本发明公布了一种积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。其特征在于,所述的积雪草苦蒿保健茶,采用积雪草、苦蒿叶为主要原料,经摇青、提香、破壁粉碎、逆流提取、制备中草药提取液、调配、浓缩、均质、包装的制作工序,能够去除原料固有的涩味,改善口感,提升香味,还可以有效提取原料所含的营养成分,提高了原料的利用率,增加保健茶的保健价值,制得的成品保健茶具有消炎、清热、解毒的保健效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健茶的制作方法,尤其是涉及一种积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
积雪草,又为多年生匍匐草本。别名:十八缺、 崩大碗、马蹄草、雷公根、蚶壳草、铜钱草、落得打等。生于阴湿荒地、村旁、路边、水沟边。茎伏地,节上生根。叶互生,叶柄长;叶片圆形或肾形,直径2~4厘米。夏季开花;伞形花序头状,2~3个生于叶腋,每花序上有3~6朵无柄小花;花红紫色。果小,扁圆形。功能主治:清热利湿,解毒消肿。用于湿热黄疸,中暑腹泻,砂淋血淋,痈肿疮毒,跌扑损伤。
苦蒿,别名:白蒿,拉丁文名: Acroptilon repens (L. ) DC.桔梗目、菊科、顶羽菊属多年生草本,高25-70厘米。根直伸。茎单生,或少数茎成簇生,直立,自基部分枝,分枝斜升,全部茎枝被蛛丝毛,被稠密的叶。苏联中亚和西伯利亚、蒙古,伊朗有分布。生于干燥山坡,路旁,田野等处。有很高的药用价值。功效:消炎,清热,解毒。
积雪草大都用作观赏性植物,市场上开发产品较少,苦蒿具有较高的保健价值,本发明采用积雪草、苦蒿叶为主要原料,加工成积雪草苦蒿保健茶,目前未见有相关报道和产品上市,可实现对原料的综合利用,提高其营养价值和经济价值,同时也为积雪草、苦蒿的深加工开辟了一条新的途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绿色保健、口感上乘、香气浓郁的积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法,为积雪草、苦蒿的深加工开辟了一条新的途径。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法,经原料预选摇青、提香、破壁粉碎、逆流提取、制备中草药提取液、调配、浓缩、均质、包装的制作工序,采用以下加工步骤:
①原料挑选:选取新鲜优质、无病虫害的积雪草、苦蒿叶,加入枸骨叶、百部叶、款冬花,去除杂质,清洗后沥干水分;取30重量份的积雪草、40重量份的苦蒿叶、15重量份的枸骨叶、10重量份的百部叶和5重量份的款冬花,经手工反复揉搓后,采用摇青技术,至其散发淡淡香气即可,制得原料;
②提香粉碎:将原料放入碳烤机中提香1分钟后,进行破壁粉碎,粉碎粒度为100目,温度为45℃,相对湿度保持在40%,制得原料粉;
③逆流提取:采用多级连续逆流提取机,一端加入35℃软化水,另一端加入原料粉,实现多级连续逆流提取,初提取阶段设置温度为46℃,时间为7min;深提取阶段设置温度为52℃,时间为5min;渗洗阶段提取温度为56℃,时间为 2min,制得提取原液;
④制备中草药提取液:选取优质的五味子、党参、决明子、荷叶、丁香花,洗净沥干,取1kg的五味子、0.5kg的党参、0.3kg的决明子、0.2kg的荷叶和0.15kg的丁香花,破壁粉碎后,回流提取2次,每次提取时间为15min,离心分离,制得中草药提取液;
⑤调配:取50份的提取原液、30份的中草药提取液,加入15重量份的绿茶液、5重量份的甜菊汁,混合均匀,制得混合液;
⑥浓缩:向混合液中加入0.12重量份的微晶纤维素,沉淀8h,离心,吸取上清液;将上清液在操作压力为0.05MPa下,采用超滤膜进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;
⑦均质:将浓缩液在温度为55℃,压力为12MPa的条件下进行均质,均质2次,再进行真空常温脱气,制得积雪草苦蒿保健茶;
⑧包装:将保健茶经微波杀菌20分钟后,用玻璃瓶进行无菌包装,即为成品。
有益效果:本发明采用积雪草、苦蒿叶为主要原料,经摇青、提香、破壁粉碎、逆流提取、制备中草药提取液、调配、浓缩、均质、包装的制作工序,能够去除原料固有的涩味,改善口感,提升香味,还可以有效提取原料所含的营养成分,提高原料的利用效率,辅以中草药提取液,增加保健茶的保健价值,使制得的成品保健茶具有消炎、清热、解毒、利湿、消肿的保健功效。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法,经原料预选摇青、提香、破壁粉碎、逆流提取、制备中草药提取液、调配、浓缩、均质、包装的制作工序,所述的制作方法采用以下步骤:
①原料挑选:选取新鲜优质、无病虫害的积雪草、苦蒿叶,加入枇杷嫩叶、杜仲叶、牡丹皮,去除杂质,清洗后沥干水分;取35重量份的积雪草、35重量份的苦蒿叶、15重量份的枇杷嫩叶、10重量份的杜仲叶和5重量份的牡丹皮,经手工反复揉搓后,采用摇青技术,至其散发淡淡香气即可,制得原料;
②提香粉碎:将原料放入碳烤机中提香45s后,进行破壁粉碎,粉碎粒度为80目,温度为35℃,相对湿度保持在30%,制得原料粉;
③逆流提取:采用多级连续逆流提取机,一端加入30℃软化水,另一端加入原料粉,实现多级连续逆流提取,初提取阶段设置温度为38℃,时间为20min;深提取阶段设置温度为45℃,时间为10min;渗洗阶段提取温度为52℃,时间为 5min,制得提取原液;
④制备中草药提取液:选取优质的五味子、绞股蓝、柴胡、鱼腥草、合欢皮,洗净沥干,取1kg的五味子、0.5kg的绞股蓝、0.3kg的柴胡、0.2kg的鱼腥草和0.15kg的合欢皮,破壁粉碎后,回流提取2次,每次提取时间为10min,离心分离,制得中草药提取液;
⑤调配:取50份的提取原液、35份的中草药提取液,加入10重量份的绿茶液、5重量份的麦芽汁,混合均匀,制得混合液;
⑥浓缩:向混合液中加入0.1重量份的微晶纤维素,沉淀10h,离心,吸取上清液;将上清液在操作压力为0.08MPa下,采用超滤膜进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;
⑦均质:将浓缩液在温度为40℃,压力为18MPa的条件下进行均质,均质2次,再进行真空常温脱气,制得积雪草苦蒿保健茶;
⑧包装:将保健茶经微波杀菌10分钟后,用玻璃瓶进行无菌包装,即为成品。
实施例二:
一种积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法,经原料预选摇青、提香、破壁粉碎、逆流提取、制备中草药提取液、调配、浓缩、均质、包装的制作工序,所述的制作方法采用以下步骤:
①原料挑选:选取新鲜优质、无病虫害的积雪草、苦蒿叶,加入垂盆草、辣木叶、胡柚皮,去除杂质,清洗后沥干水分;取30重量份的积雪草、45重量份的苦蒿叶、10重量份的垂盆草、8重量份的辣木叶和7重量份的胡柚皮,经手工反复揉搓后,采用摇青技术,至其散发淡淡香气即可,制得原料;
②提香粉碎:将原料放入碳烤机中提香2分钟后,进行破壁粉碎,粉碎粒度为120目,温度为40℃,相对湿度保持在35%,制得原料粉;
③逆流提取:采用多级连续逆流提取机,一端加入30℃软化水,另一端加入原料粉,实现多级连续逆流提取,初提取阶段设置温度为35℃,时间为15min;深提取阶段设置温度为46℃,时间为8min;渗洗阶段提取温度为50℃,时间为 1min,制得提取原液;
④制备中草药提取液:选取优质的桔梗、白首乌、天麻、薄荷、款冬花,洗净沥干,取1kg的桔梗、0.5kg的白首乌、0.3kg的天麻、0.2kg的薄荷和0.15kg的款冬花,破壁粉碎后,回流提取2次,每次提取时间为10min,离心分离,制得中草药提取液;
⑤调配:取45份的提取原液、25份的中草药提取液,加入20重量份的红茶液、10重量份的甘草液,混合均匀,制得混合液;
⑥浓缩:向混合液中加入0.08重量份的微晶纤维素,沉淀5h,离心,吸取上清液;将上清液在操作压力为0.09MPa下,采用超滤膜进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;
⑦均质:将浓缩液在温度为45℃,压力为10MPa的条件下进行均质,均质2次,再进行真空常温脱气,制得积雪草苦蒿保健茶;
⑧包装:将保健茶经微波杀菌6分钟后,用玻璃瓶进行无菌包装。

Claims (1)

1.一种积雪草苦蒿保健茶及其制备方法,其特征在于,原料经预选摇青、提香、破壁粉碎、逆流提取、制备中草药提取液、调配、浓缩、均质、包装的制作工序,采用以下加工步骤:
①原料挑选:选取新鲜优质、无病虫害的积雪草、苦蒿叶,加入枸骨叶、百部叶、款冬花,去除杂质,清洗后沥干水分;取30重量份的积雪草、40重量份的苦蒿叶、15重量份的枸骨叶、10重量份的百部叶和5重量份的款冬花,经手工反复揉搓后,采用摇青技术,至其散发淡淡香气即可,制得原料;
②提香粉碎:将原料放入碳烤机中提香1分钟后,进行破壁粉碎,粉碎粒度为100目,温度为45℃,相对湿度保持在40%,制得原料粉;
③逆流提取:采用多级连续逆流提取机,一端加入35℃软化水,另一端加入原料粉,实现多级连续逆流提取,初提取阶段设置温度为46℃,时间为7min;深提取阶段设置温度为52℃,时间为5min;渗洗阶段提取温度为56℃,时间为 2min,制得提取原液;
④制备中草药提取液:选取优质的五味子、党参、决明子、荷叶、丁香花,洗净沥干,取1kg的五味子、0.5kg的党参、0.3kg的决明子、0.2kg的荷叶和0.15kg的丁香花,破壁粉碎后,回流提取2次,每次提取时间为15min,离心分离,制得中草药提取液;
⑤调配:取50份的提取原液、30份的中草药提取液,加入15重量份的绿茶液、5重量份的甜菊汁,混合均匀,制得混合液;
⑥浓缩:向混合液中加入0.12重量份的微晶纤维素,沉淀8h,离心,吸取上清液;将上清液在操作压力为0.05MPa下,采用超滤膜进行浓缩,制得浓缩液;
⑦均质:将浓缩液在温度为55℃,压力为12MPa的条件下进行均质,均质2次,再进行真空常温脱气;
⑧包装:将保健茶经微波杀菌20分钟后,用玻璃瓶进行无菌包装。
