本发明涉及含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉的组合物及其用途,该组合物按重量划分包括下述组分:发酵大豆蛋白粉200‑400份、人参提取物10‑100份、大枣提取物10‑100份、麦冬提取物10‑100份。通过实验验证,本发明含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉的组合物具有较强的治疗胃炎、缓解胃炎症状的作用,特别是缓解胃灼痛症状。对于胃炎患者,能够快速解除疼痛、逐渐消除炎症症状,且成本低、疗程短、见效快、无毒副作用、愈后疗效长期稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉组合物及用途。
背景技术
胃灼痛是现代人常见的一种胃部不适症状,究其原因主要由暴饮暴食、饭后剧烈运动造成的食物通过贲门括约肌流回食以及胃溃疡等因素所造成。目前,治疗胃灼痛的方法主要从中和胃酸和抑制胃酸分泌两方面入手。同时,如果出现幽门螺杆菌感染的情况,还需辅以抗生素进行治疗。在中和胃酸的药物中主要以Rennie、盖胃平、美乐事(碳酸钙等)为代表,可以起到暂时性舒缓胃灼痛症状的作用,但随后胃酸有反射性分泌增加。在抑制胃酸分泌的药物中主要以善胃德、尼扎替丁、法莫替丁、泰胃美为代表,可以起到长期舒缓胃灼痛等胃部不适症状,但该类药物长期服用会产生降低钙和维生素的吸收、易受感染等副作用。抗生素的使用,则可产生更多副作用,比如肝、肾毒性,胃肠道反应,造血系统毒性等等。
目前,治疗胃灼痛仍以服用西药为主,但西药只能暂时缓解症状,且存在各种毒副作用,同时医药费用较高。因此利用天然植物成分对其病机特点辩证施治已日益为人们所关注。
发酵大豆蛋白粉是采用非转基因大豆为原料,以德氏乳杆菌属保加利亚亚种Rosell-0187为菌种发酵而成,富含大豆蛋白、多肽、氨基酸等多种微生物代谢产物,能够快速舒缓胃灼痛、恶心以及大部分胃部及十二指肠疼痛。
人参在我国历来被视为百草之王,具有非常高的药用及食用价值。《本草纲目》中记载:消食开胃,调中治气,杀金石药毒(大明)。治肺胃阳气不足,肺气虚促,短气少气,补中缓中,泻心、肺、脾、胃中火邪,止渴生津液(元素)。
大枣:李时珍在《本草纲目》中说:枣味甘、性温,能补中益气、养血生津,用于治疗“脾虚弱、食少便溏、气血亏虚”等疾病。常食大枣可治疗身体虚弱、神经衰弱、脾胃不和、消化不良、劳伤咳嗽、贫血消瘦,养肝防癌功能尤为突出,有“日食三颗枣,百岁不显老”之说。
麦冬:《医学衷中参西录》言其:“能入胃以养胃液,开胃进食,更能入脾以助脾散精于肺,定喘宁嗽。”中医认为,麦冬味甘、微苦,性微寒,归胃、肺、心经,有养阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦的功效,用于肺燥干咳、阴虚痨嗽、喉痹咽痛、津伤口渴、内热消渴、心烦失眠、肠燥便秘等症。
目前,无论在中医领域还是在保健食品领域,用于治疗、缓解胃灼痛药物或食品已十分常见,但尚未有人发现以发酵大豆蛋白粉与人参植物提取物、大枣提取物、麦冬提取物相结合,发挥其协同作用治疗胃灼痛的功效。

上述原料的来源的公开,仅是为了是本领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本发明,但并不对本发明做任何限制,复合发酵大豆蛋白粉、人参提取物、大枣提取物、麦冬提取物含量要求的其他来源的上述原料都可以用于本发明。
各实施例及药效学试验中白藜芦醇(含量98%)、紫檀茋(含量99%)、绿茶提取物(EGCG含量50%)、薏苡仁提取物(含量10:1)
实施例1
含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:发酵大豆蛋白粉260g;人参提取物30g;大枣提取物20g;麦冬提取物30g;
(2)混合均匀,加入乳糖100g,糊精180g,硬脂酸镁20g,体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液适量制颗粒,压制成片剂1000片
实施例2
(1)称取:发酵大豆蛋白粉280g;人参提取物40g;大枣提取物30g;麦冬提取物40g;
(2)混合均匀,加入淀粉270g,硬脂酸镁30g,混匀,制成胶囊1000粒
实施例3
一种含有白藜芦醇的抗肿瘤组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:发酵大豆蛋白粉300g;人参提取物50g;大枣提取物40g;麦冬提取物50g
(2)混合均匀,加入淀粉100g,糊精180g,硬脂酸镁20g,均匀,用体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液适量制颗粒
实施例4
一种含有白藜芦醇的抗肿瘤组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:发酵大豆蛋白粉320g;人参提取物60g;大枣提取物50g;麦冬提取物60g;
(2)混合均匀,加入乳糖100g,糊精170g,硬脂酸镁30g,混匀,用体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液职称颗粒剂
实施例5
一种含有白藜芦醇的抗肿瘤组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:发酵大豆蛋白粉350g;人参提取物70g;大枣提取物60g;麦冬提取物70g;
(2)混合均匀,加入乳糖120g,糊精150g,硬脂酸镁30g,混匀,用体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液制成颗粒剂
实施例6
一种含有白藜芦醇的抗肿瘤组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:发酵大豆蛋白粉370g;人参提取物80g;大枣提取物70g;麦冬提取物80g;
(2)混合均匀,加入乳糖100g,糊精180g,硬脂酸镁20g,混匀,用体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液制成颗粒剂。
药效学试验:
实验效果:
1、临床病例:胃灼痛患者100例,男性75例,女性25例。年龄分布在25-75岁
2、分组:将以上胃灼痛患者随机平均分为两组,实验组和空白对照组,每组各50例
3、服用方法:实验组患者每次服用实施例6制备的颗粒剂,每天服用3次,每次服用一袋,饭前服用,温开水送服,服用时间为一个月;空白对照组患者每次服用葡萄糖颗粒剂,每天服用3次,每次服用一袋,饭前服用,温开水送服,服用时间为一个月
3、观察指标
以上数据表明,由发酵大豆蛋白粉、人参提取物、大枣提取物以及麦冬提取物组成的组合物,具有较为明显的治疗胃灼痛的功效。
Claims (5)
1.含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中一种发酵大豆蛋白粉是以德氏乳杆菌属保加利亚亚种Rosell-0187为菌种发酵而成。
3.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征是按重量成分为:发酵大豆蛋白粉200-400份、人参提取物10-100份、大枣提取物10-100份、麦冬提取物10-100份,所述人参提取物中人参皂苷含量为80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中发酵大豆蛋白粉250-350份、人参提取物20-80份、大枣提取物20-80份、麦冬提取物20-80份。
5.根据权利要求1-4的含有一种发酵大豆蛋白粉组合物在制备抗胃灼痛保健食品的用途。
