Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产和/或处理如权利要求1的前序部分所述的包装盒的装置。
背景技术
卷烟工业的高性能包装机设计用于在极短的周期和操作时间内制造和处理包装盒。这也特别适用于放置和完成尤其是用于硬长方体包装盒的可密封膜的外护套,其中护套通过使用传热来(热)密封待结合的折叠折片和/或通过收缩处理来进行处理。这种高性能包装机的一个例子在DE102011122327A1中公开。
在包装盒的制造中(尤其是在最终处理期间)使用的处理元件是固定的、并且(如果功能上需要的话)布置在包装盒的输送移动路径的两侧上。这特别适用于用来密封折叠折片的加热元件(密封板(sealing jaw))和用于将收缩热传递到膜上的平坦加热元件(收缩元件)。在如DE102011122327A1所述的装置中,包装盒在用于外护套的处理工位的区域中(也就是沿竖直方向)的若干平行轨道中进行输送。具体来说,设置了四对竖直包装传送机,用于竖直地输送相应数量的平行包装组。用于外护套的处理元件(也就是在一侧上的密封板或加热元件和在包装的相对侧上的压元件)位于相邻的包装轨道之间。若干处理元件或成对的协调元件一个在另一个上方地定位在处理工位的区域中。
本发明的问题是通过使单独的处理元件能更容易地维修和排除故障来改善尤其是用于长方体香烟包装盒(硬包装盒)的包装机的布局和可操作性。
发明内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1的特征的装置被设计成解决此问题。
处理元件,尤其是一方面的(电操作的)加热元件和另一方面的(气动操作的)压元件布置在壳状支托件(卡匣)上,所述支托件位于定向成在包装盒定时输送期间的包装盒位置的相对位置中。此卡匣具有用于布置各元件和用于给各元件电气地、气动地、液压地供能的管线或通道的空腔。管线和通道具有可容易地拆卸和可恢复地连到中央动力源的连接件。
在用于包装盒的处理组件的一个有益实施例中,优选地具有四个彼此并排布置的用于包装盒的直立传送轨道,其中每一个卡匣被定位在相邻的包装盒传送机之间、所述卡匣具有在两侧上操作的处理元件。在每个边缘处,则具有单独的卡匣,该单独的卡匣具有优选地布置在一侧上的元件。卡匣安装在用于处理的精确位置中,使得它们能够容易地用手从工作位置拉出或推入所述位置。
另一个(特有的)特点是,包装传送机(尤其是具有支托件的环形带)能够单独地或集体地从它们的工作位置(尤其是通过(朝上的)旋转运动)移出,使得能够优选地通过组件的一侧接近被封装在内部或位于内部的元件。

具体实施方式
附图示出了创新的实施例(也就是这里在翻盖盒(flip-top box)实施例中的用于香烟的包装盒10的处理)的优选范围,所述翻盖盒具有可热密封并优选可收缩的膜的外护套11。该实施例涉及在制造过程期间对用于包装盒10的处理元件的布置,在本实例中,所述制造过程为:热密封外护套11的折叠折片,以及用于激活外护套的收缩处理的(片状元件)传热。
图1所示的装置在其概念上并且很大程度上在操作模式上对应于DE102011122327A1的装置。
由包装机制备的包装盒10在包装轨道上被带到包封单元12,包封单元用于将包装盒10包封在外护套11的切片中。折叠转轮13用于折叠外护套11并将纵向折叠折片初始地密封或定位(tack)在包装盒10的径向向外的侧表面区域中。
此后,包装盒10经轨道部分14转到定位和收缩工位15,所述定位和收缩工位用于在包装盒10的底表面和侧端面的区域中进行热密封或定位,并且用于外护套的进一步(部分地)收缩。
本创新的主题是一种(下述)装置或子组件16,所述装置或子组件用于在定时输送的包装盒10的停止阶段期间将(特别地)热和压力进一步传递到选择的包装盒表面。子组件16被设计为使得包装盒10沿若干平行的传送轨道输送,并接受相应定位的元件的处理。特别地,输送轨道被布置为直立的,也就是说,若干轨道沿主传送方向彼此并排地布置。在本实例中,在折叠转轮13之后,包装盒10由包装传送机,也就是由下方的水平带17输送,所述下方的水平带由支托件18以预定的间隔捡起包装盒10并将它们输送到子组件16的区域中。控制输送运动,使得随后的横向的、尤其是向上的传送运动仅在对应于包装轨道数量的数个包装盒10由水平带17准备就绪时才启动。
包装盒10在子组件16的区域中由(直立)包装传送机、在本实例中由成对的彼此相对布置的竖直带19,20输送。每个竖直带19,20由环形带和支托件21组成,所述支托件用于在每种情况下在一侧面向前壁而另一侧面向底壁的大表面(下方)包装盒侧部的区域中(图3)捡起一个包装盒10。彼此面对的相对的竖直带19,20的支托件21彼此定向,即,处于共同的(水平的)平面中。这样,在一个传送周期期间,包装盒10能被抓持、从水平带17升起、并以定时方式从一个处理工位传送到下一工位。
在包装盒10沿(竖直的)包装轨道输送期间,外护套11或包装盒10的某些表面(在本实例中为长方体包装盒10的较窄的纵向侧部)暴露在热和/或压力下。为此目的,设置了若干处理工位,在所示例子中为三个工位。优选地,包装盒10的侧表面(不具有外护套的折叠折片的包装盒侧部)在第一、下方的处理工位中暴露在(收缩)热下,以便使膜进一步部分地收缩。为此,使用了片状收缩元件22,其中加热表面优选地覆盖包装盒10的整个侧表面。
在下一(中间)处理工位,另外的加热元件作用在相邻输送轨道的包装盒10的相对侧或面对侧上,用于(部分地)密封外护套11的纵向折片或叠置的管。为此,使用了细长的密封板23,所述密封板优选地具有比包装盒10的侧表面的相应尺寸略短的宽度或高度。
接下来是另一个(第三或上方)处理工位,在该处理工位中,具有重叠的纵向折片的包装盒10的同一侧表面被完全密封,即,通过将热和压力主要传递到包装盒侧部的整个表面上来实现。为此,使用了相应地设计好尺寸的具有较大宽度或高度的密封板24。
如此密封和收缩处理的包装盒10被移到(上方)切换位置并由上方的带25带走,其优选地以DE102011122327A1描述的方式实现。
在用于包装盒10的平行(直立)传送轨道的区域中,处理元件以各种设计成对布置在相邻的(竖直)带19,20之间。在每个加热元件22,23,24的区域中,以不同方式激活的元件被布置成(在本实例中)与压元件26,27,28相对—优选地处于同一高度。压元件用作在与加热元件22,23,24相对的包装盒表面(纵向侧)上的抵接元件,并且这是对相邻轨道的包装盒10而言的。由于压元件26,27,28,特定的包装盒10被压靠在相对的处理元件上:收缩元件22,密封板23,24。
布置在相邻的竖直带19,20之间的元件被布置在一个共同的独立支撑单元、也就是卡匣29上。
卡匣29能够以各种方式设计,尽管每次都具有用于处理元件22,23,24;26,27,28的支撑件。示范实施例(图7,图8)示出了大体上为长方体模制件的卡匣,该卡匣在每种情况中在相对的元件的区域中具有空腔或腔室30。细长的空腔或腔室30在卡匣29的(直立)外壁的区域中形成细长的、特别是矩形的凹口或窗口31。这些凹口或窗口的尺寸被设计成在包装盒10的处理中能够使处理元件通过或使处理元件的有效操作成为可能。因此,收缩元件22或密封板23,24特别地布置在窗口31内。各尺寸与包装盒10的纵向尺寸协调。
这些元件在卡匣29上这样布置,使得每次将一个紧固支柱32(在本实例中由连接螺钉33)固定到窗口31相应的凸肩上。在内部(即,朝向腔室30的内部),加热元件22,23,24被屏蔽,也就是由(角铁状)加热板34同样地通过螺钉35固定来实现所述屏蔽。元件22,23,24的加热通过(电)加热筒36完成,加热筒被布置在元件22,23,24的本体内的镗孔中。此外,每个元件22,23,24上设置有温度传感器37。
在每种情况下,压元件与加热或密封元件22,23,24相对地布置在卡匣29上。作用在相邻传送轨道的包装盒10上的压元件是气动操作的。在该示例中,可移动元件(也就是优选地可弹性变形的膜片38)被设置为压元件。优选为圆形的膜片38由在卡匣29的凹陷区域中的周向边缘固定或夹紧。在内侧,具有至少一个位于膜片38的区域中的加压空气管线或在卡匣29的壁的内部的加压空气通道39,其优选地指向膜片38的中心,使得在压力下膜片朝着外侧(对着相邻的包装盒壁)变形。加压空气通道39被连接至卡匣29内的加压空气管线40。多个加压空气管线40被连接至歧管41。歧管被连接到中央加压空气源上。若干(圆形的)压元件或膜片38(在本实例中为两个)一起形成压单元,其作用在包装盒的表面上。
如图7所示的例子被设计用于处理长方体包装盒10,尤其是翻盖式/铰链盖型的香烟包装盒。长方体包装盒10设置有外护套11并以定时方式在子组件19的区域中或在彼此并排形成的若干(竖直)包装轨道的区域中输送,使得包装盒10的细长的窄侧表面76,77在停止阶段期间转向处理和处置元件并相对于它们定向。在第一或下方工位中,即在收缩元件22的区域中,布置在相邻卡匣29上的压元件26将侧表面76压靠在收缩元件22的工作表面上。相应的侧表面76不包含外护套11的任何折叠的折片。与侧表面相对的(参看图7)是处于按压位置中的压元件26,其中,相应变形的膜片38搁靠在面对着的侧表面77上(其与侧表面76相对)并产生用于相对的侧表面76的压力。
对下一个周期而言,压元件26被释放。一旦包装盒10向上运动,它就由引导表面(尤其是与卡匣29的侧表面稍微间隔开)横向地移位到输送位置中。在本示范实施例中,窗口31的(上)边界被设计为倾斜引导表面78。这使包装盒10随着其继续行进而产生横向位移。处理元件(尤其是元件22,23,24)的工作表面相对于卡匣29的外边界或外表面稍微缩进,使得只有通过横向位移(由压元件26,26,28冲击所致),包装盒10的有待处理的表面才支撑在元件22,23,24上。
在后面的工位中,折叠折片通过用密封元件23和24热密封而结合在一起。这些为在侧表面77的区域中的外护套11的侧折片或管折片。在这里,再次地,相邻卡匣29的压元件27,28以所描述的方式操作。
布置在相邻竖直带19,20之间的卡匣29在两侧上均设置有处理元件。位于边缘竖直带19,20旁边的边缘卡匣仅在一侧(面向带19,20的那一侧)设置有用于加热元件和压元件的窗口31或凹陷,并且这与下一个卡匣29的处理元件相匹配。
加热筒36由电线42供应电流。这些电线在卡匣29的镗孔或空腔中延伸,并被引导至布置在卡匣29的壳体上的连接器43。连接器被配置为突起物,其在卡匣29被置于工作位置(如图6,右方)时与子组件16的连接器壳体44(图6)中的固定配合连接器接触。此配合连接器被连接至中央电源。在卡匣29的工作位置中,连接器43被连接至在连接器壳体44中的电源并且因此而接受电力。
类似地,当卡匣29处于工作位置时,还产生了自动的加压空气源。在连接器壳体44旁边布置了固定的加压空气孔口45。歧管41在加压空气壳体46的区域中由(加压空气)联接器54连接到中央加压空气源。加压空气源由控制阀47调节。因此,卡匣29的元件的全部能量供应在其处于工作位置时是自动产生的。
卡匣29能够通过支撑元件(比如导轨)固定在工作位置中。在本实例中,每个卡匣由(两个)紧固螺钉48固定到装置的承载框架上,螺钉在这里穿过位于上下边缘处的细长通道49。此框架为(直立)支撑板50,其具有用于锚固紧固螺钉48的螺纹镗孔51。这些紧固螺钉可在卡匣29的自由侧插入和操作。还具有把手52,其在这里用于在安装或移除期间握持卡匣29。卡匣29在工作位置中的准确位置由定位销53进一步固定。具有连接器43的卡匣29或卡匣29的壳体凸肩由衬垫(圈)75密封在固定的配合件或配合连接器44上。
支撑板50为结构部件,其上紧固有另外的元件,比如配合连接器或连接器壳体44和/或加压空气孔口45。
另一特征是用于(平行地)输送包装盒10经过各个处理工位的带19,20的布置。在本示范实施例中,具有四个传送单元,即,四对相对的和相互作用的竖直带19,20。该特征在于以下事实:每次至少一个竖直带(尤其是前侧的竖直带19)能够从工作位置(直立位置)移到维护或修理位置。前侧的竖直带19能够优选地围绕上方枢轴从直立位置转到大体上水平的位置(图6)。在此位置中,能够接近带19,20并且也能够接近子组件16的内部区域。该布置能够使得所有的(前侧)竖直带19能够由对应的激活机构共同地移动到维护位置中(图4,图5)。替代地,激活机构能够被设计为使得单独的(前侧)竖直带19能够各自地移动或枢转(图9)。
带19,20中的每一个均装在它们自己的带梁上,这使得它们的调整或旋转成为可能。这里,带臂55,56具有(每个)带19,20。在每种情况下,带臂55安装在相邻的一方为竖直带19而另一方为竖直带20之间形成的空间中。在边缘的带19,20的端部或自由侧,安装了不同设计的带臂56。带臂55大体上填充同一侧的相邻的带19,20之间的区域。在每个带臂55,56上的凹口62使卡匣29在带19,20之间的通过或定位成为可能。边缘的带臂59设置有凹口63,其通过切下带臂56的中间段而在一侧上敞开。
(旋转)带臂55,56在它们的端部(顶部和底部)设置有模制的支承块57,58并通过这些支承块安装在轴或心轴(axle)上。在本实例中,连续的驱动轴59,60布置于上支承块57的区域中,并且能在支承块57的对应镗孔中转动。对应地布置的心轴61,62具有下支承块58。
带臂55,56和指定的带19,20一起形成结构单元。(前侧的)带19可借助于带臂55,56共同地(图4,图5)或单独地(图9)旋转到维护位置中。旋转运动是围绕上方的轴59发生的,该轴在所有实施例中连续延伸。
在相邻的带19共同运动的示范实施例中,连接元件(连杆64)通过连接块65连接到至少一个(下)支承块58上。相邻的带19或带臂55,56由下方的心轴61结合在一起,使得一旦连杆64运动,则所有相邻的带19连同带臂55,56被移动到维护位置中。为此目的,把手或球状手柄66被布置在连杆64上。此外,连杆64连接至气体压力弹簧67,该气体压力弹簧有助于或能协调运动过程。
当单独的带19能够被移动时,需要修改设计(图9)。每个带19具有一带臂56,该带臂位于相应的带19的一侧,并且能够通过上支承块57在轴59上旋转或转动。在同一带19的相对侧,另一带臂(也就是辅助臂68)具有此带19。该辅助臂在两端还布置有加厚件以形成支承块69。上支承块69可旋转地安装在轴59上。下支承块69与在带臂56下端部处的支承块58通过旋转轴颈(而非图3的贯通心轴61)连接,使得每次带19连同带臂56和辅助臂68形成可移动或可旋转的单元。
在本实施例中,每个带19能够单独地移动到(水平的)维护位置中并返回到工作位置。为了激活,设置了把手(在该实例中为球状手柄66),其被放置在下支承块58上。此外,制动轮70被放置在可移动的单元上,例如,放置在辅助臂68上。在有制动轮70的情况下,带19的工作位置由对应的连接件固定以防止无意的旋转运动。
竖直带19,20的驱动发生在上部偏转的区域中,也就是在轴59,60的区域中。驱动马达71在本示范实施例中穿过(环形)驱动带72(带齿带)连接到两根轴59,60上,驱动带72跨过同步定时地驱动所述轴59,60的偏转辊。用于竖直带19,20的偏转辊安装在驱动轴59,60上,这些带定时地传递竖直带19,20的共同(同步)驱动。(下方的)心轴61,62自由转动。
子组件16的元件由特别的支撑系统支撑,该支撑系统由(后)支撑单元(支撑板50)和(两个)横向支撑系统(在该实例中为横向定向的保持板73,74)组成。横向定向的支撑部件(保持板73,74)用于安装带72的轴59,60和偏转辊的心轴。此外,后部的不可移动的竖直带20的优选连续的心轴62能够通过其端部可旋转地安装在保持板73,74中。
作为用于处理元件的可互换的支托件的卡匣29还能够用于机械的(折叠)元件或用于液压操作的(移动的)元件。此外,该装置能够构造成使得(独立于卡匣29的)用于输送包装盒10的输送带19,20能够在前侧和/或在后侧的平行轨道中移动(特别地,转动)。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于生产和/或处理(香烟)包装盒(10)、尤其是具有可密封和/或可收缩膜的外护套(11)的长方体硬包装盒的装置,其中所述包装盒(10)一个接一个地行驶通过多个处理工位,所述多个处理工位沿着所述包装盒(10)的具有处理元件等的输送轨道布置,其特征在于:
a)属于一个单元的若干个、特别是不同的处理元件(22,23,24;26,27,28)被布置在处于工作位置中的共同的支托件、即卡匣(29)上,
b)所述支托件或所述卡匣(29)能够从所述工作位置取出,
c)用于机械地、电气地、气动地、液压地向所述处理元件供应动力的任何管线和通道均能够被分离,用于移除所述支托件或所述卡匣(29)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:
a)能够通过带-竖直带(19,20)-沿若干个优选为直立的传送轨道输送多个包装盒(10),用于所述外护套(11)的处理、尤其是用于外护套的热密封和收缩处理,
b)若干个成对的-相对的-竖直带(19,20)被布置为彼此具有间隔-在相邻对的竖直带(19,20)之间具有间隔,
c)在各相邻竖直带(19,20)之间分别布置有具有所需处理元件的至少一个卡匣(29),使得一个卡匣(29)的处理元件在包装盒(10)的停止阶段期间位于一个包装盒(10)或一个包装盒表面的区域中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,布置在相邻对的输送带(19,20)之间的所述卡匣(29)在两个相对的侧部上-在卡匣(29)的直立壁上-均具有处理元件、每个所述侧部均面对着相邻行的包装盒(10),优选地使得在卡匣的一个侧部上布置有用于传递热和/或压力的元件而在相对的侧部上布置有(可气动操作的)压元件(26,27,28),使得所述压元件(26,27,28)每次将包装盒(10)压靠在相邻卡匣(29)的处理元件上。
4.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,在直立侧壁的区域中的第一(下方)工位中,优选的大体上长方体的卡匣(29)在一个侧部上具有加热元件、即收缩元件(22),而在相对的侧部上具有(下方)压元件(26);在高于第一工位中,在另一侧部上具有压元件(27),而在相对的侧部上具有加热元件、即密封板(23);最后在第三、上方工位中,在同一侧具有另一加热元件、即密封板(24),而在相对的侧部上具有另一压元件(28)。
5.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡匣被设计为中空本体,尤其是具有根据成对的、一个高于一个地布置的处理元件的数量来形成的腔室,这些腔室具有用于容纳所述元件的凹口、即窗口(31)或凹陷,而用于供应和排放压力介质或用于容纳电线(42)的通道(39,40,41)则在卡匣(29)的壁中延伸。
6.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,作用于受处理的包装盒(10)上的压元件(26,27,28)具有优选为圆形的膜片(38),所述压元件可通过加压空气起作用、直到它们支承在包装盒表面上,其中所述膜片(38)优选地固定在所述卡匣(29)的圆形凹口中。
7.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,细长的加热元件、即收缩元件(22)和密封板(23,24)特别地通过由角铁状加热板(34)来防止朝着卡匣(29)的内部的热辐射。
8.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加热元件、即收缩元件(22)和密封板(23,24)可特别地通过加热筒(36)进行电加热,其中所述电线(42)引至模制到所述卡匣(29)的壳体上的连接器(43)、优选为常用的连接器,所述连接器在所述卡匣(29)的工作位置中与中央电源电连接、优选地通过布置在所述装置的支撑框架上的配合连接器、即连接器壳体(44)来实现所述电连接。
9.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡匣(29)具有加压空气管线(39,40,41)的系统,通过所述加压空气管线的系统,可使(若干个)压元件(26,27,28)优选地同时利用加压空气起作用,其中歧管(41)在气动联接器(54)的区域中排空,所述气动联接器使所述卡匣(29)的歧管(41)与中央或共用加压空气源连接。
10.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡匣(29)优选地由(两个)细长的紧固螺钉(48)(可移除地)固定在工作位置中,所述紧固螺钉可在自由移除侧操作并且被连接到支撑部件、即支撑板(50)的一部分上。
11.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,至少所述加热元件、即收缩元件(22)和密封板(23,24)优选地通过连接螺钉(33)可移除地紧固到卡匣(29)上。
12.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,至少单独的竖直带(19)或一组竖直带(19)可从(直立的)工作或输送位置移出到维护或修理位置,尤其是(大体上)水平定向的位置。
13.如权利要求12或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,至少可移动的或旋转的竖直带(19)跨越偏转辊延伸或被引导跨越偏转辊,所述偏转辊优选地安装在(驱动)轴上并且能够围绕所述轴运动或利用所述轴通过旋转运动进入修理或维护位置。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,若干个、优选为所有的、前侧的竖直带(19)能够被移入修理或维护位置中,而可移动的竖直带(19)通过激活部件、尤其是横向定向的连杆(64)结合在一起。
15.如权利要求12或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,优选地每个竖直带(19,20)、但至少旋转的竖直带(19)与支撑元件、尤其是带臂(55,56)相关联,这些带臂以旋转或枢转方式通过一个(上)端部安装在(驱动)轴(59,60)上,并且另一(下)端部用于通过(连续的)心轴(61,62)安装所述竖直带(19,20)的下方的偏转辊。
16.如权利要求12或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,单独的竖直带(19)是可移动的、也就是能够移入(水平的)修理或维护位置,其中优选地每个旋转的竖直带(19)在两侧上均具有带臂(55)或辅助臂(68)。
17.如权利要求16或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述竖直带(19)的自由的、可移动的(下)端部通过偏转辊安装在心轴件上,所述心轴件连接所述带臂(55,68)的端部、即支承块(58)。
18.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,具有(后)支撑板(50)和横向定向的支撑部件、即保持板(73,74)的支撑系统、其中尤其是用于驱动所述竖直带(19,20)的(上方的)轴(59,60)被安装到保持板(73,74)中并能够在所述保持板中旋转。
19.如权利要求1或其它权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡匣(29)的元件的工作或起作用表面、尤其是收缩元件(22)和/或密封板(23,24)的加压和加热表面从所述卡匣(29)的外轮廓或外表面缩进,而引导构件、尤其是在窗口(31)的区域中的所述卡匣(29)的边界的倾斜引导表面(78)在执行基于用于布置元件的传送运动的处理之后产生所述包装盒(10)的横向位移。
