Abstract
一种用于无气泡封闭容器的密封盖,当其装接至容器的颈部上时可挤出容器的部分内装物,同时可在密封盖结合于封闭位置之前供任何积聚的气体通过一或多个排气孔逸出。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有密封盖的无气泡灌注液体的容器,尤其是一种密封盖,藉此可使容器灌注液体且无气泡产生。本发明还涉及一种无气泡灌注容器的方法。
在众多用途中,常需将液体转移至容器内且不含有残留的气体或空气。例如有此规定的容器为用于医药溶液,其用于特定的吸入器,且利用一测量室测量液体(例如图1所示的WO91/14468号专利)。在此例中,由于待测量的液体常常含有极有效力的药物而需准确计量,配药时的变动范围越小越好,否则患者无法掌握医师所告示的有效物质的量。若每剂的液体量极少,则在上述吸入器中只要有极小的气泡即有可能导致高百分比的偏差。
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有密封盖的容器,特别是一种密封盖以及一种无气泡灌注容器的方法,使得容器内只充满液体而没有空气或气体残余,并且能借助一抽吸器从上述容器内抽吸出所装盛的液体。
本发明关于提供容器的目的通过一种带有密封盖的容器来实现,该容器用于无气泡灌注液体,该密封盖设置在容器的颈部上并可卡锁到密闭位置,其中,
-在密封盖上设有一不密闭的管嘴,用于在将密封盖推套在容器的颈部上时挤出容器的部分内装物,
一在密封盖的外侧设有一个或多个排气孔,用于在容器密闭过程中,密封盖卡锁到密闭位置前与外界连通,以便从容器内挤出的气体或液体能逸出,在容器密闭之后,排气孔与容器内的液体之间不再连通。
按照本发明的一有利设计,容器的颈部具有一个带有一个或多个排气孔的筒形环。在容器的刚性颈部的下部则是一可变形内袋,当液体取出后,容器的内袋本身可收缩。按照本发明的另一有利设计,容器包括一固定不变的外壳和一个可变形的内袋,当液体取出后,内袋本身可收缩。
本发明关于提供密封盖的目的通过一种可卡锁到密闭位置的密封盖来实现,该密封盖可用于无气泡灌注液体,其中,
-在密封盖上设有一不密闭的管嘴,用于在将密封盖推套在容器的颈部上时挤出容器的部分内装物,
-在密封盖的外侧设有一个或多个排气孔,用于在容器密闭过程中,密封盖下缘处的内环形卷边卡锁到密闭位置前,使由密封盖和容器的颈部构成的密封盖内部和外界连通。
按照本发明的有利设计,排气孔位于密封盖的顶部或侧部。其中,排气孔还可包括置于卷边中的凹穴。
按照本发明的另一有利设计,密封盖的管嘴的底部形成倒角。管嘴的底部还可设有一可刺穿的膜片。
按照本发明的又一有利设计,管嘴的内部有针管导件,导件形成一压配合。管嘴还可装有一O形密封环。
本发明关于提供方法的目的通过一种将液体无气泡地灌注到一个容器中的方法来实现,该容器具有一个环绕其颈部的筒形环,其中,为了密闭该容器,将一个可卡锁到密闭位置且具有一环形卷边的密封盖推套到容器的颈部上,其中在该密封盖的内侧成形有一个不密闭的管嘴,用于将容器的部分内装物挤出,在推套密封盖的过程中,一个或多个设在密封盖外侧、筒形环内或卷边中的排气孔或凹穴用于与外界连通,使得气体和/或液体可自容器内选出,但在容器与密封盖密闭后,容器内的液体与排气孔之间不再连通。
下面借助附图所示实施例对本发明作进一步说明,附图中:
图1为一穿过此种封密盖中心的轴向截面图;
图2以又一轴向截面显示在封闭位置的一容器的颈部与本发明密封盖的接合情况,排气孔有不同的配置;
图3为本发明的实施例,其中(至少一个)排气孔设于容器顶部且呈凹穴状;

图4为本发明容器上装接密封盖的示意图;
图5a、5b、5c为本发明密封盖带有取出流体用针管导件的示意图。
在图1中,挠性密封盖1具有一装置2,在此例中其呈管嘴形状,藉由该装置2使容器3的部分内装物在密封过程中挤出;一内环唇缘4(卷边)设于密封盖1的底环缘上,在密封位置,其位于一筒形环5的下方,而筒形环5绕设于容器颈部的外侧。当密封盖1向上推时,密封盖的环缘即膨胀,且唇缘4抵于筒形环5上以形成密闭,因此,盖的内部7与外部之间唯一的连通方式是通过一或多个排气孔6在密闭位置时,密封盖1的平坦部分与容器颈部顶缘间的间隙可选择使用一环肋8,以提高密闭性,并填入一密封环9,这样,容器3的内部与盖的内部7可有效地隔开,盖的内部环绕密封环9和容器3的颈部。密封环9的内径最好经选定,以便紧配合于装置2上。排气孔6亦可设于盖的外部的其他点上,以及设于侧面上,即盖的筒形部中。
图2显示在封闭位置的容器的颈部与密封盖1的接合情况。然而在此例中,通气利用设于密封盖1的环缘4中的凹穴状的排气孔6来实现。另外,环5中的凹穴也可作为通气装置(如图3)。管嘴2由底端的一膜片10封闭。为了取出液体,则膜片可由一针管刺穿。
图3以又一轴向截面显示在密封过程中一容器的颈部与密封盖的接合情况。如图3所示,在容器的环5中至少有一排气孔6。排气孔最好在环5中呈凹穴状排列。另外,排气孔也可呈心孔状。排气孔6以此方式设置,使得空气在封闭过程中可自盖的内部7通过排气孔6逸出,但是在容器封合后,容器内的液体与排气孔之间即不再相通。
图4以轴向截面显示本发明的一容器,其上接合一密封盖,排气孔则设于环5的外部。排气孔可呈凹穴状。
在一最佳实施例中,容器3包含一体积稳定不变的外壳及一在液体取出后本身可折收的可变形内袋3b。在这些实施例中,任何残留的气泡将特别有伤害性。例如此种容器可见于532873号欧洲专利中,其容器在此可供参考。装置11则用于将可变形内袋3b固定于面向袋体3b的固定外壳3a的内壁。
图5a显示本发明密封盖的一最佳实施例,其中管嘴的内部设有一针管导件12,以利于液体取出。此例中的排气孔6设于容器3的顶部上。如前所述,排气孔也可设于密封盖上。
图5b、5c显示关于管嘴2和取出液体用的针管导件12的结构的其它实施例。
在图5b所示的实施例中,导件12形成一压配合14。根据直径和长度设计压配合,这样,一方面可使针管的插入阻力最小,另一方面在管嘴和针管之间能得到充分密封。
在图5c所示的实施例中,在管嘴和插入的针管之间有一挠性的O形密封环13,其中针管未示出。
如图5b、5c所示,管嘴下端的膜片10最好形成倒角,其与管嘴的轴线最好成40°至70°角。这样就使得膜片很容易被不尖的针管刺穿,该针管的端面垂直于针管的轴线。不尖的针管与尖的针管相比的优点在于,减少对使用者的伤害,减少与加工针管端面有关的工作,以及当针管插入时,减少管嘴壁上的颗粒磨损。
各图中显示一密封环9及一环肋8 在可替换的实例中,如果所有组件确实为高精密的组接,则环肋8可省略不用。
为了自容器3取出液体,膜片10可由一针管刺穿。在这些最佳实施例中,容器3内设有一可变形的内袋3b,且针管的尖端在液体取出时位于容器的一半处,此时气泡几乎不构成问题。
容器及密封盖1通常由塑胶材料制成。由于移入容器的液体实际上为不可压缩的,因此,包含有容器及密封盖的系统需有足够的可变形性,以容许液体受热膨胀。同样,当液体取出时,容器的壁需可做充分的变形或折缩。例如以聚乙烯或聚丙烯组成的适宜的塑胶皆可供熟悉此技术者用于制成容器及密封盖1。
Claims (14)
1、一种带有密封盖(1)的容器(3),用于无气泡灌注液体,该密封盖设置在容器的颈部上并可卡锁到密闭位置,其特征在于,
-在密封盖(1)上设有一不密闭的管嘴(2),用于在将密封盖(1)推套在容器(3)的颈部上时挤出容器的部分内装物,
-在密封盖(1)的外侧设有一个或多个排气孔(6),用于在容器(6)密闭过程中,密封盖(1)卡锁到密闭位置前与外界连通,以便从容器内挤出的气体或液体能逸出,在容器密闭之后,排气孔(6)与容器(3)内的液体之间不再连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,容器(3)的颈部具有一个带有一个或多个排气孔的筒形环(5)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,在容器的刚性颈部的下部是一可变形内袋(3b),当液体取出后,容器的内袋本身可收缩。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,容器(3)包括一固定不变的外壳(3a)和一个可变形的内袋(3b),当液体取出后,内袋本身可收缩。
5、一种可卡锁到密闭位置的密封盖(1),用于无气泡灌注液体,其特征在于,
-在密封盖(1)上设有一不密闭的管嘴(2),用于在将密封盖(1)推套在容器(3)的颈部上时挤出容器的部分内装物。
-在密封盖(1)的外侧设有一个或多个排气孔(6),用于在容器(6)密闭过程中,密封盖(1)下缘处的内环形卷边(4)卡锁到密闭位置前,使由密封盖和容器的颈部构成的密封盖内部(7)和外界连通。
6、根据权利要求5所述的密封盖(1),其中,排气孔(6)位于密封盖(1)的顶部或侧部。
7、根据权利要求5所述的密封盖(1),其中,排气孔(6)包括置于卷边(4)中的凹穴。
8、根据权利要求5或6所述的密封盖,其特征在于,密封盖(1)的管嘴(2)的底部形成倒角。
9、根据权利要求5所述的密封盖,其特征在于,管嘴的底部设有一可刺穿的膜片(10)。
10、根据权利要求9所述的密封盖,其特征在于,管嘴的底部形成倒角。
11、根据权利要求9或10所述的密封盖,其特征在于,管嘴的内部有针管导件。
12、根据权利要求11所述的密封盖,其特征在于,导件(12)形成一压配合(14)。
13、根据权利要求9所述的密封盖,其特征在于,管嘴装有一O形密封环。
14、一种将液体无气泡地灌注到一个容器(3)中的方法,该容器具有一个环绕其颈部的筒形环(5),其特征在于,为了密闭该容器,将一个可卡锁到密闭位置且具有一环形卷边(4)的密封盖(1)推套到容器(3)的颈部上,其中在该密封盖(1)的内侧成形有一个不密闭的管嘴(2),用于将容器的部分内装物挤出,在推套密封盖(1)的过程中,一个或多个设在密封盖(1)外侧、筒形环(5)内或卷边(4)中的排气孔或凹穴(6)用于与外界连通,使得气体和/或液体可自容器(3)内逸出,但在容器(3)与密封盖(1)密闭后,容器内的液体与排气孔(6)之间不再连通。
