本发明提供一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼及制备方法。所述中药薄饼,按重量份计,其原料包括:面粉500份,白糖30份,熟芝麻30份,山药100份,茯苓100份,焦山楂100份,枳实60份,鸡内金50份,龙眼肉50份。上述中药薄饼制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)称取除了面粉、白糖和熟芝麻外的其他原料,混合研磨成细沫;2)上述研磨后原料中加面粉500份混合均匀,用100份水调和成面团;3)加白糖30份和熟芝麻30份,将面团分为15‑20个小团,擀面杖擀呈成薄饼,烘烤即可,烘烤温度为120℃,烘烤时间为12分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼及制备方法。
背景技术
小儿消化不良是儿科常见病、多发病。小儿的消化器官发育还不完善,消化液分泌也不充足,酶的功能也不完善,胃及肠道内粘膜柔嫩,消化功能还比
较弱。如喂养不当,饮食过量或不足,或突然改变饮食品种,盲目增加过高营养物质,超过正常的脾胃耐受能力损伤肠胃 ;或季节变化,肠胃受凉,小儿出现肚子胀、大便稀,有酸臭味,并有大量未消化食物残渣等表现。以大便次数增大,质地稀薄或如水样,带有不消化食物,甚则夹有粘液为其特征。
目前西医对小儿慢性消化不良的治疗多采用口服助消化及收敛药物,如胃蛋白酶、多酶片、乳酶生、鞣酸蛋白等,重者应用抗生素治疗。这些疗法虽然有效,但效果往往不够理想,许多患儿常经久不愈,严重影响了小儿的生长发育。
目前市场上没有用以食疗方法治疗消化不良的食品。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼及制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼,按重量份计,其原料包括:面粉500份,白糖30份,熟芝麻30份,山药100份,茯苓100份,焦山楂100份,枳实60份,鸡内金50份,龙眼肉50份。
上述治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼,其还包括扁豆30份、陈皮20份、砂仁10份、胡椒8份。
一种上述中药薄饼制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取除了面粉、白糖和熟芝麻外的其他原料,混合研磨成细沫;
2)上述研磨后原料中加面粉500份混合均匀,用100份水调和成面团;
3) 加白糖30份和熟芝麻30份,将面团分为15-20个小团,擀面杖擀成薄饼,烘烤即可,烘烤温度为120℃,烘烤时间为12分钟。
本发明的有益效果是:
山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效;鸡内金具有健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石的功效;茯苓既能健脾,又能渗湿,对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、带下,应用茯苓有标本兼顾之效;山楂能助消化,具有养肝去脂功效;枳实具有破气消积,化痰散痞功效;龙眼肉具有补益心脾、养血宁神、健脾止泻、利尿消肿等功效;;本发明制作的薄饼中原料加入中药,对小儿消化不良治疗效果显著,无副作用,无刺激,患者易于接受。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下,对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼,其原料包括:面粉500g,白糖30g,熟芝麻30 g,山药100 g,茯苓100 g,焦山楂100 g,枳实60 g,鸡内金50 g,龙眼肉50 g。
一种上述中药薄饼制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取除了面粉、白糖和熟芝麻外的其他原料,混合研磨成细沫;
2)上述研磨后原料中加面粉500份混合均匀,用100份水调和成面团;
3) 加白糖30 g和熟芝麻30 g,将面团分为15-20个小团,擀面杖擀成薄饼,烘烤即可,烘烤温度为120℃,烘烤时间为12分钟。
实施例2
一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼,其原料包括:面粉500 g,白糖30 g,熟芝麻30 g,山药100 g,茯苓100 g,焦山楂100 g,枳实60 g,鸡内金50 g,龙眼肉50 g,扁豆30 g,陈皮20 g,砂仁10 g,胡椒8 g。制备方法同实施例。
扁豆功效:健脾化湿,止泻,止带;陈皮具有温胃散寒、理气健脾的功效,;砂仁化湿开胃;行气宽中温脾止泻安胎;胡椒治寒痰食积,脘腹冷痛,反胃,呕吐清水,泄泻,冷痢,并解食物毒。
本发明中药薄饼对治疗小儿消化不良的临床疗效
1.研究对象:6个月-10岁小儿,120人,均分为三组;
2.中医辨证为:
1)脾气虚兼乳食内伤:(1)舌质淡、舌体胖或有齿印,苔薄白;(2)脉细弱,指纹沉滞;(3)体倦无力;(4)身疲懒言;
2)脾虚主症(1)食欲差;(2)大便不正常;(3)食后腹胀或午后腹胀,口淡不渴,喜热饮,口流清涎,腹痛绵绵,喜安喜温,恶心呕吐,腕闷、消瘦、面黄等。
3)脾气虚扶湿症:大便溏泄,舌苔白腻。
4)脾肾阳虚:胃寒腋冷,食入即泄,大便清稀,顽固不化,面色胱白。
3.治疗方法,
治疗组1给予实施例1的中药薄饼,治疗组2给予实施例2的中药薄饼,每天一个中药薄饼,对照组给予王氏保赤丸,口服,一次5粒,一日三次,治疗期半个月。
4.治疗结果
通过表格可以得出,治疗组1痊愈率为75%,治疗组2痊愈率为85%,疗效明显优于对照组,对照组有效率85%,痊愈率为50%。

1.一种治疗小儿消化不良的中药薄饼,其特征在于:按重量份计,其原料包括:面粉500份,白糖30份,熟芝麻30份,山药100份,茯苓100份,焦山楂100份,枳实60份,鸡内金50份,龙眼肉50份。
2.权利要求1所述的中药薄饼,其特征在于:其还包括扁豆30份、陈皮20份、砂仁10份、胡椒8份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述中药薄饼制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)称取除了面粉、白糖和熟芝麻外的其他原料,混合研磨成细沫;
2)上述研磨后原料中加面粉500份混合均匀,用100份水调和成面团;
3) 加白糖30份和熟芝麻30份,将面团分为15-20个小团,擀面杖擀成薄饼,烘烤即可,烘烤温度为120℃,烘烤时间为12分钟。
