背景技术

(1)煅烧:白及、白薇、木通、紫珠、藕节、鸡冠花在270℃下高温煅烧;
(2)醋炒:原料药槐花、地榆、卷柏、珍珠母、棕榈皮、仙鹤草按照原料药与食醋重量比为45:1加入食醋进行醋炒,食醋的醋酸量为6%;
(3)炒黄:原料药刘寄奴、乳香、血竭、甘草、紫花地丁、延胡索、郁金,桃花在141℃炒黄;
(4)粉碎:将步骤(1)(2)(3)处理后的原料各组分进行混合,经粉碎机粉碎成70~100目粗粉;
(5)萃取:将粗粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;
(6)萃取液中加入医用级乙醇,充分搅拌,过80目滤网,既得消毒液。本发明的药材功效解析如下:

白及味苦、甘、涩,性微寒,具有收敛止血,消肿生肌的功效,用于咯血,吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂,可以很好的止血生肌为君药。白薇清热散肿、生肌止痛,木通败毒杀菌,紫珠味收敛止血;清热解毒,藕节收敛止血,化瘀,鸡冠花凉血,止血,槐花清热、凉血、止血,白薇、木通、紫珠、藕节、鸡冠花,槐花能有效的辅助白及收敛止血,消肿生肌为臣药;地榆止血凉血、清热解毒、收敛止泻及抑制多种致病微生物和肿瘤的作用,卷柏活血通经,化瘀止血,珍珠母具有平肝潜阳,镇惊安神的功效,棕榈皮收涩止血,仙鹤草体外试验能抑制革兰氏阳性菌,地榆、卷柏、珍珠母、棕榈皮、仙鹤草能辅助白及抑制多种致病微生物,能有效杀菌消毒,为佐药;刘寄奴敛疮消肿,乳香活血行气止痛,消肿生肌,血竭活血定痛,化瘀止血,生肌敛疮的功效,,甘草缓急止痛,紫花地丁清热解毒,凉血消肿,延胡索活血散瘀,理气止痛,郁金活血止痛,行气解郁,桃花可增强皮肤的抗病能力,刘寄奴、乳香、血竭、甘草、紫花地丁、延胡索、郁金,桃花为使药,能有效的止痛消肿,活血化瘀,并增强肌肤的抗菌能力。
将原料药白及、白薇、木通、紫珠、藕节、鸡冠花在300℃下高温煅烧,可以改变原料药组织结构及所含成分的理化性质,便于后续的粉碎及有效成分的提取,并可减少某些药物的刺激性作用;原料药槐花、地榆、卷柏、珍珠母、棕榈皮、仙鹤草按照原料药与食醋重量比为45:1加入食醋进行醋炒,经食醋炒制可以增强散淤止痛的作用,能充分发挥药物的药效;原料药刘寄奴、乳香、血竭、甘草、紫花地丁、延胡索、郁金,桃花在141℃炒黄,用小火加热,能增强健脾、理气、止痛的功能,并易于提取出有效成分;超临界萃取可以促进细胞破裂,使中药的有效成分自由流出,有利于后续的浓缩提取。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1:
一种促进伤口愈合的杀菌消毒液,制成消毒液的有效成分质量份数包括:白及22份、白薇11份、木通10份、紫珠8份、藕节10份、鸡冠花7份、槐花9份、地榆10份、卷柏6份、珍珠母6份、棕榈皮8份、仙鹤草7份、刘寄奴5份、乳香8份、血竭9份、甘草7份,紫花地丁5份,延胡索4份、郁金5份,桃花9份。
一种促进伤口愈合的杀菌消毒液的制备方法,所述制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)煅烧:白及、白薇、木通、紫珠、藕节、鸡冠花在270℃下高温煅烧;
(2)醋炒:原料药槐花、地榆、卷柏、珍珠母、棕榈皮、仙鹤草按照原料药与食醋重量比为45:1加入食醋进行醋炒,食醋的醋酸量为6%;
(3)炒黄:原料药刘寄奴、乳香、血竭、甘草,紫花地丁,延胡索、郁金,桃花在141℃炒黄;
(4)粉碎:将步骤(1)(2)(3)处理后的原料各组分进行混合,经粉碎机粉碎成70~100目粗粉;
(5)萃取:将粗粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2小时,得到萃取液;
(6)萃取液中加入医用级乙醇,充分搅拌,过80目滤网,既得消毒液。
实施例2:
一种促进伤口愈合的杀菌消毒液,制成消毒液的有效成分质量份数包括:白及34份、白薇24份、木通23份、紫珠17份、藕节21份、鸡冠花16份、槐花19份、地榆19份、卷柏14份、珍珠母17份、棕榈皮17份、仙鹤草19份、刘寄奴16份、乳香20份、血竭19份、甘草20份,紫花地丁13份,延胡索14份、郁金11份,桃花17份。

1、动物实验
急性经皮毒性试验
该消毒液按卫生部《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)“急性经皮毒性一次限量试验法”予健康成年大鼠,体重180-220g,20只,雌雄各半,一次经皮涂抹剂量5000mg/kg体重,观察14天,试验大鼠全身状况、饮食、饮水、体重增长均正常,未出现明显中毒现象和死亡现象,处死后解剖无明显异常,判断该中药组合物对大鼠急性经口毒性属实际无毒级。
2、临床资料及病例:
为了表明本发明的治疗效果,对100例需对伤口进行系统临床观察治疗,在上述临床观察的过程中对上述患者的病史、病情及疗效进行记录。
临床治疗效果判断标准为:
疗效评价标准:
有效:使用中无明显疼痛感,无出血,无疼痛,无伴发炎症,伤口愈合快。
无效:使用中有明显疼痛,出血,伴有病发炎症,伤口愈合慢。
治疗效果:本发明经过对100例伤口进行治疗,99例有效,1例无效,总有效率达到99%,且无人出现副作用。
典型病例:
病例1:患者蒋某某,男,49岁,损伤处因皮肤碾挫伤,使用本发明无出血,无疼痛,无伴发炎症,伤口愈合快。
病例2:患者孙某某,女,28岁,损伤处因电击损伤感染,使用本发明无出血,无疼痛,无伴发炎症,伤口愈合快。
病例3:患者李某某,女,42岁,损伤处因化学损伤感染,使用本发明无出血,无疼痛,无伴发炎症,伤口愈合快。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本发明内容并加以实施,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种促进伤口愈合的杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,制成消毒液的有效成分质量份数包括:白及22~34份、白薇11~24份、木通10~23份、紫珠8~17份、藕节10~21份、鸡冠花7~16份、槐花9~19份、地榆10~19份、卷柏6~14份、珍珠母6~17份、棕榈皮8~17份、仙鹤草7~19份、刘寄奴5~16份、乳香8~20份、血竭9~19份、甘草7~20份,紫花地丁5~13份,延胡索4~14份、郁金5~11份,桃花9~17份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进伤口愈合的杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,制成消毒液的有效成分质量份数包括:白及25~31份、白薇15~19份、木通14~18份、紫珠11~15份、藕节14~17份、鸡冠花9~13份、槐花11~16份、地榆13~16份、卷柏9~12份、珍珠母8~14份、棕榈皮10~14份、仙鹤草9~14份、刘寄奴7~13份、乳香11~17份、血竭12~15份、甘草10~16份,紫花地丁7~10份,延胡索7~11份、郁金7~9份,桃花11~14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进伤口愈合的杀菌消毒液,其特征在于,制成消毒液的有效成分质量份数包括:白及28份、白薇17份、木通16份、紫珠13份、藕节15份、鸡冠花11份、槐花12份、地榆14份、卷柏10份、珍珠母9份、棕榈皮13份、仙鹤草12份、刘寄奴9份、乳香13份、血竭14份、甘草13份,紫花地丁8份,延胡索9份、郁金8份,桃花12份。
