8-10、肉苁蓉3-4、虫椹草2-3、南烛叶35-40、水适量。
一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油的制备方法，包括以下工艺：
（1）将南烛叶放入大锅中，加入3-4倍体积的水，加热并将其煮沸，保持微沸30-35分钟后，过滤，取南烛叶汁保持其温度在70-75℃；
（2）将米糠平铺在木板上，置于太阳下暴晒2-3天，再放入容器中，南烛叶汁，浸泡5-6小时，捞出后用清水洗净，烘干后置于膨化机中膨化，冷却后粉碎，过20-40目筛；
（3）将剩余除水外的物料洗净，烘干后粉碎，过20-40目筛；
（4）将（2）（3）中处理过的物料一起与水混合，是其混合充分，加入复合酶，继续搅拌、混合，控制料液比为1:6，pH5-5.4、在39℃-40.5℃条件下酶解3-3.5小时；
（5）对（4）中的酶解液进行超声处理，超声处理条件为：功率198W-200W时间15-16min；
（6）将（5）中得到的溶液放入分离罐中进行固液分离，得到的分离液中加入用纱布包好的活性炭炭包脱色、除杂，去除炭包后，得米糠油；
一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油，所述的复合酶由淀粉酶、中性蛋白酶、纤维素酶按照质量比为1:1:1配制得到，添加量为总料量的15%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是：
本发明的一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油，采用酶解超声提取法提取，提取率高，提取温度低，避免了很多营养物质的流失，产生的杂质少，以米糠结合黑芝麻提取油，具有浓香的气味，搭配五味子、狗脊、女贞子、韭菜子等混合提取，是的药物中有效的脂溶性物质得到释放，具有很好的补肾强身的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述：
实施例：
一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油，由以下重量份（Kg）原料制成：米糠100、黑芝麻45、羊肾35、五味子15、狗脊4、女贞子5、巴戟天4、韭菜子8、肉苁蓉3、虫椹草2、南烛叶35、水适量。
一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油的制备方法，包括以下工艺：
（1）将南烛叶放入大锅中，加入3倍体积的水，加热并将其煮沸，保持微沸30-35分钟后，过滤，取南烛叶汁保持其温度在70℃；
（2）将米糠平铺在木板上，置于太阳下暴晒2天，再放入容器中，南烛叶汁，浸泡5小时，捞出后用清水洗净，烘干后置于膨化机中膨化，冷却后粉碎，过20目筛；
（3）将剩余除水外的物料洗净，烘干后粉碎，过40目筛；
（4）将（2）（3）中处理过的物料一起与水混合，是其混合充分，加入复合酶，继续搅拌、混合，控制料液比为1:6，pH5、在39℃℃条件下酶解3小时；
（5）对（4）中的酶解液进行超声处理，超声处理条件为：功率200W时间15min；
（6）将（5）中得到的溶液放入分离罐中进行固液分离，得到的分离液中加入用纱布包好的活性炭炭包脱色、除杂，去除炭包后，得米糠油；

1.一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油，其特征在于，由以下重量份原料制成：米糠100-120、黑芝麻45-60、腰果55-60、羊肾35-40、五味子15-20、狗脊4-5、女贞子5-6、巴戟天4-5、韭菜子8-10、肉苁蓉3-4、虫椹草2-3、南烛叶35-40、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种补肾强身的五味子米糠调和油的制备方法，其特征在于以下工艺：
（1）将南烛叶放入大锅中，加入3-4倍体积的水，加热并将其煮沸，保持微沸30-35分钟后，过滤，取南烛叶汁保持其温度在70-75℃；
（2）将米糠平铺在木板上，置于太阳下暴晒2-3天，再放入容器中，南烛叶汁，浸泡5-6小时，捞出后用清水洗净，烘干后置于膨化机中膨化，冷却后粉碎，过20-40目筛；
（3）将剩余除水外的物料洗净，烘干后粉碎，过20-40目筛；
