Abstract

本发明公开了一种软质PET织物抓取和矫形机构,包括织物抓取系统、推送系统和矫形系统,机械手带动本发明移动到软质PET织物上,抓取系统抓取软质PET织物,然后,移动到注塑模具的指定位置,推送系统推管气缸带动软质推管将软质PET织物推送到模具挂针上,之后,矫形系统的矫形压板气缸带动接触式矫形压板前行下压,将软质PET织物弯折需要的角度,当接触式矫形压板退出后,为了防止弯折的软质PET织物反弹,非接触式吹压管向软质PET织物吹空气,对软质PET织物施加压力,在模具镶块运动过程中将软质PET织物压到指定的位置。本发明可斜向步进式抓取软质PET织物,减少了人工铺放织物的频率,同时还减少了手工矫形的工时与成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种软质PET织物抓取和矫形机构。
背景技术
普通的矫形机构都是接触式矫形的原理,但是对于镶嵌在模具镶块之中的织物来说就无法满足,无论哪种结构都会与镶块有接触,在镶块运动的过程中都会被夹到,对模具的镶块会有一定的损伤,同时对矫形结构也会有伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种软质PET织物抓取和矫形机构。
本发明包括织物抓取系统、推送系统和矫形系统;
所述的抓取系统包括第一气缸、抓头、抓针气缸、平台和机体,平台设置在机体上,第一气缸设置在平台之上,第一气缸的两个伸缩杆穿过平台,第一气缸的两个伸缩杆下端均连接抓头,抓头的底面具有斜向交叉的抓针,抓头上具有抓针气缸,抓针气缸带动斜向交叉的抓针工作;
所述的推送系统包括有软质推管和推管气缸,两个推管气缸设置在平台上,两个推管气缸分别位于第一气缸的两侧,推管气缸的伸缩杆穿过平台,推管气缸的伸缩杆下端连接软质推管。
所述的矫形系统包括有接触式矫形压板、矫形压板气缸和非接触式吹压管,矫形压板气缸固定在平台的下方,矫形压板气缸斜向设置,矫形压板气缸的伸缩杆与接触式矫形压板连接,非接触式吹压管横向设置在接触式矫形压板的上方,非接触式吹压管的底面开设有若干个通气孔,非接触式吹压管与气泵连通。
所述的抓头的底面设置有织物压板。
本发明的工作过程:
机械手带动本发明移动到软质PET织物上,抓取系统的抓头通过斜向交叉的抓针抓取软质PET织物,然后,机械手带动本发明移动到注塑模具的指定位置,推送系统推管气缸带动软质推管将软质PET织物推送到模具挂针上,软质推管又减少了对模具镶块撞击的损伤;软质PET织物挂到模具挂针上后,矫形系统的矫形压板气缸带动接触式矫形压板前行下压,将软质PET织物弯折需要的角度,当接触式矫形压板退出后,为了防止弯折的软质PET织物反弹,非接触式吹压管向软质PET织物吹空气,对软质PET织物施加压力,使软质PET织物保持弯折状态,在模具镶块运动过程中将软质PET织物压到指定的位置。织物压板能使PET织物保持平整状态,便于PET织物的抓取。
本发明的有益效果:
1.可斜向步进式抓取软质PET织物,本发明倾斜的角度与产品上软质PET织物对应的角度保证一致。
2.每次抓取一层织物,一个位置可摆放多层织物,减少了人工铺放织物的频率。
3.推送系统可以将软质PET织物推送到模具镶块内,同时又不增加模具上的其他动作,同时还减少了手工矫形的工时与成本;

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例包括织物抓取系统、推送系统和矫形系统;
所述的抓取系统包括第一气缸1、抓头2、抓针气缸3、平台4和机体5,平台4设置在机体5上,第一气缸1设置在平台4之上,第一气缸1的两个伸缩杆穿过平台4,第一气缸1的两个伸缩杆下端均连接抓头2,抓头2的底面具有斜向交叉的抓针6,抓头2上具有抓针气缸3,抓针气缸3带动斜向交叉的抓针6工作;
所述的推送系统包括有软质推管7和推管气缸8,两个推管气缸8设置在平台4上,两个推管气缸8分别位于第一气缸1的两侧,推管气缸8的伸缩杆穿过平台4,推管气缸8的伸缩杆下端连接软质推管7。
所述的矫形系统包括有接触式矫形压板9、矫形压板气缸10和非接触式吹压管11,矫形压板气缸10固定在平台4的下方,矫形压板气缸10斜向设置,矫形压板气缸10的伸缩杆与接触式矫形压板9连接,非接触式吹压管11横向设置在接触式矫形压板9的上方,非接触式吹压管11的底面开设有若干个通气孔,非接触式吹压管11与气泵连通。
所述的抓头2的底面设置有织物压板12。
本发明的工作过程:
机械手带动本发明移动到软质PET织物13上,抓取系统的抓头2通过斜向交叉的抓针6抓取软质PET织物13,然后,机械手带动本发明移动到注塑模具的指定位置,推送系统推管气缸8带动软质推管7将软质PET织物13推送到模具挂针上,软质推管7又减少了对模具镶块撞击的损伤;软质PET织物13挂到模具挂针上后,矫形系统的矫形压板气缸10带动接触式矫形压板9前行下压,将软质PET织物13弯折需要的角度,当接触式矫形压板9退出后,为了防止弯折的软质PET织物13反弹,非接触式吹压管11向软质PET织物13吹空气,对软质PET织物13施加压力,使软质PET织物13保持弯折状态,在模具镶块运动过程中将软质PET织物13压到指定的位置。织物压板12能使PET织物13保持平整状态,便于PET织物13的抓取。

1.一种软质PET织物抓取和矫形机构,其特征在于:包括织物抓取系统、推送系统和矫形系统;
所述的抓取系统包括第一气缸(1)、抓头(2)、抓针气缸(3)、平台(4)和机体(5),平台(4)设置在机体(5)上,第一气缸(1)设置在平台(4)之上,第一气缸(1)的两个伸缩杆穿过平台(4),第一气缸(1)的两个伸缩杆下端均连接抓头(2),抓头(2)的底面具有斜向交叉的抓针(6),抓头(2)上具有抓针气缸(3),抓针气缸(3)带动斜向交叉的抓针(6)工作;
所述的推送系统包括有软质推管(7)和推管气缸(8),两个推管气缸(8)设置在平台(4)上,两个推管气缸(8)分别位于第一气缸(1)的两侧,推管气缸(8)的伸缩杆穿过平台(4),推管气缸(8)的伸缩杆下端连接软质推管(7);
所述的矫形系统包括有接触式矫形压板(9)、矫形压板气缸(10)和非接触式吹压管(11),矫形压板气缸(10)固定在平台(4)的下方,矫形压板气缸(10)斜向设置,矫形压板气缸(10)的伸缩杆与接触式矫形压板(9)连接,非接触式吹压管(11)横向设置在接触式矫形压板(9)的上方,非接触式吹压管(11)的底面开设有若干个通气孔,非接触式吹压管(11)与气泵连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质PET织物抓取和矫形机构,其特征在于:所述的抓头(2)的底面设置有织物压板(12)。
