本发明涉及禽畜养殖技术领域，具体涉及一种山羊疥螨病外用喷剂。
背景技术：
疥螨病通常初发于嘴唇、鼻面、眼圈及耳根部皮肤。病羊奇痒，皮肤发红、肥厚，继而出现丘疹、水泡，以后形成痂皮。龟裂多发生于嘴唇、口角、耳根和四肢弯曲面。由于皮肤发炎，病羊烦躁不安，采食、休息和消化机能受到影响。冬季脱毛皮肤裸露，体温大量发散，体内脂肪大量消耗，病羊逐渐消瘦，甚至衰竭死亡。对已经确诊的病羊，及时隔离治疗，对病羊圈舍进行消毒。
常用的治疗方法有以下几种：第一种方法是治疗前应剪去病畜患部及其周围的被毛，用温肥皂水刷洗，然后涂敌百虫水溶液；第二种方法是设立药浴池，山羊剪毛后分批药浴，并随时补充药液。但药浴时要注意羊的头部，防止其饮用药浴液和窒息。第一种方法的治疗效果一般，容易复发；第二种方法虽然治疗效果相对较好，但存在安全隐患。针对上述情况，本公司开发出一种山羊疥螨病外用喷剂，使用前剪去患部羊毛，然后对准患部喷施，同时可在其他部位喷施少量，以起到防治作用，具有起效快、疗效好和复发率低的特点。

本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种山羊疥螨病外用喷剂，由如下重量份数的原料制成：
樒树叶15-20份、蓖麻叶12-16份、山楂叶10-15份、樟脑叶10-15份、土荆皮8-11份、苦参6-10份、羧甲基淀粉钠6-10份、六神曲5-8份、葡萄籽4-6份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、茶枯粉3-5份、咖啡渣3-5份、炉甘石2-3份、皂角刺1-2份、半夏1-2份、雄黄0.5-1份、茶籽油10-15份、乙醇80-100份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤：
(1)将山楂叶、樟脑叶、土荆皮、苦参和半夏加入乙醇中，浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波回流处理15min，静置2-3h后载于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min，过滤，所得滤液即为物料I；
(2)将樒树叶、蓖麻叶、葡萄籽和皂角刺经冷冻干燥后磨成粉末，再加入六神曲和茶籽油，充分混合后于室温下静置1-2h，然后于0-5℃下静置3-5h，即得物料II；
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、羧甲基淀粉钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、茶枯粉、咖啡渣、炉甘石和雄黄，充分研磨混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明以具有优异杀虫杀菌效果的植物树叶和中药为主要原料，制得山羊疥螨病外用喷剂，该喷剂味道清香，安全性高，不会引起山羊和人体呼吸道不适，并且具有起效快、疗效好的特点，防治效果佳，能够有效防止复发。

实施例1
(1)将10份山楂叶、10份樟脑叶、8份土荆皮、6份苦参和1份半夏加入80份乙醇中，浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波回流处理15min，静置3h后载于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min，过滤，所得滤液即为物料I；
(2)将15份樒树叶、12份蓖麻叶、4份葡萄籽和1份皂角刺经冷冻干燥后磨成粉末，再加入5份六神曲和10份茶籽油，充分混合后于室温下静置2h，然后于0-5℃下静置3h，即得物料II；
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、6-份羧甲基淀粉钠、5份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、4份茶枯粉、3份咖啡渣、2份炉甘石和0.5份雄黄，充分研磨混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将15份山楂叶、10份樟脑叶、8份土荆皮、6份苦参和1份半夏加入80份乙醇中，浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波回流处理15min，静置3h后载于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min，过滤，所得滤液即为物料I；

(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份羧甲基淀粉钠、4份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份茶枯粉、3份咖啡渣、2份炉甘石和0.5份雄黄，充分研磨混合均匀。
