本发明涉及一种楼宇式制砂系统,包括斗提机、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B、上料胶带机、制砂机、沉降器、除尘器、粉仓、加湿机、返料胶带机、出砂胶带机、楼宇架、除尘器架,其特征是,制砂机、沉降器、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B、加湿机和返料胶带机自上而下依次设置在楼宇架上;在楼宇架的一侧设有除尘器架,除尘器和粉仓自上而下依次设置在除尘器架上。本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑,占地面积小,受天气的影响小,即使在阴雨也能正常生产。

楼宇式制砂系统
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种制砂系统,尤其涉及一种楼宇式制砂系统。
背景技术:
机制砂是岩石经除土开采、机械破碎、筛分而成的,公称粒径小于5mm的岩石颗粒。机制砂生产线按工艺分为湿法制砂和干法制砂两种工艺。对于干法制砂生产线来说,其基本流程以40mm以下原料为例:0-40mm的骨料经悬挂式给料机,胶带输送机输送至立式冲击破进行破碎,冲击破出来的物料上一个二层振动筛进行筛分,大于5mm的物料返回冲击破重新破碎,形成闭路循环;3-5mm的物料根据出料要求可以部分出成品,部分返回冲击破重新破碎;小于3mm的物料进入粗细粉分离机,分离出0-0.075mm的石粉。0.075-3mm和3-5mm的料组成成品料堆:根据环保要求可选配脉冲袋式除尘器。干法制砂工艺优点:细度模数及级配区调整:制砂机、砂石粉分离机配备变频调速控制系统,可以根据原材料的特性调整生产模式,达到快速方便调整机制砂的细度模数和石粉含量;石粉含量调整:通过砂石粉分离机把石粉含量调整到使用要求范围内;环保性能好:配备专用除尘系统,扬尘小、运行时噪音小。但是干法生产线不仅占地面积大,而且受天气的影响大,阴雨天气不能生产。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种占地面积小,受天气的影响小,即使在阴雨也能生产的楼宇式制砂系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种楼宇式制砂系统,包括斗提机、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B、上料胶带机、制砂机、沉降器、除尘器、粉仓、加湿机、返料胶带机、出砂胶带机、楼宇架、除尘器架,其特征是,制砂机、沉降器、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B、加湿机和返料胶带机自上而下依次设置在楼宇架上;在楼宇架的一侧设有除尘器架,除尘器和粉仓自上而下依次设置在除尘器架上;在楼宇架的前面设有斗提机和上料胶带机。
所述楼宇架的外部设有由金属薄板焊接而成的金属壳,上料胶带机的上面设有防雨罩,受天气的影响小,即使在阴雨也能生产。
所述制砂机、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B的外部均设有防尘罩,并通过排尘管、沉降器与除尘器相连通,环保性能好。
所述除尘器架的一侧的地面上设有与除尘器相连通的引风系统。
本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑,占地面积小,受天气的影响小,即使在阴雨也能正常生产。

如图1所示,一种楼宇式制砂系统,包括斗提机(1)、选粉器A(2)、振动筛(3)、选粉器B(4)、上料胶带机(5)、制砂机(7)、沉降器(8)、除尘器(9)、粉仓(10)、加湿机(14)、返料胶带机(12)、出砂胶带机(13)、楼宇架(15)、除尘器架(16),其特征是,制砂机(7)、沉降器(8)、选粉器A(2)、振动筛(3)、选粉器B(4)、加湿机(14)和返料胶带机(12)自上而下依次设置在楼宇架(15)上,结构紧凑,占地面积小。在楼宇架(15)的一侧设有除尘器架(16),除尘器(9)和粉仓(10)自上而下依次设置在除尘器架(16)上,在粉仓(1())的底部设有竖直的出料管,便于粉料的储存与排放。在楼宇架(15)的前面设有斗提机(1)和上料胶带机(5)。楼宇架(15)的外部设有由金属薄板焊接而成的金属壳,上料胶带机(5)的上面设有防雨罩,受天气的影响小,即使在阴雨也能尘产。制砂机(7)、选粉器A(2)、振动筛(3)、选粉器B(4)的外部均设有防尘罩,并通过排尘管、沉降器(8)与除尘器(9)相连通,环保性能好。除尘器架(16)的一侧的地面上设有与除尘器(9)相连通的引风系统(11)。
工作原理:物料经上料仓(6)、上料胶带机(5)、斗提机(1)、进入制砂机(7),物料经制砂机(7)打磨后经选粉器A(2)进入振动筛(3)。较粗的物料经返料胶带机(12)、斗提机(1)从新送回制砂机(7)。较细的物料经选粉器B(4)的下端流出,被加湿机(14)加湿后再经出砂胶带机(13)输送到设定位置。制砂机(7)、选粉器A(2)、振动筛(3)、选粉器B(4)的外部均设有防尘罩,并通过排尘管、沉降器(8)与除尘器(9)相连通,制砂机(7)、选粉器A(2)、振动筛(3)、选粉器B(4)内的粉尘在沉降器(8)内沉降一部分后再经除尘器(9)进行除尘,除尘效果更佳,环保性能更好。楼宇式制砂系统与智能控制系统相连接,可实现自动化尘产,安全性好,工作效率高。

1.一种楼宇式制砂系统,包括斗提机、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B、上料胶带机、制砂机、沉降器、除尘器、粉仓、加湿机、返料胶带机、出砂胶带机、楼宇架、除尘器架,其特征是:所述制砂机、沉降器、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B、加湿机和返料胶带机自上而下依次设置在楼宇架上;在楼宇架的一侧设有除尘器架,除尘器和粉仓自上而下依次设置在除尘器架上;在楼宇架的前面设有斗提机和上料胶带机,在楼宇架的外部设有由金属薄板焊接而成的金属壳,上料胶带机的上面设有防雨罩,在制砂机、选粉器A、振动筛、选粉器B的外部均设有防尘罩,并通过排尘管、沉降器与除尘器相连通。
