Description

一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织涂层面料技术领域,特别是涉及一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物及其制造方法。
背景技术
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)涂覆网眼布复合织物即以网眼布为基布,双面涂覆TPU而成的复合织物。现有技术中,基布一般选用较厚重的500D、1000D、2000D或2000D以上尼龙或者涤纶网眼布,工艺上一般都是直接通过TPU挤出流延设备或者压延设备进行双面涂覆形成所需的TPU复合织物。这样生产出来的产品厚重,本体抗拉强度和TPU贴合强度均较低,而且耐水解能力较差,只能满足使用要求不高的一些领域,如箱包鞋材等。对于使用要求较严格的领域,比如海上沉船打捞气囊,海上救援气囊等,现有技术的复合织物完全不能满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题而提供一种TPU涂覆PE(聚乙烯)网眼布复合织物及其制造方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)、电晕处理:对PE网眼布基布进行电晕处理,提高织物表面活性;
步骤(2)、浸渍预处理:将电晕处理后的PE网眼布基布放入浸渍液中进行浸渍预处理并烘干,在PE网眼布基布层表面形成底胶层;其中浸渍液为含有封端异氰酸酯的环氧化合物水分散液;
步骤(3)、TPU挤出流延涂覆:对浸渍预处理后的PE网眼布基布进行预热,预热后进行双面TPU挤出流延涂覆,根据客户需要确定涂层厚度。
选用强度高的PE网眼布作为基布,提高基布强度;通过电晕处理使表面惰性的PE分子结构重新排列,表面变得更加毛糙,产生更多的极性部位,有利于附着外物,提高基布表面活性;浸渍预处理使表面惰性的PE纱线表面和纱线里面渗透一些环氧基团和封端异氰酸酯基团等活性基团,然后在后一步的TPU涂覆时通过预热,环氧基团与PE网眼布中的氢原子反应引入活性的羟基,低温解封的封端异氰酸酯通过预热解封产生活性很强的-NCO基团,-NCO与活性羟基反应生成聚氨酯,这样底布与TPU膜分子间作用力和氢键增强,纱线缝隙里的胶液与TPU膜之间的物理嵌套力增大,化学键增强,从而使得基布与TPU膜结合更紧密,提高剥离力。通过原料和工艺的双重改进,提高了基布强度和附着力,进而提高复合织物强度。
作为优选方案,所述网眼布为一种超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)网眼布,因为分子量高,密度大,所以强度高,结晶性高,耐温性好。超高分子量聚乙烯织造的网眼布为复合织物提供较高的基布本体强度。
作为优选方案,所述电晕处理的电极间隙为1-2mm,处理电压1-1.5万伏,并且采用多头(如6头)电极以提高处理效果,走布速度8-12m/min。环境相对湿度在30-40%。
作为优选方案,所述步骤(2)中浸渍液质量百分比组成为去离子水93%,低温解封封端异氰酸酯5%,环氧树脂2%。
作为优选方案,步骤(2)中烘干过程烘燥温度为110-120℃。若烘燥温度过低则烘干效率低,耗时长,不仅降低生产效率,还会影响后期贴合强度;若烘燥温度过高则浸渍液提前发生化学反应,而且基布会受到损害;综合考虑各个因素,经多次反复试验得到烘燥温度110-120℃为宜,烘燥时间以烘干为准,一般不超3min。
作为优选方案,步骤(3)中预热温度为130-140℃,预热时间为10-15s。
作为优选方案,步骤(3)中TPU原料为聚醚型TPU颗粒,聚醚型TPU耐水性能好,提高复合织物耐水解性能。
一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物,包括PE网眼布基布层;所述PE网眼布基布层两侧均通过物理粘结与化学反应连接共同作用连接有底胶层;所述底胶层外部连接有TPU涂层。底胶层与PE网眼布基布层通过物理粘结与化学反应连接共同作用连接,与直接涂覆工艺形成的物理粘结相比,连接更稳定可靠,附着力更高;底胶层与TPU涂层成分相同或相近,由相似相溶原理可知底胶层与TPU涂层连接更加稳定可靠,底胶层提高了基布层与TPU涂层间连接强度,进而提高复合织物强度和附着力。
作为优选方案,所述PE网眼布为超高分子量聚乙烯网眼布,提高基布层强度。
一种上述复合织物制造而成的沉船打捞气囊或海上救援气囊。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本发明采用如上技术方案,电晕处理使表面惰性的PE分子结构重新排列,表面变得更加毛糙,产生更多的极性部位,有利于附着外物,提高基布表面活性;将电晕处理完毕的基布进行浸渍处理,在TPU涂覆时,通过预热,浸渍液中的环氧基团与PE网眼布中的氢原子反应引入活性的羟基,低温解封的封端异氰酸酯通过预热解封产生活性很强的-NCO基团,-NCO与活性羟基反应生成聚氨酯,与流延涂覆的TPU融合。选用高强聚乙烯网眼布,提高基布强度;选用耐水性好的聚醚型TPU颗粒,提高复合织物耐水解性能。通过原料与工艺的双重改进,大大提高了TPU涂覆网眼布复合织物的强度、附着力和耐水解性能,所得复合织物可用于海上作业,如制造沉船打捞气囊和海上救援气囊等。

如图1所示,一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物,包括PE网眼布基布层;所述PE网眼布基布层两侧均通过物理粘结与化学反应连接共同作用连接有底胶层;所述底胶层外部连接有TPU涂层。所述PE网眼布为超高分子量聚乙烯网眼布。
上述复合织物制造方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)、电晕处理:对PE网眼布基布进行电晕处理,提高织物表面活性;电晕处理的电极间隙为1mm,处理电压1万伏;采用多头电极电晕,走布速度8m/min;环境相对湿度30%。
步骤(2)、浸渍预处理:将电晕处理后的PE网眼布基布放入浸渍液中进行浸渍预处理并在110℃下烘干,在PE网眼布基布层表面形成底胶层;其中浸渍液质量百分比组成为去离子水93%,低温解封封端异氰酸酯5%,环氧树脂2%。
步骤(3)、TPU挤出流延涂覆:对浸渍预处理后的PE网眼布基布在130℃下预热15s,预热后进行双面TPU挤出流延涂覆,在所述底胶层外形成TPU涂层,其中TPU原料为聚醚型TPU颗粒。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物,包括PE网眼布基布层;所述PE网眼布基布层两侧均通过物理粘结与化学反应连接共同作用连接有底胶层;所述底胶层外部连接有TPU涂层。所述PE网眼布为超高分子量聚乙烯网眼布。
上述复合织物制造方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)、电晕处理:对PE网眼布基布进行电晕处理,提高织物表面活性;电晕处理的电极间隙为2mm,处理电压1.5万伏;采用多头电极电晕,走布速度12m/min;环境相对湿度40%。
步骤(2)、浸渍预处理:将电晕处理后的PE网眼布基布放入浸渍液中进行浸渍预处理并在120℃下烘干,在PE网眼布基布层表面形成底胶层;其中浸渍液质量百分比组成为去离子水93%,低温解封封端异氰酸酯5%,环氧树脂2%。
步骤(3)、TPU挤出流延涂覆:对浸渍预处理后的PE网眼布基布在140℃下预热10s,预热后进行双面TPU挤出流延涂覆,在所述底胶层外形成TPU涂层,其中TPU原料为聚醚型TPU颗粒。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物,包括PE网眼布基布层;所述PE网眼布基布层两侧均通过物理粘结与化学反应连接共同作用连接有底胶层;所述底胶层外部连接有TPU涂层。所述PE网眼布为超高分子量聚乙烯网眼布。
上述复合织物制造方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)、电晕处理:对PE网眼布基布进行电晕处理,提高织物表面活性;电晕处理的电极间隙为1.5mm,处理电压1.2万伏;采用多头电极电晕,走布速度10m/min;环境相对湿度35%。
步骤(2)、浸渍预处理:将电晕处理后的PE网眼布基布放入浸渍液中进行浸渍预处理并在115℃下烘干,在PE网眼布基布层表面形成底胶层;其中浸渍液质量百分比组成为去离子水93%,低温解封封端异氰酸酯5%,环氧树脂2%。
步骤(3)、TPU挤出流延涂覆:对浸渍预处理后的PE网眼布基布在135℃下预热12s,预热后进行双面TPU挤出流延涂覆,在所述底胶层外形成TPU涂层,其中TPU原料为聚醚型TPU颗粒。
上述实施例1-3所得TPU涂覆网眼布复合织物均可用于制造沉船打捞气囊和海上救援气囊等,用于海上作业。
对比例1
一种TPU涂覆网眼布复合织物,其制造方法主要包括以下步骤:选用3000D涤纶网眼布为基布,对基布进行双面TPU挤出流延涂覆,得到TPU涂覆网眼布复合织物。
性能测试
对上述实施例1-3以及对比例1所得复合织物进行性能测试,所得结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明TPU涂覆网眼布复合织物较轻薄,而且本体抗拉强度高,贴合牢度高,耐水性能好,可用于大型海上作业,比如沉船打捞气囊,海上救援气囊等对于抗拉强度要求较高的领域。
以上对本发明的几个实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应仍归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:主要包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)、电晕处理:对PE网眼布基布进行电晕处理,提高织物表面活性;
步骤(2)、浸渍预处理:将电晕处理后的PE网眼布基布放入浸渍液中进行浸渍预处理并烘干,在PE网眼布基布层表面形成底胶层;其中浸渍液为含有封端异氰酸酯的环氧化合物水分散液;
步骤(3)、TPU挤出流延涂覆:对浸渍预处理后的PE网眼布基布进行预热,预热后进行双面TPU挤出流延涂覆,在所述底胶层外形成TPU涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:所述PE网眼布基布为高强聚乙烯网眼布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中电晕处理的电极间隙为1-2mm,处理电压1-1.5万伏;采用多头电极电晕,走布速度8-12m/min;环境相对湿度30-40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中浸渍液质量百分比组成为去离子水93%,低温解封封端异氰酸酯5%,环氧树脂2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中烘干过程烘燥温度为110-120℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中预热温度为130-140℃,预热时间为10-15s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中TPU原料为聚醚型TPU颗粒。
8.一种TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物,其特征在于:包括PE网眼布基布层;所述PE网眼布基布层两侧均通过物理粘结与化学反应连接共同作用连接有底胶层;所述底胶层外部连接有TPU涂层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的TPU涂覆PE网眼布复合织物,其特征在于:所述PE网眼布为超高分子量聚乙烯网眼布。
10.一种权利要求8或9所述复合织物制造而成的沉船打捞气囊或海上救援气囊。
