Abstract

本发明涉及的电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,包括气仓、储气罐、输气管、气膜、推杆和控气装置,所述气膜设置在所述气仓内两侧,所述推杆的一端连接在气膜上,推杆的另一端穿过气仓外壁与抱闸臂上端相连接,所述气仓的中间气仓上设置有中间进气端和中间出气端,所述气仓的膜前气仓上设置有膜前进气端,所述气仓的中间进气端和膜前进气端分别通过输气管与储气罐相连,所述中间出气端直接与大气相连通,通过本技术方案,利用压缩空气推动气仓中的气膜,带动推杆传导推力,使抱闸臂打开,通过气动来实现抱闸制动和解除制动,解决了现有技术中耗电量大、噪音消除困难问题,可作到工作无噪音,安全性高、结构简单,大大降低了制作成本。

电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种升降设备气制动解除装置,特别是涉及电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置。
背景技术
随着城市密集发展,城市高层建筑的大理出现,电梯作为高层建筑中垂直运行的交通工具已与人们的日常生活密不可分,为此电梯的安全性和可靠性也成为人们普遍关注的焦点。
电梯运行中的电梯制动设备是电梯安全、可靠运行的重要部件之一,而在传统的电梯曳引机的制动设备中是依靠电磁铁来实现抱闸的松闸或合闸,当直行电梯处于静止状态时,曳引电机、制动设备中的电磁线圈中均无电流通过,这时因电磁铁芯间没有吸引力、制动抱闸中的闸瓦在制动弹簧压力作用下,将制动轮抱紧,保证电机不能转动;当曳引电机通电旋转时,制动电磁铁中的线圈同时通上电流,电磁铁芯迅速磁化吸合,带动制动臂制动弹簧使制动闸瓦涨开完全脱离制动轮,电梯得以运行;但是由于直行电梯正常运行时,制动器要在持续通电情况下才能保持松闸状态,线圈易发热,无用功电能浪费较大如今,电梯作为现代建筑最大“用电老虎”之一,能源消耗巨大,社会各界对电梯节能的意识不强,因此,电梯节能工作已经是刻不容缓。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,针对现有的电磁抱闸制动装置存在耗电多、噪音消除困难等问题,通过本技术方案,从而电能利用率大大升高,工作无噪音,安全性高、结构简单,从而弥补了现有技术中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,包括有设置在制动轮两侧的抱闸臂,所述抱闸臂上分别设置有与制动轮相抵接的抱闸块,所述抱闸臂的一端分别铰接在机座上,所述连杆固定于机座上,所述制动弹簧分别套在连杆上,制动弹簧一端与连杆的一端相抵,制动弹簧另一端与抱闸臂另一端相抵接,包括气仓、储气罐、输气管、气膜、推杆和控气装置,所述气仓设置在两抱闸臂的中间,所述气膜设置在所述气仓内两侧,将气仓内分为中间气仓和膜前气仓,所述推杆的一端连接在气膜上,推杆的另一端穿过气仓外壁与抱闸臂上端相连接接,所述气仓的中间气仓上设置有中间进气端和中间出气端,所述气仓的膜前气仓上设置有膜前进气端,所述气仓的中间进气端和膜前进气端分别通过输气管与储气罐相连,所述中间出气端直接与大气相连通,所述控气装置分别设置在所对应的输气管上。
所述气仓内壁两侧分别设置有推杆管套,所述推杆装在推杆管套内。
采用上述技术方案后的有益效果是:一种电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,通过本技术方案,利用压缩空气推动气仓中的气膜,带动推杆传导推力,使抱闸臂打开,在保持气压下,维持闸臂长时间打开,控气装置采用一路打开,可以起到防止制动意外解除的作用,在制动弹簧突然损坏或失效的情况下,可通过气动来实现抱闸制动和解除制动,解决了现有技术中耗电量大、噪音消除困难问题,可作到工作无噪音,安全性高、结构简单,大大降低了制作成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明中具体实施例作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明涉及的电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,包括有设置在制动轮1两侧的抱闸臂2,所述抱闸臂2上分别设置有与制动轮1相抵接的抱闸块3,所述抱闸臂2的一端分别铰接在机座4上,所述连杆5固定于机座4上,所述制动弹簧6分别套在连杆5上,制动弹簧6一端与连杆5的一端相抵,制动弹簧6另一端与抱闸臂2另一端相抵接,包括气仓7、储气罐8、输气管9、气膜10、推杆11和控气装置,所述气仓7设置在两抱闸臂2的中间,所述气膜10设置在所述气仓7内两侧,将气仓7内分为中间气仓17和膜前气仓18,所述推杆11的一端连接在气膜10上,推杆11的另一端穿过气仓7外壁与抱闸臂2上端相连接,所述气仓7的中间气仓17上设置有中间进气端12和中间出气端13,所述气仓7的膜前气仓18上设置有膜前进气端14,所述气仓7的中间进气端12和膜前进气端14分别通过输气管9与储气罐8相连,所述中间出气端13直接与大气相连通,所述控气装置分别设置在所对应的输气管9上。
所述气仓7内壁两侧分别设置有推杆管套16,所述推杆11装在推杆管套16内。
本发明中控气装置由数个电控换向阀和电控阀构成,电控换向阀和电控阀分别设置在所对应的输气管9上,通过控制器对电控换向阀的切换换向和电控阀的通断控制,达到推杆11对抱闸的制动和解除制动,所述控气装置为现有技术,在此不再详细赘述。
本发明中的储气罐8为储能元件,当储气罐8中压力不足时,会自动启动空气压缩机为储气罐进行补充。
本发明当电梯外于静止状态,制动轮1两侧被抱闸块3向中间挤压,制动轮1被抱死不能够转动,而保持制动状态,此时电控换向阀换向阻断中间进气端12、同时打开中间出气端13,位于膜前进气端14上的电控换向阀换向阻断膜前进气端14进气,两抱闸臂在制动弹簧6的作用下向内挤压,达到保压抱死制动轮的工作;在工作时,制动状态需要解除,电控换向阀换向阻断中间出气端13,打开中间进气端12,气仓7的中间气仓17中压力推动气膜10带动推杆11向两侧推出,将抱闸臂2向两边张开,使抱闸块3不再抱紧制动轮1,制动轮1可以自由旋转,达到制动轮的1制动状态解除;当制动状态需要恢复时,只要将上述的电控换向阀进行换向操作,即可完成制动工作,在此不在进行详细赘述。
本发明在工作中,出现意外情况中间进气端12的两个电控换向阀有一个突然失效时,另一个电控换向阀仍可正常工作,阻断中间进气端12、同时打开中间出气端13,两抱闸臂在制动弹簧6的压力作用下向内挤压,制动轮1两侧被抱闸块3抱死,达到制动效果。
本发明在工作中,出现意外情况电梯轿厢意外移动时,限速器处传出超速信号,此时位于中间气仓17的电控换向阀迅速换向阻断中间进气端12、同时打开中间出气端13,位于膜前气仓18的电控阀打开膜前进气端14,在气压及推杆11双重作用下迅速制动,防止意外移动。
当本发明在工作中,出现意外情况制动弹簧6断裂失效时,制动轮1需要恢复制动时,位于中间气仓17上的电控换向阀工作,打开中间出气端13,位于膜前气仓18的电控阀打开膜前进气端14推动气膜10向中间挤压变形,推杆11拉动抱闸臂2向中间挤压,抱闸块3抱紧制动轮1,从而完成在制动弹簧6出现故障下完成制动工作。
本发明中,由于推杆11与推杆套管16之间有一定间隙,因此在膜前气仓18上只设置有膜前进气端14,以简化设计方案。

1.一种电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,包括有设置在制动轮两侧的抱闸臂,所述抱闸臂上分别设置有与制动轮相抵接的抱闸块,所述抱闸臂的一端分别铰接在机座上,所述连杆的一端分别连接在机座上,所述制动弹簧分别套在连杆上,制动弹簧一端与连杆的一端相抵,制动弹簧另一端与抱闸臂另一端相抵接,其特征在于,包括气仓、储气罐、输气管、气膜、推杆和控气装置,所述气仓设置在两抱闸臂的中间,所述气膜设置在所述气仓内两侧,将气仓内分为中间气仓和膜前气仓,所述推杆的一端连接在气膜上,推杆的另一端穿过气仓外壁与抱闸臂上端相连接接,所述气仓的中间气仓上设置有中间进气端和中间出气端,所述气仓的膜前气仓上设置有膜前进气端,所述气仓的中间进气端和膜前进气端分别通过输气管与储气罐相连,所述中间出气端直接与大气相连通,所述控气装置分别设置在所对应的输气管上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电梯曳引机上使用的气制动解除装置,其特征在于,所述气仓内壁两侧分别设置有推杆管套,所述推杆装在推杆管套内。
