Abstract
一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂及其制备方法，适用于咽炎患者对所患疾病的治疗。本发明所述的治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂由没药、大黄、冰片、樟脑、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花、细辛十三味中草药原料制成，本发明所述的中药喷剂直接作用在患者外咽部颈部，其药物的渗透力强，无刺激性，无毒副作用，避免了内服或内喷药物对人体所产生的刺激及其他药物反应，减少了治疗时间，实验表明本发明具有明显的治疗效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，具体涉及一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
咽炎是咽部粘膜，粘膜下组织的炎症，常为上呼吸道感染的一部分。依据病程的长短和病理改变性质的不同，可分为急性咽炎和慢性咽炎。急性咽炎是咽粘膜，并波及粘膜下及淋巴组织的急性炎症，常继发于急性鼻炎或急性扁桃体发炎之后或为上呼吸道感染之一部分。慢性咽炎主要为咽黏膜慢性炎症，弥漫性炎症常为上呼吸道慢性其他性炎症的一部分，局限性炎症则多伴有咽淋巴样组织的炎症。
常用药物为口服APC或肌注安痛定等，保持口腔清洁，用碱性含漱剂可适当溶化咽部的黏稠分泌物，常采用复方硼砂液含漱。在发病初期，可用1%碘甘油或2%硝酸银涂擦咽壁，有促进炎症消退的作用。若炎症侵及喉部或气管，可选用适当的抗生素或激素雾化吸入治疗。病情严重者，首选青霉素肌注或静滴。并随时更换效力强的抗生素。
目前在针对咽炎疾病的临床治疗中，西医多采用祛除病因，戒除烟酒，避免粉尘和有害气体等，内服主要使用碘剂(碘化钾，0.1～0.2g，2～3次/d，多饮水,)，可促进分泌增加，改善干燥症状。服用维生素A，B2，C，E等药物，可促进黏膜上皮生长。必要时使用激光，射频等外治法，用转移因子分点注射于咽部治疗慢性咽炎。转移因子作为一种免疫增强剂，一是改善和消除局部炎证，二是调节和增强机体的免疫功能。但西药的疗效不确切，使用烧灼法虽然对咽部异物感有所改善，但因破坏了黏膜的腺体分泌及疤痕挛缩等原因，往往会带来咽干，咽痛加重，
授权公告号为CN102166298B，名称为“慢性咽炎制剂”的发明专利；申请公布号为CN105560576A，名称为“一种咽炎雾化剂”；申请公布号为CN104435747A,名称为“一种治疗慢性咽炎的中药喷雾剂及其制备方法”及申请公布号为CN104491384A，名称为“一种治疗慢性咽炎的药物及其制备方法”等专利文献，均从临床医疗用药需求及中医组方辩证原则出发对慢性咽炎的治疗药物提出了一些包括汤剂、片剂、丸剂、喷雾剂等中药组合物。上述中药组合虽然对咽炎有一定的疗效，但是由于其药物的功能所限，除只能针对慢性咽炎进行治疗外，还存在有治疗周期长、不能根治、易复发等不足，而且传统的治疗咽炎的喷剂是喷到口腔内，对口腔有较强的刺激性。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中所存在的问题，本发明提出了一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂及其制备方法，目的是在克服现有治疗咽炎药物不足的基础上，研究一种可供急、慢性咽炎患者使用的外用喷剂药物，直接作用在咽部颈部处，并达到无刺激、无副作用，渗透力强，疗效确切的效果。
本发明所提出的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，由下述中药组分构成：没药、大黄、冰片、樟脑、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花、细辛。
优选地，所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，由下述中药组分和重量份制成：
没药20-40份，大黄10-30份，冰片5-15份，樟脑15-35份，白蔹10-30份，泽兰10-30份，黄芪8-20份，蒲公英20-50份，沙棘30-60份，苦参20-50份，地丁15-35份，金银花16-42份，细辛5-15份。
进一步优选地，所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，由下述中药组分和重量份制成：
没药22-37份，大黄12-27份，冰片7-12份，樟脑12-32份，白蔹12-27份，泽兰12-27份，黄芪10-17份，蒲公英22-47份，沙棘32-57份，苦参22-47份，地丁17-32份，金银花21-35份，细辛7-12份。
再进一步优选地，所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，由下述中药组分和重量份制成：
没药25份，大黄19份，冰片9份，樟脑26份，白蔹18份，泽兰16份，黄芪10份，蒲公英40份，沙棘50份，苦参45份，地丁30份，金银花26份，细辛7份。
上述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂的制备方法步骤如下：
1、将原料药材中的没药、大黄、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花净选切碎混合放置到煮沸锅内，加入软化水浸没药物，浸泡时间60分钟；
2、采用煎煮法将煮沸锅加热至煮沸，煮沸时间控制在20-30分钟，停止加热，冷却；
3、将冷却后的药液放入储存罐，用过滤器打入配料罐；
4、取樟脑、冰片捣碎研成粉末备用；
5、取细辛洗净，干燥，碾细粉备用；
6、将樟脑粉末、冰片粉末和细辛细粉加入到配料罐内，搅拌均匀后经上料泵，过滤器打入暂存罐，再经全自动灌装机一次充装到消毒过的喷药瓶中。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂由多种中药配制而成，对于咽炎患者而言，由于采用将中药直接作用于咽部颈部处，减少了内服药物的刺激性，而且无副作用。本发明的外用中药喷剂用于患者的病灶处，其渗透力强，具有显著的疗效。本发明中所选用的中药药物可直接由市场采购，其制备方法简单，成本低，易于推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例进一步解释本发明，公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切变化和改进，本发明并不局限于下面的实施例：
本发明所提出的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂是按照燥湿消热、散血消肿、定痛生肌、活血通经、清热止痛、活血化瘀、行水消肿、抗菌消炎的药物机理，采用没药、大黄、冰片、樟脑、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花、细辛13味中药原料组合制成。本发明中13味中药原料药的药理是：
没药：味苦，气微寒，燥湿清热，散血消肿，定痛生肌；
大黄：味苦，性寒，入脾胃、大肠、三焦经，通便泻火，消痈散肿，活血通经；
冰片：性凉，味辛、苦、无毒，入心、肺经，功能回苏开窍，清热止痛；
樟脑：性热，味辛，入心、脾经，功能通窍、辟秽，杀虫、除痒止痛；
白蔹：清热解毒，消痈散结；
泽兰：性微温，味苦，活血化瘀，行水消肿；
黄芪：黄芪性温，味甘，收汗固表，托疮生肌，补肺益气；
蒲公英：性平味甘微苦，清热解毒，消肿散结；
沙棘：性温味酸涩，活血散瘀，化痰宽胸，生津止渴，清热止泻；
苦参：味苦性寒，抗菌消炎；
地丁：性寒解毒，痈肿疔疮，外敷内服；
金银花：味甘，性寒，具有清热解毒、清肝明目、疏风散热功效，主治咽喉肿痛、口腔炎症和痈肿疮疖初起等症；
细辛：气味辛温，发散风寒、袪风止痛，即能外散风寒，又能内袪阴寒，镇咳功效较佳。
本发明是这样实现的：
一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，其中药组分和重量份如下：
组方1：没药20-40份，大黄10-30份，冰片5-15份，樟脑15-35份，白蔹10-30份，泽兰10-30份，黄芪8-20份，蒲公英20-50份，沙棘30-60份，苦参20-50份，地丁15-35份，金银花16-42份，细辛5-15份。
组方2：没药22-37份，大黄12-27份，冰片7-12份，樟脑12-32份，白蔹12-27份，泽兰12-27份，黄芪10-17份，蒲公英22-47份，沙棘32-57份，苦参22-47份，地丁17-32份，金银花21-35份，细辛7-12份。
组方3：没药25份，大黄19份，冰片9份，樟脑26份，白蔹18份，泽兰16份，黄芪10份，蒲公英40份，沙棘50份，苦参45份，地丁30份，金银花26份，细辛7份。
上述按组方1、组方2、组方3所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂的制备方法步骤如下：
1、将原料药材中的没药、大黄、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花净选切碎混合放置到煮沸锅内，加入软化水浸没药物，浸泡时间60分钟；
2、采用煎煮法将煮沸锅加热至煮沸，煮沸时间控制在20-30分钟，停止加热，冷却；
3、将冷却后的药液放入储存罐，用过滤器打入配料罐；
4、取樟脑、冰片捣碎研成粉末，备用；

本发明的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，用于咽炎患者在治疗过程中直接将药物作用在患者外咽部颈部，其药物的渗透力强，无刺激性，无毒副作用，减少且避免了内服或内喷药物对人体的刺激及其他药物反应。经过几年的实验表明，本发明的中药喷剂具有明显疗效。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，其特征是：所述的治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂由没药、大黄、冰片、樟脑、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花、细辛中药组分制成；其中中药组分和重量份如下：没药20-40份，大黄10-30份，冰片5-15份，樟脑15-35份，白蔹10-30份，泽兰10-30份，黄芪8-20份，蒲公英20-50份，沙棘30-60份，苦参20-50份，地丁15-35份，金银花16-42份，细辛5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，其特征是：所述的治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂由下述中药组分和重量份的中药制成：没药22-37份，大黄12-27份，冰片7-12份，樟脑12-32份，白蔹12-27份，泽兰12-27份，黄芪10-17份，蒲公英22-47份，沙棘32-57份，苦参22-47份，地丁17-32份，金银花21-35份，细辛7-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂，其特征是：所述的治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂由下述中药组分和重量份的中药制成：没药25份，大黄19份，冰片9份，樟脑26份，白蔹18份，泽兰16份，黄芪10份，蒲公英40份，沙棘50份，苦参45份，地丁30份，金银花26份，细辛7份。
4.一种制备权利要求1～3任一项所述的治疗咽炎的外用中药喷剂的制备方法，其步骤是：
1）将原料药材中的没药、大黄、白蔹、泽兰、黄芪、蒲公英、沙棘、苦参、地丁、金银花净选切碎混合放置到煮沸锅内，加入软化水浸没药物，浸泡时间60分钟；
2）采用煎煮法将煮沸锅加热至煮沸，煮沸时间控制在20-30分钟，停止加热，冷却；
3）将冷却后的药液放入储存罐，用过滤器打入配料罐；
4）取樟脑、冰片捣碎研成粉末，备用；
5）取细辛洗净，干燥，碾细粉备用；
6）将樟脑、冰片粉末和细辛细粉加入到配料罐内，搅拌均匀，经上料泵、过滤器打入暂存罐，再经全自动灌装机一次充装到消毒过的喷药瓶中。
