Abstract

本发明涉及一种保险杠雾灯装配结构，其不同之处在于：其包括形成于保险杠两侧的雾灯安装部，雾灯安装部的上下两端各设有至少一个第一卡接台，第一卡接台形成于雾灯安装部的正面，第一卡接台的上开设有插入孔，第一卡接台插入孔内设置有插入面，雾灯安装部上还开设有定位孔；具有弹性的卡接件，卡接件具有卡接段和插入插入孔内的插入段，卡接段和插入段同向延伸且通过折弯段连接，插入段的两侧均匀分布有若干个尖端能插入插入面内的倒刺结构；及设于雾灯安装部上的雾灯结构，雾灯结构的背面设置有与定位孔配合的定位件、及与卡接段卡接的第二卡接台，第二卡接台具有与卡接段配合的仿形面。本发明易于装卸，且配合紧密，紧固牢靠。

一种保险杠雾灯装配结构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车保险杠领域，尤其是一种保险杠雾灯装配结构。
背景技术
汽车前保险杠的雾灯造型多种多样，当雾灯造型不规则时，很难与保险杠进行紧固，而且雾灯的安装区域有限，全部用螺钉打紧雾灯十分困难，而且若雾灯损坏，需拆卸保险杠后才能取下雾灯，装卸均十分麻烦，浪费人力物力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种保险杠雾灯装配结构，易于装卸，且配合紧密，紧固牢靠。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种保险杠雾灯装配结构，其不同之处在于：
其包括形成于保险杠两侧的雾灯安装部，所述雾灯安装部具有相对设置的正面和背面，所述雾灯安装部的上下两端各设有至少一个第一卡接台，所述第一卡接台形成于所述雾灯安装部的正面，所述第一卡接台与所述雾灯安装部正面同向设置的一面为所述第一卡接台的凸起面，所述第一卡接台的凸起面上开设有插入孔，设于雾灯安装部上端的第一卡接台为上卡接台，所述上卡接台插入孔的下孔壁被构造为插入面，设于雾灯安装部下端的第一卡接台为下卡接台，所述下卡接台插入孔的上孔壁被构造为插入面，所述雾灯安装部上还开设有定位孔；
具有弹性的卡接件，所述卡接件具有卡接段和插入所述插入孔内的插入段，所述卡接段和所述插入段同向延伸且通过折弯段连接，所述插入段远离所述折弯段的一端为插入段的插入端，所述插入段的两侧均匀分布有若干个尖端能插入所述插入面内的倒刺结构，所述倒刺结构朝远离插入端的方向斜向延伸，所述卡接段具有依次连接的第一段、第二段及第三段，所述第一段由折弯段朝远离插入段的方向斜向延伸，所述第二段朝插入段方向延伸，所述第三段朝远离插入段的方向延伸；
及
设于所述雾灯安装部上的雾灯结构，所述雾灯结构具有相对设置的正面和背面，所述雾灯结构的背面设置有与所述定位孔配合的定位件、及与所述卡接段卡接的第二卡接台，所述第二卡接台具有与所述卡接段配合的仿形面。
按以上技术方案，所述定位件的横截面形状呈十字形。
按以上技术方案，所述雾灯安装部的正面、定位孔的孔周处设置有与所述定位件配合的限位筋。
按以上技术方案，所述插入段的插入端设置有第一限位凸起。
按以上技术方案，所述插入面上设置有对倒刺限位的第二限位凸起。
按以上技术方案，所述第二卡接台包括两个平行设置卡接棱，所述卡接棱具有与所述卡接段配合的仿形面。
对比现有技术，本发明的有益特点为：该保险杠雾灯装配结构，将卡接件卡接到雾灯安装部上后，再通过卡接件与第二卡接台的配合即可将雾灯结构卡接到雾灯安装部上，不受装配空间限制，且雾灯结构上设置有定位件与雾灯安装部上的定位孔进行定位，易于装配，装配精度高，拆卸时，从雾灯安装部上拔下雾灯结构即可，无需拆卸保险杠；雾灯安装部的上下两端各设有至少一个第一卡接台，装配在上卡接台处的卡接件对雾灯结构产生向下的卡接力，装配在下卡接台处的卡接件对雾灯结构产生向上的卡接力，使雾灯结构被牢靠的卡在卡接件之间，易于装配，且装配牢靠。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参考图1至图14，本发明实施例保险杠雾灯装配结构，其包括形成于保险杠4两侧的雾灯安装部1，所述雾灯安装部1具有相对设置的正面1a和背面1b，所述雾灯安装部1的上下两端各设有至少一个第一卡接台101，所述第一卡接台101形成于所述雾灯安装部的正面1a，所述第一卡接台101与所述雾灯安装部正面1a同向设置的一面为所述第一卡接台的凸起面1011，所述第一卡接台的凸起面1011上开设有插入孔1012，设于雾灯安装部1上端的第一卡接台101为上卡接台，所述上卡接台插入孔1012的下孔壁被构造为插入面1013，设于雾灯安装部1下端的第一卡接台101为下卡接台，所述下卡接台插入孔1012的上孔壁被构造为插入面1013，所述雾灯安装部1上还开设有定位孔102；
具有弹性、可变形的卡接件2，所述卡接件2具有卡接段201和插入所述插入孔1012内的插入段202，所述卡接段201和所述插入段202同向延伸且通过折弯段203连接，所述插入段202远离所述折弯段203的一端为插入段的插入端202a，所述插入段202的两侧均匀分布有若干个尖端能插入所述插入面1013内的倒刺结构2021，所述倒刺结构2021朝远离插入端202a且靠近卡接段201的方向斜向延伸，所述卡接段201具有依次连接的第一段2011、第二段2012及第三段2013，所述第一段2011由折弯段203朝远离插入段202的方向斜向延伸，所述第二段2012朝插入段202方向延伸，第二段2012的延伸方向与插入段202垂直或具有夹角，所述第三段2013朝远离插入段202的方向斜向延伸；
及
设于所述雾灯安装部1上的雾灯结构3，所述雾灯结构3具有相对设置的正面3a和背面3b，所述雾灯结构的背面3b设置有与所述定位孔102配合的定位件301、及与所述卡接段201卡接的第二卡接台302，所述第二卡接台302具有与所述卡接段201配合的仿形面3021。
优选地，请参考图3和图10，为了便于定位和微调，所述定位件301的横截面形状呈十字形。
优选地，请参考图6，为了更准确的对雾灯结构3进行定位，所述雾灯安装部的正面1a、定位孔102的孔周处设置有与所述定位件301配合的限位筋103。
优选地，请参考图13和图14，为了防止插入段202过度插入插入孔1012内，并减小插入端202a和插入孔1012的配合间隙，所述插入段的插入端202a设置有第一限位凸起2022。
优选地，请参考图13和图14，卡接件插入段202的两侧具有若干个向外延伸的且相互平行的延伸段2023，相邻两个延伸段2023之间具有间隙2024，倒刺2021形成于延伸段2023上。图9所示为上卡接台101和卡接件的插入段202的配合关系，下卡接台101的结构与上卡接台101的结构类似，将图9旋转180度即为下卡接台101结构图。请参考图9，为了进一步防止插入段202从插入孔1012中脱出，上卡接台的插入面1013上设置有对倒刺结构2021限位的第二限位凸起1014；为了更进一步地防止插入段202从插入孔1012中脱出，上卡接台插入孔1012的上孔壁上设置有第三限位凸起1015，第三限位凸起1015与相邻两个延伸段2023之间的间隙2024对应设置并能插入到间隙2024内；为了对卡接段201进行让位，防止装配时上卡接台101对卡接段201造成干涉，上卡接台101的下端中部挖空形成让位孔1016，让位孔1016的水平宽度大于卡接段201的水平宽度，让位孔1016的水平宽度小于插入段202的水平宽度。
优选地，请参考图11和图12，在保证卡接力的同时，为了便于拆卸，使第二卡接台302对卡接件2提供适度的卡接力，所述第二卡接台302包括两个平行设置卡接棱3022，所述卡接棱3022具有与所述卡接段201配合的仿形面3021。
优选地，为了使雾灯结构3与雾灯安装部1的装配更加牢靠，雾灯结构3和雾灯安装部1通过螺纹件紧固，雾灯安装部1上开设有与螺纹件配合的螺纹孔，雾灯结构3上与所述螺纹孔对应位置处开设有通孔。
请参考图1至图14，本发明实施例的装配方法为：将各卡接件2分别插入各插入孔1012内后，再将雾灯结构3卡接到雾灯安装部1上，将雾灯结构3安装到雾灯安装部1上后，由于雾灯结构2的第二卡接台302挤压卡接件使其变形，此时，卡接件2的卡接段201为了回弹，装配在上卡接台101处的卡接件2对雾灯结构3产生向下的卡接力，装配在下卡接台101处的卡接件2对雾灯结构3产生向上的卡接力，使雾灯结构3被牢靠的卡在卡接件2围成的空间内，最后拧入一个螺纹件紧固雾灯结构3和雾灯安装部1，装配完成。拆卸时，拧出螺纹件，将雾灯结构3从雾灯安装部的正面1a拔出即可完成拆卸，无需拆卸保险杠4。

其包括形成于保险杠两侧的雾灯安装部，所述雾灯安装部具有相对设置的正面和背面，所述雾灯安装部的上下两端各设有至少一个第一卡接台，所述第一卡接台形成于所述雾灯安装部的正面，所述第一卡接台与所述雾灯安装部正面同向设置的一面为所述第一卡接台的凸起面，所述第一卡接台的凸起面上开设有插入孔，设于雾灯安装部上端的第一卡接台为上卡接台，所述上卡接台插入孔的下孔壁被构造为插入面，设于雾灯安装部下端的第一卡接台为下卡接台，所述下卡接台插入孔的上孔壁被构造为插入面，所述雾灯安装部上还开设有定位孔；
具有弹性的卡接件，所述卡接件具有卡接段和插入所述插入孔内的插入段，所述卡接段和所述插入段同向延伸且通过折弯段连接，所述插入段远离所述折弯段的一端为插入段的插入端，所述插入段的两侧均匀分布有若干个尖端能插入所述插入面内的倒刺结构，所述倒刺结构朝远离插入端的方向斜向延伸，所述卡接段具有依次连接的第一段、第二段及第三段，所述第一段由折弯段朝远离插入段的方向斜向延伸，所述第二段朝插入段方向延伸，所述第三段朝远离插入段的方向延伸；
及
设于所述雾灯安装部上的雾灯结构，所述雾灯结构具有相对设置的正面和背面，所述雾灯结构的背面设置有与所述定位孔配合的定位件、及与所述卡接段卡接的第二卡接台，所述第二卡接台具有与所述卡接段配合的仿形面。
2.如权利要求1所述的保险杠雾灯装配结构，其特征在于：所述定位件的横截面形状呈十字形。
3.如权利要求2所述的保险杠雾灯装配结构，其特征在于：所述雾灯安装部的正面、定位孔的孔周处设置有与所述定位件配合的限位筋。
4.如权利要求1所述的保险杠雾灯装配结构，其特征在于：所述插入段的插入端设置有第一限位凸起。
5.如权利要求1所述的保险杠雾灯装配结构，其特征在于：所述插入面上设置有对倒刺限位的第二限位凸起。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的保险杠雾灯装配结构，其特征在于：所述第二卡接台包括两个平行设置卡接棱，所述卡接棱具有与所述卡接段配合的仿形面。
