技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆的传动系统。更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种混合动力车辆的传动系统,该传动系统可以实现电动车辆(EV)、连续模式以及包括直接联接和超速传动(OD)的并行模式。
背景技术
通常,混合动力车辆是有效地使用两种不同动力源的车辆。
该混合动力车辆通常使用发动机和电动机/发电机。低速状态下,混合动力车辆使用具有相对较好的低速扭矩特征的电动机/发电机作为主动力源,并且在高速状态下,混合动力车辆使用具有相对较好的高速扭矩特征的发动机作为主动力源。
由于混合动力车辆在低速区域下停止了使用矿物燃料的发动机的操作并且使用电动机/发电机,所以可以改善燃料消耗状况并且可以减少废气排放。
混合动力车辆的动力传动系统分为单模式类型和多模式类型。
根据单模式类型,扭矩传递装置(诸如用于换挡控制的离合器和制动器)并非是必需的,但是由于高速区域下效率降低,燃料消耗较高,并且需要将额外的扭矩倍增设备应用到大型车辆中。
由于多模式类型在高速区域下具有高效率并且能够自主地倍增扭矩,所以可以将多模式类型应用到全尺寸车辆中。
因此,多模式类型替代单模式类型被应用为混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,并且也在继续进行研究。
多模式类型的动力传动系统包括多个行星齿轮组、作为一个电动机和/或一个发电机操作的多个电动机/发电机、控制行星齿轮组的旋转元件的多个扭矩传递装置以及用作电动机和/或发电机的动力源的电池。
多模式类型的动力传动系统取决于行星齿轮组、电动机和/或发电机以及扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的操作机构。
此外,多模式类型的动力传动系统取决于行星齿轮组、电动机和/或发电机以及扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的特征,诸如耐久性、动力传递效率以及尺寸。因此,用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的连接结构的设计也在继续进行研究,以实现没有功率损耗的稳健且紧凑的动力传动系统。
公开于本发明背景部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的各个方面涉及一种混合动力车辆的传动系统,其通过将设置在输入轴上的行星齿轮组定位在变速器壳体的最后端部而具有容易将太阳齿轮固定在后盖上的优点,并且通过用后盖支撑轴向方向负载来实现紧凑的设计。
此外,本发明的各个方面涉及提供混合动力车辆的传动系统,该传动系统能够在没有附加连接轴的情况下连接行星齿轮组的内齿圈和第一电动机/发电机。
此外,本发明的各个方面涉及提供可以通过在具有较大惯性的外轴上设置停车齿轮来减少停车影响的混合动力车辆的传动系统。
此外,本发明的各个方面涉及提供混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中阀体以及用于收集搅动的油的槽设置在布置于第二电动机/发电机与发动机之间的第一离合器的上方。因此,当车辆在EV模式行驶时,冷却油容易供应到第二电动机/发电机,并且有效利用变速器壳体中的空间。

阀体以及用于收集搅动的油的槽可以设置在所述变速器壳体中的所述第一离合器的上方。

参见图1,根据本发明各个实施方案的混合动力车辆的传动系统根据车辆的行驶状况改变发动机Eng以及第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2的扭矩,并且通过第一和第二输出齿轮OG1和OG2输出改变的扭矩。
传动系统包括第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2、行星齿轮组PS、第一和第二输出齿轮OG1和OG2、第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2和减速单元CGU。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2各自是独立的动力源,并且作为一个电动机或发电机运行。
第一电动机/发电机MG1与行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R直接连接,以便作为用于启动发动机的启动电动机,或者通过经由内齿圈R使用发动机的扭矩而作为产生电力的发电机。
第二电动机/发电机MG2通过外轴MS2与第一输出齿轮OG1直接连接,以便作为供应扭矩到第一输出齿轮OG1的电动机。
为此,第一电动机/发电机MG1的定子和第二电动机/发电机MG2的定子分别固定至变速器壳体H,并且第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子和第二电动机/发电机MG2的转子分别连接至行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R和第一输出齿轮OG1。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2以及行星齿轮组PS设置于输入轴IS上。
此时,第一输出齿轮OG1作为输出第二电动机/发电机的扭矩的输出齿轮,并且第二输出齿轮OG2作为输出通过行星齿轮组PS接收的发动机Eng的扭矩的输出齿轮。
此外,第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2可以是常规的多盘式摩擦元件,并且将一个旋转体连接到另一个旋转体上。
将详细描述混合动力车辆的传动系统。
行星齿轮组PS是单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括太阳齿轮S、行星架PC和内齿圈R,该行星架可旋转地支撑与太阳齿轮S外啮合的小齿轮P,并且该内齿圈与作为其旋转元件的小齿轮P内啮合。
太阳齿轮S作为固定元件工作,行星架PC与输入轴IS连接,并且内齿圈R作为输出元件工作并且与第一电动机/发电机MG1连接。
第一电动机/发电机MG1与行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R连接,以便作为驱动内齿圈R的电动机,或者作为通过内齿圈R的扭矩而产生电力的发电机。第一电动机/发电机MG1通过空心轴MS1与第二输出齿轮OG2选择性地连接。
第二电动机/发电机MG2连接到第一输出齿轮OG1,并且将扭矩传送到第一输出齿轮OG1。
第一离合器CL1是在减速传动(UD)运行的离合器,并且设置在输入轴IS与第二输出齿轮OG2之间。第一离合器CL1选择性地连接输入轴IS和第二输出齿轮OG2,以便在不改变速度的情况下将发动机Eng的扭矩传送到第二输出齿轮OG2。
第二离合器CL2是在超速传动(OD)运行的离合器,并且设置在与行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R连接的空心轴MS1和第一电动机/发电机与第二输出齿轮OG2之间。第二离合器CL2选择性地连接空心轴MS1和第二输出齿轮OG2,以便通过行星齿轮组PS增大发动机Eng的旋转速度,并且将增大的旋转速度传送到第二输出齿轮OG2。
此外,通过减速单元CGU减小第一和第二输出齿轮OG1和OG2的旋转速度,并且减小的旋转速度被传送到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
减速单元CGU设置在输入轴IS与差速器装置DIFF之间。减速单元CGU包括设置成与输入轴IS平行的中间轴CS,固定地设置在中间轴CS的端部上并且与第一输出齿轮OG1啮合的第一中间齿轮CG1,以及固定地设置在中间轴CS的中部上并且与第二输出齿轮OG2啮合的第二中间齿轮CG2。
此外,传动齿轮DG固定地设置在中间轴CS的另一端上,并且与差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG啮合。
由于第一和第二中间齿轮CG1和CG2的直径大于传动齿轮DG的直径,所以减速单元CGU减小第一和第二输出齿轮OG1和OG2的旋转速度,并且传送减小的旋转速度给主减速齿轮FG。
混合动力车辆的传动系统可以实现EV模式、连续模式以及包括直接联接和OD的并行模式。
第一和第二离合器CL1和CL2两者都不会在EV模式和连续模式运行,第一离合器CL1在并行模式的直接联接状态下运行,并且第二离合器在并行模式的OD状态下运行。
此时,根据与第一和第二输出齿轮OG1和OG2啮合的第一和第二中间齿轮CG1和CG2与处于并行模式的直接联接状态下的减速单元CGU的传动齿轮DG的齿轮速比,可以实现减速传动(UD)、1:1和超速传动(OD)。
更详细地讲,没有一个离合器在EV模式下运行。
发动机Eng维持在停止状态,并且行星齿轮组PS在EV模式不直接涉及换档。此外,通过传送到第一输出齿轮OG1的第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩实现电动无级变速。
也就是说,第二电动机/发电机MG2通过外轴MS2、第一输出齿轮OG1、第一中间齿轮CG1和传动齿轮DG传送到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
没有一个离合器在连续模式运行。
如果在EV模式启动发动机Eng,就实现了连续模式。此时,由第一电动机/发电机MG1产生的电力被供应到第二电动机/发电机MG2作为驱动力。
同时,由第一电动机/发电机MG1启动发动机Eng。
也就是说,如果第一电动机/发电机MG1运行,并且第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩输入到行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R,则太阳齿轮S作为固定元件运行。因此,通过行星架PC输出减小的旋转速度。
在这种情况下,扭矩通过与行星架PC连接的输入轴IS输入到发动机Eng,使得启动发动机Eng。
在启动发动机Eng之后,第一电动机/发电机MG1通过内齿圈R接收发动机Eng的扭矩并且产生电力。
行星齿轮组PS不直接涉及换档,通过在连续模式的第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩实现电动无级变速。
此时,行星齿轮组PS涉及启动发动机Eng以及第一电动机/发电机MG1的发电。
在连续模式中,第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过外轴MS2、第一输出齿轮OG1、第一中间齿轮CG1和传动齿轮DG传送到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
此时,第二电动机/发电机MG使用第一电动机/发电机MG1产生的电力,且剩余的电力可被充入电池中。
第一离合器CL1在并行模式的直接联接状态下运行。
在并行模式的直接联接状态下,发动机Eng的扭矩用作主要动力,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩用作辅助动力。
通过操作第一离合器CL1,发动机Eng的扭矩通过输入轴IS传送到第二输出齿轮OG2作为主要动力,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩传送到第一输出齿轮OG1作为辅助动力。
此时,发动机Eng的扭矩可以用于通过第一电动机/发电机MG1产生电力。
在并行模式的直接联接状态下,行星齿轮组PS不直接涉及换档,并且通过经由输入轴IS传送到第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng的扭矩以及经由外轴MS2传送到第一输出齿轮OG1的第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩实现换档。
输入到第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过第一中间齿轮CG1和第二中间齿轮CG2以及传动齿轮DG传送到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
第二离合器CL2在并行模式的OD状态下运行。
在并行模式的OD状态下,发动机Eng的扭矩用作主要动力,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩用作辅助动力。
也就是说,如果发动机Eng的扭矩通过操作第二离合器CL2经由输入轴IS输入到行星齿轮组PS的行星架PC,则太阳齿轮S作为固定元件运行。因此,增大的旋转速度经由内齿圈R传送到第二输出齿轮OG2。同时,第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩传送到第一输出齿轮OG1。
此时,发动机Eng的扭矩可以用于通过第一电动机/发电机MG1产生电力。
在并行模式的OD状态下,行星齿轮组PS不直接涉及换档,并且通过经由输入轴IS和行星齿轮组PS传送到第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng的扭矩以及传送到第一输出齿轮OG1的第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩实现换档。
输入到第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过第一中间齿轮CG1和第二中间齿轮CG2以及传动齿轮DG传送到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
下文将更详细地描述混合动力车辆的传动系统。
图2是根据本发明各个实施方案的混合动力车辆的传动系统的横截面图,并且图3、图4和图5分别是图2中的A部分、B部分和C部分的放大横截面图。
参见图2,在根据本发明各个实施方案的混合动力车辆的传动系统中,第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2、行星齿轮组PS、用于第二电动机/发电机MG2的第一输出齿轮OG1、用于发动机Eng的第二输出齿轮OG2、用于减速传动(UD)的第一离合器CL1以及用于超速传动(OD)的第二离合器CL2设置在发动机Eng的扭矩所输入的输入轴IS的轴线上。
此时,第一离合器CL1、第二输出齿轮OG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、第二电动机/发电机MG2、第二离合器CL2、第一电动机/发电机MG1和行星齿轮组PS从发动机Eng到后部顺序地设置在输入轴IS的轴线上。
此外,用于将发动机Eng的扭矩或第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩传送到第二输出齿轮OG2的空心轴MS1与输入轴IS同中心地设置在输入轴IS的径向外部,并且用于将第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩传送到第一输出齿轮OG1的外轴MS2设置在空心轴MS1的径向外部。
此时,参见图3,停车齿轮PG设置在第一输出齿轮OG1与第二输出齿轮OG2之间并且通过花键联接至外轴MS2。
也就是说,由于停车齿轮PG连接到具有相对较大惯性的外轴MS2,所以可以减少停车影响。
此外,在轴向方向上连接到外轴MS2的停车齿轮PG的移动受到安装在外轴MS2上的卡环SR1限制,并且卡环SR1通过固定环LR1在轴向方向和径向方向上固定到外轴MS2上,这样防止了卡环SR1在高速旋转时分离。
参见图4,行星齿轮组PS在输入轴IS上设置在发动机Eng的相反侧(在最后面),并且太阳齿轮S固定到与变速器壳体H的后端部联接的后盖RC,以便作为固定元件工作。
此时,太阳齿轮S与在轴向方向上从后盖RC整体突出的固定轴11通过花键联接。
此外,通过太阳齿轮S的延伸部分的外圆周可旋转地支撑行星齿轮组PS的行星架PC。
此外,参见图5,通过安装在外轴MS2上的卡环SR2使与外轴MS2通过花键联接并且与第二电动机/发电机MG2的转子RT2连接的毂15的运动限制在轴向方向上,卡环SR2通过固定环LR2在轴向方向和径向方向上固定到外轴MS2。因此,防止卡环SR2在高速旋转时分离。
此外,参见图3,第一离合器CL1在第一输出齿轮OG1相对于第二输出齿轮OG2的相反侧与输入轴IS通过花键联接。参见图4,通过第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2之间的滚珠轴承B2和B3将第二离合器CL2可旋转地支撑在输入轴IS和外轴MS2上。
参见图4,第二离合器CL2设置在第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2之间,并且经由与第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子RT1连接的毂13连接至行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R以及第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子RT1。
此外,参见图2,阀体VB以及用于收集搅动的油的槽TK在变速器壳体H中设置在第二电动机/发电机MG2与发动机Eng之间的第一离合器CL1上。因此,可以有效利用变速器壳体H中的空间,并且冷却油可以容易供应到第二电动机/发电机MG2。
根据本发明的各个实施方案,设置在输入轴IS上的行星齿轮组PS位于变速器壳体H中最后面的位置,并且太阳齿轮S通过花键联接到后盖RC。因此,由后盖RC支撑轴向负载,并且可以缩短变速器壳体H的总长度。
由于第二离合器CL2设置在第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2之间,并且在没有附加连接轴的情况下连接至行星齿轮组PS的内齿圈R以及第一电动机/发电机MG1,所以可以减少部件的数量和重量。
由于停车齿轮PG与具有较大惯性的外轴MS2连接,所以可以减小停车冲击。
此外,由于用于收集搅动的油的槽TK以及阀体VB设置在第一离合器CL1上方,所以当车辆在EV模式行驶时,冷却油可以容易供应到第二电动机/发电机MG2,并且可以有效地利用变速器壳体H中的空间。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”和“外”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性具体实施方案的特征。

Claims (11)

1.一种混合动力车辆的传动系统,其包括:
第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机;
行星齿轮组;
第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮;
第一离合器和第二离合器,所述第一离合器和第二离合器在变速器壳体中的输入轴的轴线上,该输入轴接收发动机的扭矩;以及
空心轴、外轴以及后盖,所述空心轴设置在所述输入轴的径向外部并且适配成将所述发动机的扭矩或所述第一电动机/发电机的扭矩传送到所述第二输出齿轮,所述外轴设置在所述空心轴的径向外部并且适配成将所述第二电动机/发电机的扭矩传送到所述第一输出齿轮,所述后盖联接到所述变速器壳体的后端部分,
其中所述行星齿轮组包括作为其旋转元件的太阳齿轮、行星架和内齿圈,并且所述行星齿轮组在所述变速器壳体中设置在所述输入轴的后端部上,使得所述太阳齿轮直接固定到所述后盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第一离合器、所述第二输出齿轮、所述第一输出齿轮、所述第二电动机/发电机、所述第二离合器、所述第一电动机/发电机和所述行星齿轮组从发动机侧到所述变速器壳体的后部按顺序地设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,进一步包括停车齿轮,所述停车齿轮设置在所述第一输出齿轮与所述第二输出齿轮之间并且连接到所述外轴。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中用于在轴向方向上固定所述停车齿轮的卡环以及用于在轴向方向和径向方向上固定所述卡环的固定环安装在所述外轴上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮通过花键联接到在轴向方向上从所述后盖整体突出的固定轴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述行星齿轮组的行星架通过滚珠轴承被能够旋转地支撑在所述太阳齿轮的外圆周上。
7.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第一离合器在所述第一输出齿轮相对于所述第二输出齿轮的相反侧通过花键联接到所述输入轴。
8.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第二离合器通过所述第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机之间的滚珠轴承能够旋转地支撑在所述输入轴和所述外轴上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中用于在轴向方向上固定与所述第二电动机/发电机连接的毂的卡环以及用于在轴向方向和径向方向上固定所述卡环的固定环安装在所述外轴上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第二离合器通过与所述第一电动机/发电机连接的毂连接至所述行星齿轮组的内齿圈。
11.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中阀体以及用于收集搅动的油的槽设置在所述变速器壳体中的所述第一离合器上方。
