Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及由玻璃和树脂层叠而成的玻璃树脂层叠体及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,作为汽车等车辆用的窗玻璃和安装于房屋、大楼等建筑物的建材用的窗玻璃,人们正在研究使用由玻璃板和树脂层层叠而成的玻璃树脂层叠体来代替现有的玻璃板。因为树脂的比重比玻璃小,所以通过在玻璃板上层叠树脂层,可实现窗玻璃的轻量化。轻量的玻璃树脂层叠体特别可以期待在汽车等车辆用的窗玻璃中使用。此外,通过使用贯通性低的聚碳酸酯等作为树脂,还可赋予玻璃树脂层叠体以防盗性。
作为这样的玻璃树脂层叠体,例如专利文献1中记载了一种玻璃树脂层叠体,其是准备2块一面形成有由树脂材料构成的中间层的玻璃板,将它们以中间层彼此相向的方式配置在注射成形机的模腔内,通过向中间层间注射熔融树脂,从而在玻璃板间设置树脂层。

发明所要解决的技术问题
但是,本发明人发现,在专利文献1记载的玻璃树脂层叠体中,在注射成形时确认到形成中间层的树脂以筋状流动的树脂流,由该树脂流导致的外观不良显著,因此难以作为窗玻璃商品化。
此外,玻璃树脂层叠体除了良好的外观外,还需要具有即使有石头等飞来物碰撞也难以开裂的耐冲击性。因此,希望开发出具有优良的耐冲击性、且外观优良的玻璃树脂层叠体。
本发明的目的是提供耐冲击性和外观优良的玻璃树脂层叠体及其制造方法。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
本发明具有以下构成。
[1]玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
在厚度为0.05~0.2mm的聚碳酸酯膜的一方的表面上设置由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层的工序(1);
在所述粘接层上层叠玻璃板,制成所述聚碳酸酯膜和所述玻璃板隔着所述粘接层层叠而成的层叠体(B)的工序(2);
准备2块所述层叠体(B),将2块所述层叠体(B)以所述聚碳酸酯膜彼此相向的方式配置在模具内,在相向的所述聚碳酸酯膜间形成聚碳酸酯层的工序(3)。
[2]玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
在玻璃板的一方的表面上设置由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层的工序(1′);
在所述粘接层上层叠厚度为0.05~0.2mm的聚碳酸酯膜,制成所述玻璃板和所述聚碳酸酯膜隔着所述粘接层层叠而成的层叠体(B)的工序(2′);
准备2块所述层叠体(B),将2块所述层叠体(B)以所述聚碳酸酯膜彼此相向的方式配置在模具内,在相向的所述聚碳酸酯膜间形成聚碳酸酯层的工序(3)。

[5]玻璃树脂层叠体(A),其特征在于,在聚碳酸酯层的两面上隔着由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层层叠有玻璃板,所述玻璃板的厚度为0.3~1mm,整面具有3MPa以上的压缩应力。

具体实施方式
〔玻璃树脂层叠体(A)〕
图1是表示本发明的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的一例的层结构的纵剖视图。本例的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10是在聚碳酸酯层11的两面上隔着由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层12粘接玻璃板13而成的层叠体,具有玻璃板13、粘接层12、聚碳酸酯层11、粘接层12和玻璃板13依次层叠的结构。玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10所具有的玻璃板13的厚度为0.3~1mm,整面具有3MPa以上的压缩应力。
另外,本说明书中,有时将聚碳酸酯记作“PC”,且有时将聚碳酸酯层简记作PC层。
这里,玻璃板的“压缩应力”不是指制造玻璃树脂层叠体(A)前的玻璃板单体的压缩应力,而是指玻璃树脂层叠体(A)中的玻璃板的压缩应力。本说明书中,以300mm×300mm大小的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)作为试样,针对两面的各玻璃板的9个部位(两面共计18个部位),测定与玻璃板的边平行的2个方向的压缩应力时,将测得的所有测定值均在3MPa以上定义为“玻璃板整面具有3MPa以上的压缩应力”。另外,9个部位的测定点是将玻璃树脂层叠体(A)划分为100mm×100mm的9片区域时的各区域的中心点。
压缩应力可以用折原制作所(折原製作所)制的“玻璃表面应力计FSM-7000”测定。
玻璃板13的厚度如上所述为0.3~1mm,优选为0.4~0.7mm。如果玻璃板13的厚度小于上述范围的下限值,则玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的耐冲击性不足,有石头等飞来物与玻璃板13碰撞时容易开裂的倾向。如果玻璃板13的厚度大于上述范围的上限值,则玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的轻量化不充分。此外,如下文中所详述,有时难以对玻璃板13的整面赋予3MPa以上的压缩应力。
玻璃板13的厚度可以用测微计、激光位移计等测定。
玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10中的玻璃板13的整面的压缩应力如上所述为3MPa以上,优选为5MPa以上。对压缩应力的上限值没有限制,通常为50MPa左右。如果压缩应力小于上述下限值,则玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的耐冲击性不足,石头等飞来物与玻璃板13碰撞时容易开裂。
对玻璃板13的材质、组成没有特别限制,可例举例如钠钙玻璃、含碱硼硅酸盐玻璃、无碱硼硅酸盐玻璃、无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃等。
粘接层12是为了使PC层11与玻璃板13粘接而设置的热塑性树脂的层。构成粘接层12的热塑性树脂的玻璃化温度优选为160~250℃。另外,本申请中的玻璃化温度是指通过差示扫描热量测定(DSC)法测得的外推玻璃化起始温度。如果构成粘接层12的热塑性树脂的玻璃化温度在上述范围的上限值以下,则在下文中详述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)制造时的工序(3)中,注射处于熔融状态的PC时,粘接层12在PC层11和玻璃板13之间适度地熔融,发挥出良好的粘接性能。如果构成粘接层12的热塑性树脂的玻璃化温度在上述范围的下限值以上,则在玻璃树脂层叠体(A)制造时的工序(3)中,粘接层12中不会因注射的PC的热量和压力而产生树脂流,稳定地保持在PC层11和玻璃板13之间,发挥出良好的粘接性能。更重视粘接层12的透明性的情况下,构成粘接层12的热塑性树脂的玻璃化温度优选为180~200℃。
构成粘接层12的热塑性树脂优选具有能使PC层11与玻璃板13粘接的粘接性的PC以外的树脂,具体而言,优选例如选自热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的一种以上。其中,因为使PC层11与玻璃板13粘接的粘接性能优良,所以优选热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。
粘接层12的厚度优选为0.01~0.1mm,更优选为0.03~0.07mm。如果粘接层12的厚度在上述范围的下限值以上,则粘接层12发挥出足够的粘接性。如果粘接层12的厚度在上述范围的上限值以下,则可减小玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的总厚度。此外,如果粘接层12的厚度在上述范围的上限值以下,则在玻璃树脂层叠体(A)制造时的工序(3)中,可使注射的PC的热量迅速地释放至注射成形机的模具,可减小粘接层12所受到的热量的影响。
作为构成PC层11的PC,从耐破坏性、透明性等的角度来看,优选例如双酚A类PC等芳香族类PC。
PC层11的厚度优选为2~6mm,更优选为3~5mm。如果PC层11的厚度在上述范围的下限值以上,则玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的耐冲击性优良,如果在上述范围的上限值以下,则可减小玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的总厚度。
〔玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法〕
图1的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)可通过图2和图3所示的工序(1)~(3)制造。
(工序(1))
工序(1)如图2(a)所示,是在厚度为0.05~0.2mm的聚碳酸酯膜(以下也简记作PC膜)21的一方的表面上设置由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层12、得到由PC膜21和粘接层12构成的树脂层叠体31的工序。PC膜21在下述工序(3)中注射处于熔融状态的PC时,起到缓解由该PC对粘接层12施加的热量和压力的缓冲材料的作用。此外,PC膜21与注射成形的PC(也将该PC称为注射成形的聚碳酸酯层)一体化,形成PC层11。
作为PC膜21,可例举例如由双酚A类PC等芳香族类PC构成的挤出膜等。
PC膜21的厚度如上所述为0.05~0.2mm,优选为0.07~0.15mm。如果PC膜21的厚度在上述范围的下限值以上,则该PC膜21在下述工序(3)中充分地起到缓解由注射的PC对粘接层12施加的热量和压力的缓冲材料的作用。如果PC膜21的厚度在上述范围的上限值以下,则该PC膜21在工序(3)中与注射的PC良好地一体化。此外,如果PC膜21的厚度在上述范围的上限值以下,则在玻璃树脂层叠体(A)制造时的工序(3)中,可使注射的PC的热量迅速地释放至注射成形机的模具,可减小粘接层12所受到的热量的影响。
作为形成粘接层12的方法,有将熔融的热塑性树脂或热塑性树脂溶解于溶剂而得的溶液涂布于PC膜21的一方的表面的涂布法;将熔融的热塑性树脂在PC膜21的一方的表面上以膜状挤出的挤出法;制造由热塑性树脂构成的膜、将该膜粘贴于PC膜21的一方的表面的方法等。热塑性树脂为例如热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的情况下,从能简便地形成粘接层12的角度来看,优选涂布法。
所形成的粘接层12的厚度如上所述优选为0.01~0.1mm,更优选为0.03~0.07mm。本实施方式中,因为在注射的PC和粘接层12之间夹杂有作为缓冲材料的PC膜21,所以该粘接层12即使厚度薄至上述范围内也可发挥出足够的粘接性。
作为上述(工序(1))的变形例,可例举在玻璃板的一方的表面上设置由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层的工序(1′)。
(工序(2))
工序(2)如图2(b)所示,是在工序(1)中得到的树脂层叠体31的粘接层12上层叠玻璃板13、得到PC膜21和玻璃板13隔着粘接层12层叠而成的层叠体(B)20的工序。层叠体(B)20中,PC膜21和玻璃板13处于通过粘接层12所具有的粘接性粘接、贴合的状态。贴合使用辊式复合机等在常温下进行。该层叠体(B)是适合用于本发明的玻璃层叠体(A)的制造的前体层叠体。
玻璃板13的厚度如上所述优选为0.3~1mm,更优选为0.4~0.7mm。
作为上述(工序(2))的变形例,可例举在通过工序(1′)得到的设置于玻璃板的一方的表面上的由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层上层叠厚度为0.05~0.2mm的PC膜、得到所述玻璃板和所述聚碳酸酯膜隔着所述粘接层层叠而成的层叠体(B)的工序(2′)。此时也同样地可以在由玻璃板13和粘接层12构成的层叠体上层叠PC膜21,得到PC膜21和玻璃板13隔着粘接层12层叠而成的层叠体(B)20。
(工序(3))
工序(3)是准备2块工序(2)中制造的层叠体(B)20、将2块层叠体(B)20以PC膜21彼此相向的方式配置在模具内、在相向的PC膜21间形成PC层的工序。优选将2块层叠体(B)20以PC膜21彼此相向的方式配置在注射成形机的模具内的模腔内、在相向的PC膜21间注射PC形成PC层的工序。工序(3)中可以优选使用例如图3(a)和(b)所示的注射成形机30。
图示例的注射成形机30的简要构成包括:成形单元32、向该成形单元32注射处于熔融状态的PC树脂的图示略的注射单元、对成形单元32和注射单元进行控制的图示略的控制单元。
成形单元32包括固定模具33、以能相对于该固定模具33移动的方式设置的可动模具34,在固定模具33和可动模具34之间形成有模腔31。在固定模具33中形成有注入口33b,该注入口33b用于将处于熔融状态的PC从注射单元供给至模腔31内。在固定模具33中形成模腔31的模腔形成面33a和在可动模具34中形成模腔31的模腔形成面34a上分别设置有用于吸引保持层叠体(B)20的图示略的吸引保持机构。具体而言,其构成是在模腔形成面33a和模腔形成面34a上形成有图示略的微小的吸附孔,可通过从外部吸引吸附孔来吸引保持层叠体(B)20。
工序(3)中,首先如图3(a)所示,使固定模具33和可动模具34呈开模状态,将2块层叠体(B)20配置在模腔31内。具体而言,通过上述吸引保持机构,将一方的层叠体(B)20吸引保持于固定模具33的模腔形成面33a,将另一方的层叠体(B)20吸引保持于可动模具34的模腔形成面34a。此时,2块层叠体(B)20以PC膜彼此相向、各自的玻璃板与模腔形成面33a、34a接触的方式配置。
固定模具33和可动模具34的温度(模具温度)通过控制单元被控制在80~110℃。
接着,如图3(b)所示,使可动模具34恰好移动规定的距离以使其靠近固定模具33,达到合模状态后,使注射单元工作,从注入口33b向模腔31内的PC膜间注射温度为280~320℃且处于熔融状态的PC。
然后,维持合模状态,直至处于熔融状态的PC冷却、固化。
另外,工序(3)中也可以采用注射压缩成形,该注射压缩成形是在注射PC时预先将模腔31略微扩大,在注射结束后使可动模具34进一步向固定模具33侧移动来进行加压、压缩。通过像这样在注射后进行压缩的注射压缩成形,可成形出因分子取向而导致的形变得到抑制的PC层11。
作为上述(工序(3)),也可以使用通过工序(1′)和工序(2′)得到的所述层叠体(B)。
通过以上工序(1)、(2)和(3),或者通过工序(1′)、(2′)和(3),可获得图1所示的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10。玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10中,层叠体(B)的PC膜和注射的PC一体化,形成PC层11。即,通过如上所述例举的工序而形成的PC层11由聚碳酸酯膜和注射成形的聚碳酸酯层构成。
该制造方法采用向具备玻璃板13的2块层叠体(B)20间注射处于熔融状态的高温PC的方法,注射后,玻璃板13、粘接层12和PC层11从高温被冷却至低温。冷却过程中,玻璃板13、粘接层12和PC层11都会收缩,但玻璃和树脂在此时的收缩率是不同的,树脂的收缩率更大。因此,玻璃板13在模腔31内一边与收缩率大的树脂接触一边冷却,藉此整面具有3MPa以上的压缩应力。如果赋予压缩应力,则玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10的耐冲击性提高,即使有石头等飞来物与玻璃板13碰撞时也难以开裂。除此之外,上述方法中,因为使用厚度较薄的玻璃板作为玻璃板13,所以可以更有效地对玻璃板13赋予压缩应力。
此外,该制造方法中,在制造玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10时,预先制造不仅是玻璃板13和粘接层12、还有PC膜21层叠的结构的层叠体(B)20,将2块该层叠体(B)配置在模腔31内,向PC膜21间注射PC。因此,在注射PC的工序(3)中,PC膜21夹杂在注射的PC和粘接层12之间,起到缓解由注射的PC对粘接层12施加的热量和压力的缓冲材料的作用。其结果是,粘接层12不会因热量和压力而产生树脂流,可维持均质的层状。因此,通过该制造方法得到的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)10中,未确认到粘接层12的树脂流,外观优良。此外,因为粘接层12不产生树脂流,维持着均质的层状,所以玻璃板13和PC层11的粘接性也优良。
如上所述,通过上述制造方法,可制造具有即使有石头等飞来物碰撞也难以开裂的耐冲击性和确认不到树脂流的优良的外观的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)。
该玻璃树脂层叠体(A)适合用作汽车等车辆用的窗玻璃和安装于房屋、大楼等建筑物的建材用的窗玻璃。此外,该玻璃树脂层叠体(A)是轻量的,因此也适合在汽车等车辆用的窗玻璃中使用。
此外,层叠体(B)适合作为用于制造该玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的前体层叠体。
[实施例]
以下,举出实施例对本发明进行具体说明。
(实施例)
在大小为300mm×300mm、厚度为0.1mm的PC膜(三菱瓦斯化学株式会社(三菱瓦斯化学社)制,商品名“Iupiron”)的一方的表面上涂布熔融的高温热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(SHEEDOM株式会社(シーダム社)制,商品名“DUX2098”,粘接层形成用的热塑性树脂),使得厚度达到0.05mm,冷却至常温,得到PC膜和由热塑性聚氨酯弹性体构成的粘接层层叠而成的树脂层叠体。另外,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的玻璃化温度(即,是指通过差示扫描热量测定(DSC)法测得的外推玻璃化起始温度)为180℃。
在该树脂层叠体的粘接层上层叠大小为300mm×300mm、厚度为0.5mm的由钠钙玻璃构成的玻璃板,使用辊式复合机在常温下贴合,得到由玻璃板、粘接层和PC膜依次层叠而成的层叠体(B-1)。
接着,准备2块层叠体(B-1),将2块层叠体(B-1)以PC膜彼此相向的方式配置在注射成形机的模腔内。然后,实施注射压缩成形,该注射压缩成形是向相向的PC膜间注射芳香族类的PC(拜尔公司(Bayer社)制,商品名“AG2677TM”)后进行压缩。另外,2块层叠体(B-1)通过吸引保持机构保持在模腔内的规定位置。此外,此时模具温度为90℃,注射的PC的温度为300℃。
注射压缩成形后(冷却后),打开模具,将一体成形的玻璃树脂层叠体(A-1)取出。由PC膜和注射的PC形成的PC层的厚度为3.9mm。
对于所得的玻璃树脂层叠体(A-1),通过以下方法实施表面的压缩应力的测定以及耐冲击性和外观的评价。结果示于表1。
(1)压缩应力
针对玻璃树脂层叠体(A-1)的两面的各玻璃板的9个部位(两面共计18个部位),测定与玻璃板的边平行的2个方向的压缩应力。另外,9个部位的测定点是将玻璃树脂层叠体(A)划分为100mm×100mm的9片区域时的各区域的中心点。测定使用折原制作所制的“玻璃表面应力计FSM-7000”。
然后,求出所有测定值的平均值(平均压缩应力)和所有测定值中的最低值(最低压缩应力)。另外,拉伸应力以负值测定。
(2)耐冲击性
使碳化钨的小片变换着速度与玻璃树脂层叠体(A-1)的一方的玻璃板的表面碰撞,确认有无玻璃开裂。具体而言,使碰撞速度从低速侧向高速侧逐步变化,在各碰撞速度下使小片与玻璃板碰撞10次,求出玻璃开裂的发生概率。然后,将玻璃开裂的发生概率相对于碰撞速度作图,根据所得的图求出以50%的概率发生玻璃开裂的碰撞速度。
(3)外观
用肉眼评价玻璃树脂层叠体(A-1)的外观。
(比较例1)
准备2块由与实施例1中使用的相同的材质、大小、厚度的钠钙玻璃构成的玻璃板,1块与实施例1中使用的相同尺寸且厚度为4.0mm的PC片(三菱瓦斯化学株式会社制,商品名“Iupiron”),以及2块与实施例1中使用的相同尺寸且厚度为0.25mm的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂(EVA)的片材(东曹株式会社(東ソー社)制,商品名“MeltheneG7055”,粘接层形成用的热塑性树脂),将玻璃板、EVA、PC、EVA和玻璃板依次重合,装入聚酰胺制的袋中。将袋内减压至10mmHg后,将袋的开口部热熔接,进行真空包装。将真空包装品在100℃的烘箱内加热1小时。冷却至常温,对于所得的层叠体,与实施例同样地实施表面的压缩应力的测定以及耐冲击性和外观的评价。结果示于表1。
(比较例2)
除了使用由玻璃板和粘接层层叠而成的双层结构的层叠体(C-1)来代替由玻璃板、粘接层和PC膜依次层叠而成的层叠体(B-1)以外,与实施例1同样地进行注射压缩成形,得到由玻璃板、粘接层、PC层、粘接层和玻璃板依次层叠而成的玻璃树脂层叠体(D-1)。另外,将2块层叠体(C-1)以粘接层彼此相对的方式配置在注射成形机的模腔内,向相对的粘接层间注射PC。在所得的玻璃树脂层叠体(D-1)中确认到由粘接层的树脂流导致的外观不良。因为确认到外观不良,所以比较例2中未测定压缩应力和耐冲击性。

如表1所记载,实施例中得到的玻璃树脂层叠体(A-1)的玻璃板整面具有3MPa以上的压缩应力,耐冲击性优良。此外,未确认到粘接层的树脂流,外观也良好。与之相对,比较例1的层叠体的压缩应力低,耐冲击性差。在比较例2的玻璃树脂层叠体(D-1)中确认到由粘接层的树脂流导致的外观不良。
产业上的利用可能性
通过本发明,可制造具有即使有石头等飞来物碰撞也难以开裂的耐冲击性和确认不到树脂流的优良的外观的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)。该玻璃树脂层叠体(A)适合用作汽车等车辆用的窗玻璃和安装于房屋、大楼等建筑物的建材用的窗玻璃。此外,该玻璃树脂层叠体(A)是轻量的,因此也适合在汽车等车辆用的窗玻璃中使用。
这里引用2013年12月16日提出申请的日本专利申请2013-259588号的说明书、权利要求书、附图和摘要的全部内容作为本发明的说明书的揭示。

Claims (11)
1.玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
在厚度为0.05~0.2mm的聚碳酸酯膜的一方的表面上设置由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层的工序(1);
在所述粘接层上层叠玻璃板,制成所述聚碳酸酯膜和所述玻璃板隔着所述粘接层层叠而成的层叠体(B)的工序(2);
准备2块所述层叠体(B),将2块所述层叠体(B)以所述聚碳酸酯膜彼此相向的方式配置在模具内,在相向的所述聚碳酸酯膜间形成聚碳酸酯层的工序(3)。
2.玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
在玻璃板的一方的表面上设置由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层的工序(1′);
在所述粘接层上层叠厚度为0.05~0.2mm的聚碳酸酯膜,制成所述玻璃板和所述聚碳酸酯膜隔着所述粘接层层叠而成的层叠体(B)的工序(2′);
准备2块所述层叠体(B),将2块所述层叠体(B)以所述聚碳酸酯膜彼此相向的方式配置在模具内,在相向的所述聚碳酸酯膜间形成聚碳酸酯层的工序(3)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法,其中,所述热塑性树脂的玻璃化温度为160~250℃。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A)的制造方法,其中,所述热塑性树脂是选自热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的一种以上。
5.玻璃树脂层叠体(A),其特征在于,在聚碳酸酯层的两面上隔着由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层层叠有玻璃板,所述玻璃板的厚度为0.3~1mm,整面具有3MPa以上的压缩应力。
6.如权利要求5所述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A),其中,所述聚碳酸酯层由聚碳酸酯膜和注射成形的聚碳酸酯层构成。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A),其中,所述聚碳酸酯层的厚度为2~6mm。
8.如权利要求5~7中任一项所述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A),其中,所述热塑性树脂的玻璃化温度为160~250℃。
9.如权利要求5~8中任一项所述的玻璃树脂层叠体(A),其中,所述热塑性树脂是选自热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的一种以上。
10.层叠体(B),其特征在于,在厚度为0.3~1mm的玻璃板的一方的表面上隔着由热塑性树脂构成的粘接层层叠有厚度为0.05~0.2mm的聚碳酸酯膜。
11.如权利要求10所述的层叠体(B),其中,所述热塑性树脂是选自热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的一种以上。
