本发明公开了一种滇红玫瑰精油的提取方法,包括紫光灯照射,苏木煎煮液浸泡、打浆,蒸馏、冷凝,过滤和油水分离几个步骤。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:经过紫光灯照射和苏木煎煮液浸泡,可以改变花瓣中的蛋白质结构,破坏有害菌体,在适当条件下对花浆进行蒸馏,避免花浆中有益分子在蒸馏塔中发生分子反应,用聚酰胺卷式膜组件对玫瑰油水混合物进一步提纯,提取玫瑰中有效成分,保留滇红玫瑰天然花香和玫瑰油中的营养成分,具有优异的保健效果。

技术领域
本发明属于农业养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种滇红玫瑰精油的提取方法。
背景技术
云南滇红玫瑰花香浓郁,以食用鲜花为主,含有丰富的维生素A、C、B、E、K,以及单宁酸,能改善内分泌失调,有助于消除疲劳和伤口愈合,还有调理气血,促进血液循环,美容养颜的作用,其中,有玫瑰花体制的芳香油,为高级香料,有理气活血、疏肝解郁的作用,现有的玫瑰精油提取方法,为了提高花香,在高温处理或者长时间蒸馏过程中,可能会破坏玫瑰中的有效成分,使其功效下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种滇红玫瑰精油的提取方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种滇红玫瑰精油的提取方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将采摘后的鲜玫瑰花瓣使用波长为220-230nm的紫光灯照射15-20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中处理过的玫瑰花瓣放入28-32℃的苏木煎煮液中浸泡2-4小时,然后将花瓣打浆,得到花浆;
(3)将所得花浆送入蒸馏塔塔体内,在塔底通入水蒸气,在水蒸气上升过程中,提取所述花浆中的挥发性香气成分,经冷凝后得到玫瑰油水混合物;
(4)将玫瑰油水混合物采用聚酰胺卷式膜组件在0.2-0.4MPa的工作压力下,对其进行提取;
(5)将提取液经油水分离后,将所得精油保存到玻璃容器中,得到玫瑰精油。
其中,所述苏木煎煮液的制备方法为:将苏木粉碎后在相当于其重量份3-5倍蒸馏水中煎煮三次,煎煮时间为1-2小时,合并三次煎煮液即得。
其中,所述步骤(3)中花浆的进料速度为150-200L/h,进料口的温度为50-60℃,水蒸气温度为70-80℃,冷凝温度为25-30℃。
苏木能够促进微动脉血流、增强免疫功能、降低血液粘稠度、抑制中枢兴奋、抗菌等左右,还能抑制诱变作用和多种酰胺合成酶的活性。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:经过紫光灯照射和苏木煎煮液浸泡,可以改变花瓣中的蛋白质结构,破坏有害菌体,在适当条件下对花浆进行蒸馏,避免花浆中有益分子在蒸馏塔中发生分子反应,用聚酰胺卷式膜组件对玫瑰油水混合物进一步提纯,提取玫瑰中有效成分,保留滇红玫瑰天然花香和玫瑰油中的营养成分,具有优异的保健效果。
本发明中玫瑰精油的得率为0.6-1.5%%,其香气散失时间延长50%左右,玫瑰精油经化验分析,含β-香茅醇36.52%、香叶醇15.75%、橙花醇4.56%、芳樟醇2.93%、顺玫瑰醚1.73%,可用于食用香料、身体调节护理等领域。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种滇红玫瑰精油的提取方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将采摘后的鲜玫瑰花瓣使用波长为220-230nm的紫光灯照射15-20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中处理过的玫瑰花瓣放入28-32℃的苏木煎煮液中浸泡2-4小时,然后将花瓣打浆,得到花浆;
其中,所述苏木煎煮液的制备方法为:将苏木粉碎后在相当于其重量份3-5倍蒸馏水中煎煮三次,煎煮时间为1-2小时,合并三次煎煮液即得;
(3)将所得花浆以150-200L/h的进料速度送入蒸馏塔塔体内,进料口的温度为50-60℃,在塔底通入70-80℃的水蒸气,在水蒸气上升过程中,提取所述花浆中的挥发性香气成分,经冷凝到25-30℃后得到玫瑰油水混合物;
(4)将玫瑰油水混合物采用聚酰胺卷式膜组件在0.2-0.4MPa的工作压力下,对其进行提取;
(5)将提取液经油水分离后,将所得精油保存到玻璃容器中,得到玫瑰精油。

1.一种滇红玫瑰精油的提取方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将采摘后的鲜玫瑰花瓣使用波长为220-230nm的紫光灯照射15-20分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中处理过的玫瑰花瓣放入28-32℃的苏木煎煮液中浸泡2-4小时,然后将花瓣打浆,得到花浆;
(3)将所得花浆送入蒸馏塔塔体内,在塔底通入水蒸气,在水蒸气上升过程中,提取所述花浆中的挥发性香气成分,经冷凝后得到玫瑰油水混合物;
(4)将玫瑰油水混合物采用聚酰胺卷式膜组件在0.2-0.4MPa的工作压力下,对其进行提取;
(5)将提取液经油水分离后,将所得精油保存到玻璃容器中,得到玫瑰精油。
