本发明公开了一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏，其由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻15～20份、紫珠10～15份、大蓟5～10份、芦荟3～5份、紫草3～5份、五倍子2～5份、大黄3～5份、芦苇1～5份、铁皮石斛2～7份、氮酮1～2份、麻油200～250份、蜂蜡20～30份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.01～1份。本发明原料为纯天然的中草药，无毒副作用，将多种中草药复配，具有止血凉血、清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿敛疮、养阴生津等功效，对烫烧伤的治疗有显著效果。

一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏
技术领域
本发明涉及药品技术领域，具体涉及一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏。
背景技术
烫烧伤是指由于热力或热液体所引起的组织损害，主要是指皮肤或粘膜的损害，严重者可伤及皮下组织。烫烧伤存在着创面疼痛、进行性坏死、易感染、瘢痕愈合等四大难题。近代中医文献认为烫烧伤是因热所致，热盛则内腐，以致肌肤腐烂，外毒有内功的可能，故认为除热外还有毒，其病因机制还是热毒，治疗上多采用清热解毒的中药外用试剂或方药，但烧烫伤症中的“热”与一般的温热病的“火、热”不尽相同，烫烧伤主要侵犯中焦，多为阳明实热之证，热邪为病耗阴损气，但烧烫伤有伤口，必有淤血凝滞，伤口多腐肉脓血，故一般烫烧伤的治疗原则应该包括以下治则：清热解毒、养阴生津、益气理脾、活血除淤、托里排脓。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对现有技术，提供一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取以下技术方案：一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏，其由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻15～20份、紫珠10～15份、大蓟5～10份、芦荟3～5份、紫草3～5份、五倍子2～5份、大黄3～5份、芦苇1～5份、铁皮石斛2～7份、氮酮1～2份、麻油200～250份、蜂蜡20～30份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.01～1份。
优选的，一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻18份、紫珠12份、大蓟8份、芦荟4份、紫草4份、五倍子4份、大黄4份、芦苇4份、铁皮石斛5份、氮酮1份、麻油200份、蜂蜡20份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.05份。
其制备方法为：将轮藻、紫珠、大蓟、紫草、五倍子、大黄、芦苇、芦荟、铁皮石斛浸泡于10～12倍质量的80～85％乙醇溶液浸泡4h，加热回流提取三次，静置、过滤、将滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩、在温度为70～80℃、气压为0.05Mpa下真空干燥，再进行超微粉碎成浸膏粉备用，称取质量份的麻油加热至80～82℃，加入质量份的蜂蜡熔融、过滤备用；取质量份的羟基苯甲酸乙酯和氮酮，加入乙醇溶解，再加入麻油、蜂蜡熔融液中搅拌均匀，加热至无醇味，加入上述各药粉，搅拌至冷凝。
其中，轮藻具有疏风清热、利湿止咳，可治愈风热感冒，烫烧伤等症。
其中，芦荟具有泻火、解毒、化瘀、杀虫等功效，还具有杀菌、抗炎作用，芦荟浆汁对皮肤创伤、烧伤以及x线局部照射均有保护作用。
其中，大黄主要的药用成分为蒽醌，芪、萘衍生物、鞣质及游离没食子酸、桂皮酸、酯类等，具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、泻火凉血的功效。
其中，芦苇具有清热生津、除烦镇呕、清凉解毒、防脑炎、止血解毒等功效。
其中，大蓟性凉，味甘，苦，具有凉血止血、祛瘀消肿的功效。
其中，紫草味苦，性寒，具有凉血活血，清热解毒。
其中，五倍子，胃酸、涩，性寒，具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻，敛汗止血，收湿敛疮的功效，可用于便血痔血、外伤出血、臃肿疮毒、皮肤湿烂。
其中，铁皮石斛，味甘，性微寒，具有生津养胃，滋阴清热，抗炎消炎，增强免疫功能等功效。
其中，氮酮为皮肤渗透助剂，麻油、对羟甲苯丙酸乙酯、蜂蜡混合共溶为油液，为本发明的药物基质。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明原料为纯天然的中草药，无毒副作用，将多种中草药复配，具有止血凉血、清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿敛疮、养阴生津等功效，对烫烧伤的治疗有显著效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例，对本发明进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻18份、紫珠12份、大蓟8份、芦荟4份、紫草4份、五倍子4份、大黄4份、芦苇4份、铁皮石斛5份、氮酮1份、麻油200份、蜂蜡20份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.05份。
其制备方法为：将轮藻、紫珠、大蓟、紫草、五倍子、大黄、芦苇、芦荟、铁皮石斛浸泡于11倍质量的82％乙醇溶液中，浸泡4h，加热回流提取三次，静置、过滤、将滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩、在温度为75℃、气压为0.05Mpa下真空干燥，再进行超微粉碎成浸膏粉备用，称取质量份的麻油加热至81℃，加入质量份的蜂蜡熔融、过滤备用；取质量份的羟基苯甲酸乙酯和氮酮，加入乙醇溶解，再加入麻油、蜂蜡熔融液中搅拌均匀，加热至无醇味，加入上述各药粉，搅拌至冷凝。
实施例2
一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻20份、紫珠15份、大蓟10份、芦荟5份、紫草5份、五倍子5份、大黄5份、芦苇5份、铁皮石斛7份、氮酮2份、麻油250份、蜂蜡30份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1份。
其制备方法为：将轮藻、紫珠、大蓟、紫草、五倍子、大黄、芦苇、芦荟、铁皮石斛浸泡于12倍质量的85％乙醇溶液中，浸泡4h，加热回流提取三次，静置、过滤、将滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩、在温度为80℃、气压为0.05Mpa下真空干燥，再进行超微粉碎成浸膏粉备用，称取质量份的麻油加热至82℃，加入质量份的蜂蜡熔融、过滤备用；取质量份的羟基苯甲酸乙酯和氮酮，加入乙醇溶解，再加入麻油、蜂蜡熔融液中搅拌均匀，加热至无醇味，加入上述各药粉，搅拌至冷凝。
实施例3
一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻15份、紫珠10份、大蓟5份、芦荟3份、紫草3份、五倍子2份、大黄3份、芦苇1份、铁皮石斛2份、氮酮1份、麻油200份、蜂蜡20份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.01份。

1.一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏，其特征在于，其由质量份的以下原料组成：轮藻15～20份、紫珠10～15份、大蓟5～10份、芦荟3～5份、紫草3～5份、五倍子2～5份、大黄3～5份、芦苇1～5份、铁皮石斛2～7份、氮酮1～2份、麻油200～250份、蜂蜡20～30份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.01～1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外敷治疗烫烧伤软膏，其特征在于，其制备方法为：将轮藻、紫珠、大蓟、紫草、五倍子、大黄、芦苇、芦荟、铁皮石斛进浸泡于10～12倍质量的80～85％乙醇溶液中，浸泡4h，加热回流提取三次，静置、过滤、将滤液减压回收乙醇，浓缩、在温度为70～80℃、气压为0.05Mpa下真空干燥，再进行超微粉碎成浸膏粉备用，称取质量份的麻油加热至80～82℃，加入质量份的蜂蜡熔融、过滤备用；取质量份的羟基苯甲酸乙酯和氮酮，加入乙醇溶解，再加入麻油、蜂蜡熔融液中搅拌均匀，加热至无醇味，加入上述各药粉，搅拌至冷凝。
