本发明公开了一种布匹传送切割机构,属于纺织加工机械设备领域。该发明包括固定支架、进布辊、出布辊和切割机构,进布辊和出布辊依次水平转动连接于固定支架上方两侧,切割机构水平设置在进布辊和出布辊之间的固定支架上侧,切割机构包括切割电机、固定链轮、调节链轮、平移导杆和平移块,切割电机驱动固定链轮,固定支架上方另一侧水平设置有调节板,调节链轮水平转动连接于调节板,平移块可沿平移导杆水平移动,切割链条两端的连接板分别与平移块两侧固定,平移块上侧竖直设置有切割刀片。本发明结构设计合理,可以快速高效的将布匹横向进行切割,提高布匹切割的效率和质量,满足使用的需要。

本发明属于纺织加工机械设备领域,尤其涉及一种布匹传送切割机构。
背景技术
布料由于其具有良好的吸湿性和透气性,穿着柔软舒适,保暖性好,已经大量的应用于我们的日常的生活中,并且布料具有染色性能好,色泽鲜艳,色谱齐全,耐碱性强,耐热光,具有较好的伸长性和拉伸性,并且尺寸稳定性好,坯布是指织成后还没有经过印染加工的布,现有的市面上所售的布料均由坯布生产加工制成,坯布在生产加工完成后需要进行收卷,在利用卷布辊将布匹收卷完成后,需要利用切割设备将布匹进行切割,传统的方式是利用人工手动使用切割设备将布匹进行切割,布匹切割效率较低,切割质量较差,并且当布匹的布幅较宽时,工人难以便捷的将布匹进行切割,经常会造成布匹的切割截面弯曲,造成布匹的损耗,降低布匹的使用率,现有的布匹切割装置结构复杂且操作麻烦,难以快速高效的将布匹准确的进行横向切割,降低布匹的切割效率和质量,不能满足生产使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,可以快速高效的将布匹横向进行切割的布匹传送切割机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种布匹传送切割机构,其特征在于:所述布匹传送切割机构包括固定支架、进布辊、出布辊和切割机构,所述进布辊和出布辊依次水平转动连接于固定支架上方两侧,切割机构水平设置在进布辊和出布辊之间的固定支架上侧;所述切割机构包括切割电机、固定链轮、调节链轮、平移导杆和平移块,固定链轮水平转动连接于固定支架上方一侧,切割电机竖直向上设置在固定支架下侧,切割电机驱动固定链轮,固定支架上方另一侧水平设置有调节板,调节链轮水平转动连接于调节板,固定链轮和调节链轮之间水平设置有切割链条,切割链条两侧分别与固定链轮和调节链轮啮合连接,所述平移导杆水平设置在切割链条一侧,平移块可沿平移导杆水平移动,切割链条两端分别水平设置有连接板,两块连接板分别与平移块两侧固定,平移块上侧竖直设置有切割刀片;所述调节板两侧分别水平设置有导向槽,调节板两侧与固定支架之间分别竖直设置有调节锁紧栓,调节锁紧栓竖直穿过导向槽与固定支架螺纹连接,调节板一侧两端的固定支架上分别竖直设置有固定板,调节板与固定板之间水平设置有调节丝杆,调节丝杆水平穿过固定板,固定板两侧的调节丝杆上分别螺纹连接有调节螺母。
进一步地,所述平移导杆为正六棱柱结构,平移块内水平设置有与平移导杆形状相适配的通孔。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:本发明结构简单,通过进布辊和出布辊依次水平转动连接于固定支架上方两侧,使得布匹能够依次沿着进布辊和出布辊水平准确的进行传送,通过固定链轮水平转动连接于固定支架上方一侧,切割电机驱动固定链轮,调节链轮水平转动连接于调节板,固定链轮和调节链轮之间水平设置有切割链条,平移块可沿平移导杆水平移动,切割链条两端分别水平设置有连接板,两块连接板分别与平移块两侧固定,平移块上侧竖直设置有切割刀片,利用切割电机驱动切割链条,使得平移块能够沿着平移导杆水平往复的进行移动,使得切割刀片能快速高效的将布匹横向进行切割,通过调节板两侧分别水平设置有导向槽,调节板两侧与固定支架之间分别竖直设置有调节锁紧栓,调节板与固定板之间水平设置有调节丝杆,利用调节丝杆驱动调节板,使得调节板能够准确的沿着导向槽进行平移并固定,使得调节链轮能够根据切割链条的张力水平进行移动,确保布匹横向切割的效率和质量,降低了工人的劳动强度,满足生产使用的需要。

为了进一步描述本发明,下面结合附图进一步阐述一种布匹传送切割机构的具体实施方式,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种布匹传送切割机构,包括固定支架1、进布辊2、出布辊3和切割机构,进布辊2和出布辊3依次水平转动连接于固定支架1上方两侧,切割机构水平设置在进布辊2和出布辊3之间的固定支架1上侧。本发明的切割机构包括切割电机4、固定链轮5、调节链轮6、平移导杆7和平移块8,固定链轮5水平转动连接于固定支架1上方一侧,切割电机4竖直向上设置在固定支架1下侧,切割电机4驱动固定链轮5,固定支架1上方另一侧水平设置有调节板9,调节链轮6水平转动连接于调节板9,固定链轮5和调节链轮6之间水平设置有切割链条10,切割链条10两侧分别与固定链轮5和调节链轮6啮合连接,平移导杆7水平设置在切割链条10一侧,平移块8可沿平移导杆7水平移动,切割链条10两端分别水平设置有连接板11,两块连接板11分别与平移块8两侧固定,平移块8上侧竖直设置有切割刀片12。本发明的调节板9两侧分别水平设置有导向槽13,调节板9两侧与固定支架1之间分别竖直设置有调节锁紧栓14,调节锁紧栓14竖直穿过导向槽13与固定支架1螺纹连接,调节板9一侧两端的固定支架1上分别竖直设置有固定板15,调节板9与固定板15之间水平设置有调节丝杆16,调节丝杆16水平穿过固定板15,固定板15两侧的调节丝杆16上分别螺纹连接有调节螺母17。
本发明的平移导杆7为正六棱柱结构,平移块8内水平设置有与平移导杆7形状相适配的通孔,使得平移块8能够沿着平移导杆7水平往复准确的进行移动,使得切割刀片12能快速高效的将布匹横向进行切割。
采用上述技术方案,本发明一种布匹传送切割机构在使用的时候,通过进布辊2和出布辊3依次水平转动连接于固定支架1上方两侧,使得布匹能够依次沿着进布辊2和出布辊3水平准确的进行传送,通过固定链轮5水平转动连接于固定支架1上方一侧,切割电机4驱动固定链轮5,调节链轮6水平转动连接于调节板9,固定链轮5和调节链轮6之间水平设置有切割链条10,平移块8可沿平移导杆7水平移动,切割链条10两端分别水平设置有连接板11,两块连接板11分别与平移块8两侧固定,平移块8上侧竖直设置有切割刀片12,利用切割电机4驱动切割链条10,使得平移块8能够沿着平移导杆7水平往复的进行移动,使得切割刀片12能快速高效的将布匹横向进行切割,通过调节板9两侧分别水平设置有导向槽13,调节板9两侧与固定支架1之间分别竖直设置有调节锁紧栓14,调节板9与固定板15之间水平设置有调节丝杆16,利用调节丝杆16驱动调节板9,使得调节板9能够准确的沿着导向槽13进行平移并固定,使得调节链轮6能够根据切割链条10的张力水平进行移动。通过这样的结构,本发明结构设计合理,可以快速高效的将布匹横向进行切割,确保布匹横向切割的效率和质量,降低了工人的劳动强度,满足生产使用的需要。

1.一种布匹传送切割机构,其特征在于:所述布匹传送切割机构包括固定支架、进布辊、出布辊和切割机构,所述进布辊和出布辊依次水平转动连接于固定支架上方两侧,切割机构水平设置在进布辊和出布辊之间的固定支架上侧;所述切割机构包括切割电机、固定链轮、调节链轮、平移导杆和平移块,固定链轮水平转动连接于固定支架上方一侧,切割电机竖直向上设置在固定支架下侧,切割电机驱动固定链轮,固定支架上方另一侧水平设置有调节板,调节链轮水平转动连接于调节板,固定链轮和调节链轮之间水平设置有切割链条,切割链条两侧分别与固定链轮和调节链轮啮合连接,所述平移导杆水平设置在切割链条一侧,平移块可沿平移导杆水平移动,切割链条两端分别水平设置有连接板,两块连接板分别与平移块两侧固定,平移块上侧竖直设置有切割刀片;所述调节板两侧分别水平设置有导向槽,调节板两侧与固定支架之间分别竖直设置有调节锁紧栓,调节锁紧栓竖直穿过导向槽与固定支架螺纹连接,调节板一侧两端的固定支架上分别竖直设置有固定板,调节板与固定板之间水平设置有调节丝杆,调节丝杆水平穿过固定板,固定板两侧的调节丝杆上分别螺纹连接有调节螺母。
