Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油及其制备方法,所述保健食用油由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2000‑2500份、茶叶籽100‑200份、酸枣仁40‑50份、决明子30‑40份、千里光20‑30份、青葙子20‑30份、菊花20‑30份、荷叶15‑25份、生姜10‑20份、松花粉40‑50份,本发明中以油菜籽油、茶叶油作为载体,降低了保健油的成本,并且采用亚临界萃取技术萃取提油出油率高且不破坏原料中活性成分,各原料相辅相助,能够调整神经细胞,建立新的神经细胞‑突触联系,抗脑疲劳,清肝明目,长期食用该保健调和油可提神醒脑、预防眼干、视力衰退等常见眼部疾病,且还能有效调节血压、血脂、血糖的平衡,提高人体免疫力。

本发明涉及保健油领域,具体涉及一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着信息产业的迅猛发展,电脑逐渐融入我们的生活,成为人们工作、学习、生活中不可或缺的一部分。电脑确实给人们带了来很多便利,电脑提供了新的社交方式,帮助人们及时了解各种新闻事实,丰富了文化生活,提高了学习、工作效率。但长时间连续使用电脑,导致视力下降是最常见的现象,由于眼睛长时间盯着电脑屏幕而得不到适当的休息,这很容易造成眼部血液循环减慢,从而使得视线模糊,眼睛干涩,头晕头疼,从而降低工作效率。
日常生活中的各类食用油,多存在营养不均衡的问题,且多只能满足人体基本的营养需求,而保健油是根据人体营养需求而调配的食用油,其营养均衡,弥补了食用油的缺陷,这些保健油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、氨基酸、维生素等物质,极具食用保健价值,然而其多数价格不菲,使用受到限制。除了油性种子以外,中草药中也含有挥发性油、脂溶性物质等具有保健功效的成分,将其功效成分添加到食用油中,将极大的提高产品的食用价值,且成本低。目前,功能性保健食用油这方面的报道较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油及其制备方法,长期食用该保健调和油可提神醒脑、预防眼干、视力衰退等常见眼部疾病,提高工作效率。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2000-2500份、茶叶籽100-200份、酸枣仁40-50份、决明子30-40份、千里光20-30份、青葙子20-30份、菊花20-30份、荷叶15-25份、生姜10-20份、松花粉40-50份。
优选地,所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2200-2350份、茶叶籽140-180份、酸枣仁44-48份、决明子30-35份、千里光22-26份、青葙子21-24份、菊花24-27份、荷叶16-20份、生姜16-19份、松花粉45-50份。
优选地,所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2300份、茶叶籽150份、酸枣仁45份、决明子32份、千里光24份、青葙子22份、菊花25份、荷叶16份、生姜18份、松花粉48份。
具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量6-8倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡2-4h后,加热回流2-3h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为20-25℃,压力为0.5-1Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
优选地,所述步骤1)中加热温度为50-70℃。
优选地,所述步骤3)中亚临界萃取条件为:萃取温度为30-35℃,萃取压力为5-6MPa,循环萃取6-8次,每次萃取时间为20-30min,萃取剂流速为55-60L/h。
本发明中各成分的功效如下:
油菜籽是十字花科作物油菜的果实,角果较长,结荚多,粒本饱满。油菜籽中油脂的含量为37.5%-46.3%,是制浸油脂原料主要品种之一。
茶叶籽为茶树上的种子,经提炼得到的茶叶油中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达82%,被人体吸收后消化率高达97%,茶叶油中含有茶多酚、植物甾醇、维生素E、胡萝卜素、角鲨烯等多种纯天然抗氧化成分。茶叶籽油具有清热解毒、润肠通便、降血脂、减肥、调节血压、保护心血管系统等功能,既可美容养颜,又抗衰老、抗辐射,此外茶叶油对防止记忆力衰退有积极效用。
酸枣核:含多量脂肪油和蛋白质,并含甾醇、三萜类、酸枣仁皂甙、多量维生素C,有镇静、催眠、镇痛、抗惊厥作用。
决明子又称“还瞳子”,是决明的种子,含有多种维生素和丰富的氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物等,具有清肝明目、通便的功能。
千里光是一种中草药,产于江苏、浙江、广西、四川,其性寒,味苦,具有清热解毒,明目,止痒等功效。
青葙子为苋科植物青葙的干燥成熟种子,种子含脂肪油约15%,淀粉30.8%,烟酸及丰富的硝酸钾,有清肝火、祛风热、明目、降血压之功效。
菊花含有水苏碱、木樨草甙、大波斯菊甙、腺膘呤、胆碱、葡萄糖甙等成分,尤其富含挥发油,并且油中主要为菊酮、龙脑、龙脑已酸酯等物质,具有散风热、平肝明目、提神醒脑的功效。
荷叶色青绿、气芬芳,含有丰富的化学物质,如β-胡萝卜素、黄酮、挥发油、皂类、甾体、维生素C、多种生物碱、荷叶苷、槲皮素、异槲皮苷以及酒石酸、枸橼酸、苹果酸、草酸、多糖等,具有清热解毒、升发清阳、凉血止血的作用,近代研究证实,荷叶有良好的降血糖、降血脂、保护免疫器官、增强免疫作用的作用,
生姜能促使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,具有健胃、提神、醒脑的作用。
松花粉泛指马尾松、油松、红松、华山松和樟子松等松属植物雄蕊所产生的干燥花粉,有非常大的药用价值,除含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类等一般营养物质外,还含有多种维生素、微量元素、黄酮、酶、脂肪酸及辅酶等200余种营养成分及生物活性物质,营养全面而均衡,具有祛风益气的功效,且还能调整神经系统,降低体内乳酸水平,缓解精神和工作压力,增强体力、精力,使疲劳得到全面的恢复,提高人体自身免疫力。
本发明有益效果:本发明中以油菜籽油、茶叶油作为载体,降低了保健油的成本,并且采用亚临界萃取技术萃取提油出油率高且不破坏原料中活性成分。本发明酸枣核安神镇静,决明子和青葙子配伍疏风清热、清肝明目,千里光明目止痒,菊花、荷叶清热解毒,松花粉营养丰富,增强体力和精力,各原料相辅相助,能够调整神经细胞,建立新的神经细胞-突触联系,抗脑疲劳,清肝明目,长期食用该保健调和油可提神醒脑、预防眼干、视力衰退等常见眼部疾病,提高工作效率,此外还能有效调节血压、血脂、血糖的平衡,提高人体免疫力。

实施例1:
一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2300份、茶叶籽150份、酸枣仁45份、决明子32份、千里光24份、青葙子22份、菊花25份、荷叶16份、生姜18份、松花粉48份。
具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量7倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡4h后,加热到65℃回流3h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,萃取温度为32℃,萃取压力为5.5MPa,循环萃取7次,每次萃取时间为30min,萃取剂流速为58L/h,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为23℃,压力为0.8Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
实施例2:
一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2250份、茶叶籽170份、酸枣仁44份、决明子34份、千里光23份、青葙子23份、菊花25份、荷叶17份、生姜17份、松花粉46份。
具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量6倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡3h后,加热到60℃回流2.5h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,萃取温度为30℃,萃取压力为5MPa,循环萃取7次,每次萃取时间为25min,萃取剂流速为55L/h,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为25℃,压力为0.7Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
实施例3:

1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量8倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡3.5h后,加热到70℃回流2h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,萃取温度为30℃,萃取压力为5MPa,循环萃取8次,每次萃取时间为20min,萃取剂流速为55L/h,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为25℃,压力为0.5Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
实施例4:
一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2350份、茶叶籽140份、酸枣仁48份、决明子30份、千里光26份、青葙子21份、菊花27份、荷叶16份、生姜19份、松花粉45份。
具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量7倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡2h后,加热到55℃回流2.5h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,萃取温度为35℃,萃取压力为6MPa,循环萃取6次,每次萃取时间为30min,萃取剂流速为57L/h,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为20℃,压力为0.5Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
实施例5:
一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2000份、茶叶籽200份、酸枣仁40份、决明子40份、千里光20份、青葙子28份、菊花22份、荷叶21份、生姜18份、松花粉50份。
具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量6倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡4h后,加热到50℃回流3h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,萃取温度为35℃,萃取压力为5MPa,循环萃取6次,每次萃取时间为25min,萃取剂流速为59L/h,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为20℃,压力为0.9Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
实施例6:
一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2500份、茶叶籽100份、酸枣仁42份、决明子30份、千里光30份、青葙子25份、菊花28份、荷叶15份、生姜20份、松花粉40份。
具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量7倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡3.5h后,加热到60℃回流2h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、石决明、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,萃取温度为30℃,萃取压力为5.5MPa,循环萃取8次,每次萃取时间为20min,萃取剂流速为60L/h,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为25℃,压力为1Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
经过对保健食用油功效的检测以及应用病例发现,实施例1中的保健食用油功效最佳。
典型病例:
案例1:孙某,女,27岁,办公室职员,经常加班熬夜,患者自述用眼过度,久视模糊,眼睛经常发干发涩,且面目皮肤晦涩,有色斑,食欲不佳,精神萎靡不振,易疲劳,有时月经不调。诊脉:舌苔薄白,脉沉缓。经医院检查诊断为身体无任何炎症,只是处于亚健康状态。每日中餐和晚餐食用本实施例1中的保健食用油做的饭菜,食用一个月之后,自述眼睛发干发涩状况明显好转,且面目皮肤发黄日渐消退,精神状态、气色明显改善,色斑慢慢消失。坚持3个月后,症状全部消失。
案例2:季某,男,32岁,从事IT行业,每天工作时间都需要对着电脑,患者自述眼睛经常发干发涩,面色无泽,脸上易起痘,经医院检查诊断为身体无任何炎症,只是处于亚健康状态。每日中餐和晚餐食用本实施例1中的保健食用油做的饭菜,食用一个月之后,自述眼睛发干发涩状况明显好转,精神状态、气色明显改善,晚上睡眠有所改善。
案例3:张某,18岁,高三学生,课业负担重,患者自述双目干涩、视力减退,自觉疲乏,精神萎靡不振,经医院检查诊断为身体无任何炎症,只是处于亚健康状态。每日中餐和晚餐食用本实施例1中的保健食用油做的饭菜,食用一个月之后,心情舒畅、精神焕发、眼睛不再发干发涩,视力有所提高,且晚上睡眠改善,坚持2个月后,症状全部消失。

1.一种具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2000-2500份、茶叶籽100-200份、酸枣仁40-50份、决明子30-40份、千里光20-30份、青葙子20-30份、菊花20-30份、荷叶15-25份、生姜10-20份、松花粉40-50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2200-2350份、茶叶籽140-180份、酸枣仁44-48份、决明子30-35份、千里光22-26份、青葙子21-24份、菊花24-27份、荷叶16-20份、生姜16-19份、松花粉45-50份。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:油菜籽2300份、茶叶籽150份、酸枣仁45份、决明子32份、千里光24份、青葙子22份、菊花25份、荷叶16份、生姜18份、松花粉48份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)称取松花粉,破壁、干燥,加入松花粉质量6-8倍的75%的乙醇水溶液浸泡2-4h后,加热回流2-3h,过滤,得萃取液,减压、蒸馏得浓缩液,备用;
2)分别称取油菜籽、茶叶籽、酸枣仁、决明子、千里光、青葙子、菊花、荷叶、生姜,混合,粉碎,过100目筛,得混合物;
3)将步骤2)中的混合物加入到萃取釜中,加入萃取溶剂CO2,并加入适量75%的乙醇水溶液,密闭,搅拌混合,进行亚临界萃取,得萃取液;
4)将步骤1)浓缩液和步骤3)萃取液一起转移到分离釜中分离,分离釜温度为20-25℃,压力为0.5-1Mpa,向得到的分离液中加入吸附剂除杂,冷却至0℃,去蜡,过滤得产品。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中加热温度为50-70℃。
6.如权利要求4所述的具有醒脑明目功效的保健食用油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中亚临界萃取条件为:萃取温度为30-35℃,萃取压力为5-6MPa,循环萃取6-8次,每次萃取时间为20-30min,萃取剂流速为55-60L/h。
