本发明涉及重型汽车变速器摇臂,具体为一种角度可调式离合器分离摇臂,解决了现有离合器分离摇臂采用焊接结构存在占用空间大且零部件积压的问题。角度可调式离合器分离摇臂,包括分离摇臂花键轴,分离摇臂花键轴上设置有分离轴承拨叉,分离摇臂花键轴的一端套有与其花键配合的分离摇臂本体,分离摇臂本体上开有槽口,且分离摇臂本体上拧有穿过槽口的锁紧螺栓。本发明结构设计合理可靠,满足了离合器分离摇臂角度变化繁多的需求,提高了零部件设计的通用性,而且减少了库存量,达到精益化生产的目的,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及重型汽车变速器摇臂,具体为一种角度可调式离合器分离摇臂。
背景技术
为了满足主机厂的离合器分离要求,必然导致离合器摇臂角度多种多样。现有分离摇臂轴和分离摇臂均为焊接结构,为了保证供货及时,必须导致各类离合器分离摇臂皆有一定数量的库存存在。
因离合器分离摇臂种类繁多,各类型分离摇臂的总体库存量必然数量巨大,不仅占用库房空间,也造成零部件大量积压,供应商无法及时回拢资金。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有离合器分离摇臂采用焊接结构存在占用空间大且零部件积压的问题,提供了一种角度可调式离合器分离摇臂。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:角度可调式离合器分离摇臂,包括分离摇臂花键轴,分离摇臂花键轴上设置有分离轴承拨叉,分离摇臂花键轴的一端套有与其花键配合的分离摇臂本体,分离摇臂本体上开有槽口,且分离摇臂本体上拧有穿过槽口的锁紧螺栓。
作业时,通过将分离摇臂本体“错齿”“正反”安装,可以形成不同角度,来满足各个主机厂的关于分离摇臂的技术参数要求,实现分离摇臂本体的角度调节;同时通过移动分离摇臂本体在分离摇臂花键轴的轴向距离,实现分离摇臂本体到变速器中心的不同距离,克服了现有离合器分离摇臂采用焊接结构存在占用空间大且零部件积压的问题。
本发明结构设计合理可靠,满足了离合器分离摇臂角度变化繁多的需求,提高了零部件设计的通用性,而且减少了库存量,达到精益化生产的目的,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
角度可调式离合器分离摇臂,包括分离摇臂花键轴1,分离摇臂花键轴1上设置有分离轴承拨叉2,分离摇臂花键轴1的一端套有与其花键配合的分离摇臂本体3,分离摇臂本体3上开有槽口4,且分离摇臂本体3上拧有穿过槽口4的锁紧螺栓5。

1.一种角度可调式离合器分离摇臂,其特征在于:包括分离摇臂花键轴(1),分离摇臂花键轴(1)上设置有分离轴承拨叉(2),分离摇臂花键轴(1)的一端套有与其花键配合的分离摇臂本体(3),分离摇臂本体(3)上开有槽口(4),且分离摇臂本体(3)上拧有穿过槽口(4)的锁紧螺栓(5)。
