技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的皮面成形模(Belederungsmodell)。
背景技术
皮面成形模用于制作造型外层、特别是用于机动车的内护板和仪表盘。在此,由皮面成形模制作硅树脂压痕(Silikonabdruck),由该硅树脂压痕制成电铸模(Galvanoform)。借助模制法例如搪塑工艺、喷射工艺或深冲工艺来由电铸模制作造型外层。
由DE10102600B4已知一种用于制作车辆内护板用的造型外层的方法。在那里公开了一种皮面成形模,该皮面成形模用于制作硅树脂阴模的可视的、有粒面的侧面。有粒面的外层在没有构造接缝的情况下敷在皮面成形模上。
为了实现真皮的印象,需敷到皮面成形模上的外层经常由以接缝连接的坯料制成。
在这样的皮面成形模中出现问题:在浇注硅树脂压痕时硅树脂会在接缝上的可能的穿透位置上流出。由于硅树脂流出而保障不了具有限定轮廓的硅树脂压痕应达到的整洁的脱模。
为了避免硅树脂流出,按照已知的方法用填料将可能的穿透位置密封。然而由于填补而丧失了接缝的真实印象。
此外在缝合的外层中存在的问题是:在使用的线的刺穿位置上产生硅树脂的附加的穿透位置。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种这种类型的皮面成形模,在该皮面成形模中不再出现所述缺点、特别是在制作硅树脂压痕时。
本发明的目的通过具有权利要求1特征的皮面成形模得以实现。
在从属权利要求中列出本发明的有益的构造和发展设计。
根据本发明的皮面成形模基本上由铣削模(Fraesmodell)和安置在其上的外层构成。铣削模具有至少一个带槽底的槽。外层至少包括第一坯料和一个第二坯料。第一坯料与第二坯料经由至少一条接合线在构成第一定位段和第二定位段的情况下连接在一起。第一定位段在接合线与第一坯料的端面之间延伸,而第二定位段在接合线与第二坯料的端面之间延伸。各定位段以相应的端面指向槽底地插入槽内并且因此将外层定位。
根据本发明,至少接合线设计成密封的。因此各定位段可以彼此相对地连接在一起,通过这种方式使得定位段在紧邻接合线的区域中如下密封地接合在一起,即,在制作硅树脂压痕时没有硅树脂能够穿过接合线和两个定位段之间的区域进入。因此在制作造型外层时可以将接合线以限定的轮廓塑造到硅树脂阴模(Silikonnegativ)上。
皮面成形模的外层优选为膜外层(Folienhaut)或人造革外层。这样的外层可以比较简单和经济地构造有粒面(Narbung),这些粒面逼真地再现真皮粒面。
在本发明的一种构造中,接合线是焊缝或粘合缝。因此可以经济地将坯料密封地拼接并且同时保障高的制造品质。
定位段有益地在构成接合面的情况下基本上完全地相互焊接或粘合在一起。因此定位段也可以在接合线下方密封地相互贴合。
在本发明的另一构造中,接合线是纺织接缝。纺织接缝形成接缝的另一备选方案。为了制作纺织接缝可以使用本身众所周知的和通常的纱或线。通过纺织接缝可以有益地提高真皮的真实印象。
根据本发明的一种优选的构造,定位段为了构成接合线而借助线通过缝制相互连接在一起。定位段也可以在接合线下方通过附加的接缝密封地相互连接。
根据本发明的一种发展设计,至少一个密封元件插入各定位段之间,其中,指向槽底的定位段被密封地遮盖。密封元件在此可以将定位段包围。插入各定位段之间的密封元件可以达到接合线。通过密封元件可以将可能存在于各定位段之间的接合线下方的作为硅树脂的可能流出位置的缝隙密封。

具体实施方式
图1示出的是具有一个铣削模2和一个基架11的皮面成形模1,其中外层3敷到铣削模2上。铣削模2具有带槽底9的槽7,另参见图2。
铣削模2在其表面上塑造内护板件的形式、例如车门护板或内门区域的形式例如扶手或栏杆的形式。
外层3可以逼真地塑造天然真皮的粒面,使得外层3的纹理侧4和因此硅树脂压痕的表面造成真皮的印象。外层3以与纹理侧4对置的背面5至少在槽7以外平放并且适当地固定在铣削模2上。
在此,外层3包括第一坯料3a和第二坯料3b,这些坯料经由至少一条接合线L连接,另参见图2。第一坯料3a具有定位段A1,该定位段在接合线L与第一坯料3a的端面S1之间延伸。第二坯料3b具有定位段A2,该定位段在接合线L与第二坯料3b的端面S2之间延伸。如下地确定定位段A1的长度和定位段A2的长度,即,各定位段A1、A2能够以相应的端面S1、S2指向槽底9地插入槽7内。
两个坯料3a和3b在构成接合线L的情况下相互连接,如例如图2、3、6c、7b示出的那样。
图2示出坯料3a和3b,这些坯料按照纺织接合方法拼接在一起。例如坯料3a和3b利用线6缝合在一起。如例如在图6a中示出的那样,线6或由缝制产生的接缝是用于接合线L的一个实例。接合线L是接合面F的可见的界限,定位段A1、A2彼此对置地在这些接合面上相互连接。接合线L下方的纹理侧4是看不到的。
如在图2中示出的那样,当坯料3a、3b相互缝合在一起时,可以在插入槽7内的定位段A1、A2之间存在缝隙10。
图2示出密封元件8,该密封元件将缝隙10密封地遮盖。密封元件8例如与坯料3a和3b缝合在一起。密封元件8在图2中将定位段A1、A2的背面5密封地遮盖,其中,线6刺穿密封元件8。
作为备选,密封元件8也可以分别粘接、夹紧或以其它方式设置在定位段A1和A2的背面5上。
密封元件8可以以带材12或嵌入件的形式存在。
图2a至2c示出带材12形式的密封元件8如何与坯料3a和3b拼接在一起。图2d示出带材12如何与坯料3a和3b一起插入槽7内。
图2a是具有至少一个第一隆起部13的带材12的侧视图并且示出在原始状态中的具有至少一个第一隆起部13的带材12。第一隆起部13根据图2a基本上作为侧面可以具有类似三角形的面。然而也可以为第一隆起部13考虑其它形状。例如图5a示出具有半圆形侧面的第一隆起部13。图5c示出具有梯形侧面的第一隆起部13的实例。第一隆起部13可以缝合、粘接、焊接或以其它方式方法固定到带材12上。
第一隆起部13可以由可变形的材料构成。
带材12可以与所设置的第一隆起部13一起变形成U形,以便利用U形的边将定位段A1、A2在其背面5上钳形地包围,其中,第一隆起部13进入在彼此对置的表侧4之间的缝隙10中并且将这个缝隙密封,参照图2b、2c。带材12在此可以具有唇的形式。
为了在制作U形时尽可能简单地使带材12变形并且由此提供更容易加工的带材12,带材12可以如在图5b中示出的那样在第一隆起部13的区域中的中心沿纵向x具有弯折穿孔15。
图2b示出的是即将缝制前的定外段A1、A2连同带材12和第一隆起部13。
图2c示出的是在缝合坯料3a和3b时被一同缝合的带材12。第一隆起部13在此插入缝隙10中。
为了更好地定位在槽7内,带材12可以具有至少一个第二隆起部14,该第二隆起部可以设置在带材12的具有第一隆起部13的那侧的对置侧。第二隆起部14可以类似于第一隆起部13而固定在带材12上。在这种情况下,第二隆起部14的形状可以与收纳该第二隆起部的槽7的形状最佳地匹配。
图5d示出的是具有第一隆起部13和第二隆起部14的带材12的侧视图。第二隆起部14具有例如梯形的侧面。
图5e示出的是具有第一隆起部13和第二隆起部14的带材12的侧视图,其中,第二隆起部14具有与图5d中的形状不同的形状。
通过拼接实现的是:纹理侧4在定位段A1、A2拼接的区域中密封地彼此对置。在相互缝合的纹理侧4的情况中也可以通过置入带材12来实现密封功能。特别是带材12可以将线6的刺穿位置密封。
除了根据本发明的密封功能之外还提供加强功能。例如图3示出加强元件16,该加强元件在坯料3a和3b拼接之后粘接到背面5上并且例如将端面S1、S2覆盖。加强元件16也可以是缝纫线。
图4a示出铣削模2,该铣削模包括第一单件2a和第二单件2b并且设置在基架11上。在两个单件2a和2b上分别敷有外层3。两个单件2a和2b在构成缝隙10的情况下仍然彼此间隔开。
图4b示出的是图4a示所示的多件式铣削模2的单件2a和2b,其中,缝隙间距比图4a所示的小,从而能够将两个单件2a和2b相互压在一起。
图6a、6b、6c示出将坯料3a和3b插入铣削模2的槽2中时的工艺步骤。图6a示出第一工艺步骤,在其中将定位段A1、A2在构成形式为粘合缝或焊缝的相应的接合线L的情况下密封地拼接、例如粘接或焊接。在第二步骤中可以附加地借助线6来作为加强元件16将这样拼接的定位段A1、A2在它们的连接中加强。作为可选,如在图6b中示出的那样,可以进行切边R。通过切边R可以使定位段A1、A2与槽的深度T相匹配。接着将这样拼接的定位段A1、A2插入槽7内。
图7a、7b示出与在图6a、6b、6c中示出的工艺类似的工艺,然而没有缝纫过程。然后在无接缝的情况下将在接合线L上拼接的定位段A1、A2插入槽7内。

Claims (17)

1.皮面成形模(1),其具有:
-铣削模(2),该铣削模具有至少一个带槽底(9)的槽(7),
-外层(3),该外层设置在铣削模(2)上并且至少包括第一坯料(3a)和第二坯料(3b),
-其中,所述第一坯料(3a)与所述第二坯料(3b)经由至少一条接合线(L)在构成第一定位段(A1)和第二定位段(A2)的情况下连接,
-其中,所述第一定位段(A1)设置在接合线(L)与所述第一坯料(3a)的端面(S1)之间,而所述第二定位段(A2)设置在接合线(L)与所述第二坯料(3b)的端面(S2)之间,
-其中,各定位段(A1,A2)以相应的端面(S1,S2)指向槽底(9)地插入槽(7)内,
其特征在于:至少接合线(L)设计成密封的。
2.如权利要求1所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:接合线(L)是焊缝或粘合缝。
3.如权利要求2所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:各定位段(A1,A2)在构成接合面(F)的情况下基本上完全相互焊接或粘合。
4.如权利要求1所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:接合线(L)是纺织接缝。
5.如权利要求4所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:各定位段(A1,A2)借助线(6)通过缝制相互连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:至少一个密封元件(8)插入各定位段(A1,A2)之间,其中,指向槽底(9)的定位段(A1,A2)被密封地遮盖。
7.如权利要求6所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:密封元件(8)由槽(7)的区域中引出。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:密封元件(8)是带材(12)、优选为纺织带。
9.如权利要求8所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:带材(12)与所述第一坯料(3a)以及第二坯料(3b)共同缝合在一起。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:带材(12)被粘接或焊接。
11.如权利要求7和10所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:带材(12)将线(6)的刺穿位置密封地遮盖。
12.如权利要求9至11之任一项所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:带材(12)具有至少一个第一隆起部(13)。
13.如权利要求12所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:带材(12)具有弯折穿孔(15),该弯折穿孔优选在所述第一隆起部(13)的区域内。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:带材(12)具有至少一个与所述第一隆起部(13)相对设置的第二隆起部(14)。
15.如权利要求6或7所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:密封元件(8)是嵌入件,该嵌入件作为挤压型材、优选作为弹性的挤压型材、作为夹紧元件、作为注射成型件、作为能够通过加热激活的胶粘带或作为上述部件的组合存在。
16.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:在各定位段(A1,A2)上安置有至少一个加强元件(16)、优选夹紧元件、缝纫线、粘结层或上述加强元件(16)的组合。
17.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的皮面成形模(1),其特征在于:各定位段(A1,A2)通过切边(R)而与槽(7)的深度(T)相匹配。
