Abstract
电气石养生陶泥料及其制备陶制品的方法,该陶泥料是将练制好的建水普通白泥与电气石粉末按质量比9:1混合均匀而得。本发明将含多种微量元素及多孔性较好的电气石与传统的建水陶泥相结合,制备得到的电气石养生陶制品多孔性较好,可将陶制品中对人体有益的多种微量元素进行缓释。本发明提供了一种新型的陶制品,可满足人们的多样化需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制备陶制品的泥料及其陶制品制备方法技术领域。
背景技术
建水紫陶制品在生产和生活中主要体现两大功能:一是文化载体的功能,即将陶制品作为一种文化载体,如把字画描绘或刻填于陶制品坯体之上,再经烧制、打磨形成可长期保存的艺术品;二是生活器皿的功能,如将陶制品制作为茶具、餐具等生活用品。传统的建水紫陶制品都是只用红、黄、紫、青、白五种颜色建水紫陶土中的两种或两种以上混合调制泥料制备而成,由于建水紫陶土含铁量较高,制备建水紫陶土的泥料粒度也十分细,因此建水紫陶制品通常组织致密且具有“质如铁、声如磬”的优良性能,但同时也由于泥料成分单一、组织过于致密而呈现多孔性不好、对人体有益的微量元素成分较少以及微量元素的缓释性不好等不足,导致建水紫陶制品在作为生活器皿时功能单一。长期以来,人们已经习惯于单纯采用建水紫陶泥料来制备建水紫陶制品,忽略了吸纳其他有益材料的优良性能,研制对人体保健更加有益的陶制品泥料及其制备陶制品的方法,以满足人们的多样化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型陶制品泥料,进一步开发新型陶制品,以丰富陶制品种类,满足人们的多样化需求。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
电气石养生陶泥料,该陶泥料是将练制好的建水普通白泥与电气石粉末按质量比9:1混合均匀而得。
本发明所述练制好的建水普通白泥的粒度为200目-300目,电气石粉末的粒度为200目。
采用电气石养生陶泥料制备陶制品的方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备电气石粉末:将电气石颗粒粉碎,再用200目筛网筛选出200目以上的粉末;
(2)选择陶泥:选择200目-300目的练制好的建水普通白泥;
(3)练制电气石养生陶泥料:将电气石粉末与练制好的建水普通白泥按质量比9:1混合后,加水,经练泥机反复练制,使电气石粉末与陶泥混合均匀,得到电气石养生陶泥料;
(4)制备陶制品坯件:用电气石养生陶泥料经人工拉坯或机器压膜成型制得电气石养生陶制品坯件,并自然晾干;
(5)烧制陶制品:采用氧化法或还原法烧制电气石养生陶制品坯件,得到电气石养生陶制品成品;所述氧化法是将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入电窑或液化气窑中,将气窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1250℃即可;所述还原法是将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入液化气窑中,先将气窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1220℃时,关闭窑的烟囱火门,继续升温至1250℃即可。
本发明中的电气石也称“碧玺”,是含硼为特征的AL、Na、Fe、Mg、Li等环状结构硅酸盐矿物,其含有各种人类必需的矿物质,是人体极佳的矿物质来源。
本发明将含多种微量元素及多孔性较好的电气石与传统的建水陶泥相结合,制备得到的电气石养生陶制品多孔性较好,可将陶制品中对人体有益的多种微量元素进行缓释。将本发明制备的陶制品经沸水浸泡,水样分析,符合国家陶瓷和饮用水卫生标准,水质呈弱碱性,PH值为7.2-7.6且能释放钙镁等微量元素,证明采用本发明陶制品作为生活器皿具有养生保健的功能。本发明提供的养生陶瓷泥料所选原料如建水紫陶土、电气石均为自然界中存储量较大的物质,取材较为容易,生产成本较低。本发明提供了一种新型的陶制品,可满足人们的多样化需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:青灰色电气石养生陶制品的制备,方法如下:
(1)制备电气石粉末:选择产自山东省的电气石,将电气石颗粒粉碎,再用200目筛网筛选出200目以上的粉末;
(2)选择陶泥:选择200目的练制好的建水普通白泥;
(3)练制电气石养生陶泥料:将电气石粉末与练制好的建水普通白泥按质量比9:1混合后,加适量水,并经练泥机多次反复练制,使电气石粉末与陶泥混合均匀,得到电气石养生陶泥料;
(4)制备陶制品坯件:用电气石养生陶泥料经人工拉坯或机器压膜成型制得所需器型的电气石养生陶制品坯件,放在干燥阴凉处自然干燥3-5天;
(5)烧制陶制品:将干燥后的坯件采用氧化法烧制,具体为将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入电窑或液化气窑中,将气窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1250℃时关火,然后自然冷却至室温,即可得到青灰色电气石养生陶制品。
实施例2:棕色电气石养生陶制品的制备,方法如下:
(1)制备电气石粉末:将电气石颗粒粉碎,再用200目筛网筛选出200目以上的粉末;
(2)选择陶泥:选择250目的练制好的建水普通白泥;
(3)练制电气石养生陶泥料:将电气石粉末与练制好的建水普通白泥按质量比9:1混合后,加适量水,并经练泥机多次反复练制,使电气石粉末与陶泥混合均匀,得到电气石养生陶泥料;
(4)制备陶制品坯件:用电气石养生陶泥料经人工拉坯或机器压膜成型制得所需器型的电气石养生陶制品坯件,放在干燥阴凉处自然干燥3-5天;
(5)烧制陶制品:将干燥后的坯件采用还原法烧制,具体为将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入液化气窑中,将气窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1220℃时,关闭窑的烟囱火门,继续升温至1250℃,关火,自然降温至室温,即可得到棕色电气石养生陶制品。
实施例3,棕色电气石养生陶制品的制备,方法如下:
(1)制备电气石粉末:将电气石颗粒粉碎,再用200目筛网筛选出200目以上的粉末;
(2)选择陶泥:选择300目的练制好的建水普通白泥;;
(3)练制电气石养生陶泥料:将电气石粉末与练制好的建水普通白泥按质量比9:1混合后,加适量水,并经练泥机多次反复练制,使电气石粉末与陶泥混合均匀,得到电气石养生陶泥料;
(4)制备陶制品坯件:用电气石养生陶泥料经人工拉坯或机器压膜成型制得所需器型的电气石养生陶制品坯件,放在干燥阴凉处自然干燥3-5天;
(5)烧制陶制品:将干燥后的坯件采用还原法烧制,具体为将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入电窑或液化气窑中,将窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1220℃时,关闭窑的烟囱火门,继续升温至1250℃,关火,自然降温至室温,即可得到棕色电气石养生陶制品。
本发明所述练制好的建水普通白泥,是紫陶加工厂预先用练泥机采用白色建水紫陶土练制好的白泥,是建水紫陶器加工的常用泥料。
Claims (3)
1.电气石养生陶泥料,其特征在于,该陶泥料是将练制好的建水普通白泥与电气石粉末按质量比9:1混合均匀而得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气石养生陶泥料,其特征在于,所述练制好的建水普通白泥的粒度为200目-300目,电气石粉末的粒度为200目。
3.采用如权利要求1或2所述电气石养生陶泥料制备陶制品的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)制备电气石粉末:将电气石颗粒粉碎,再用200目筛网筛选出200目以上的粉末;
(2)选择陶泥:选择200目-300目的练制好的建水普通白泥;
(3)练制电气石养生陶泥料:将电气石粉末与练制好的建水普通白泥按质量比9:1混合后,加水,经练泥机反复练制,使电气石粉末与陶泥混合均匀,得到电气石养生陶泥料;
(4)制备陶制品坯件:用电气石养生陶泥料经人工拉坯或机器压膜成型制得电气石养生陶制品坯件,并自然晾干;
(5)烧制陶制品:采用氧化法或还原法烧制电气石养生陶制品坯件,得到电气石养生陶制品成品;所述氧化法是将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入电窑或液化气窑中,将气窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1250℃即可;所述还原法是将电气石养生陶制品坯件放入液化气窑中,先将窑的烟囱火门置于全开状态,按升温速率3-5℃/分钟,烧至1220℃时,关闭窑的烟囱火门,继续升温至1250℃即可。
