Description
本发明涉及一种输送机,其包括一种输送带或者说传送带,尤其是食品输送带。
在许多工艺中,须在装置中将物品从一个位置送到另一位置或将物品放在“生产线”上以进行各种处理或操作。因此,输送带可用于例如农产食品加工领域。
在该技术领域,输送带必须具有通常要求的质量。因此,须寻求具有高交替弯曲强度,弹回性能,柔性,表面抗各种侵蚀并用于各种条件的性能等的输送带。这类输送带必须易于装拆和更换,没有弱点,这些弱点通常位于连接部位。而且,在农产食品领域,运输带还需另外具有食品级质量并且需耐动物或植物油脂等添加剂,还要易清洗。最后,在运输带用作生产或操作线的支持体情况下,还可有利地在该带上达到装饰效果如加设计图案,从而向在该生产线上工作的人们指明将物品,尤其是食品放在什么地方和/或从什么地方取得。
许多文献已提到以织物或纺织品作为运输带内层以使其具有要求的机械强度,所述纺织品埋入弹性材料如橡胶中。但这类纺织品昂贵,尤其是需要进行覆盖,特别是盖上适当的聚合物。因此,制造成本高。而且,为了使运输带具有要求的环形,还须将这些运输带端叠合,这使带连接部位局部增厚。这样多出的厚度会带来问题。因此,EP-A-489,694说明了具有中心纺织内层以获得要求的机械性能的运输带,该纺织层上覆盖热塑性弹性聚合物。这种在运输带或传送带领域已知的聚合物例如为聚氨酯。
日本专利申请JP-A-86/307330和JP-A-86/207813又说明了动力传输带和传送或运输带,可用聚合物混合物得到。这些聚合物混合物例如为聚酰胺与聚醚的混合物或聚酰胺与聚酰胺/聚醚共聚物的混合物。
美国专利US-P-4979591说明了超级市场出口传送带,其中设透明表面,其下面为广告图案。这些图案由墨转移法或丝网印刷法印制而成,然后再盖上透明层。这种制造方法总是要求用纺织品并且涉及几个制造步骤。
此外,在运输带包括聚合物时,须使其相互相容,而在要求达到的目标下这常常很困难,有时加入相容剂或粘合剂,这又增加了制造工艺的复杂程度及其成本。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供具有任何运输带或传送带所要求的机械性能,尤其是具有农产食品领域特殊的食品质量特性的运输带,特别是食品传送带,其连接部位不会增厚并且需要时易于装饰。
上述任何文献均未公开或提示本发明。
本发明因而提出运输带或传送带,其中包括聚酰胺外层和嵌段聚合物内层。
“嵌段聚合物”包括热塑性聚合物,其中至少一个单元为嵌段形式。这些嵌段可为软段如聚合物二醇。本发明中嵌段聚合物例子为聚醚酯(HytrelR),聚醚氨酯,聚酯氨酯,聚醚酯氨酯,聚醚嵌段酰胺(也称为聚醚酯酰胺),可单独或混合使用。优选嵌段聚合物为聚醚酯酰胺(PEEA)。
因此,按实施方案之一,运输带中的内层为聚醚酯酰胺层。PEEA具有以下基本式:
HO-[CO-PA-CO-O-PE-O]n-H其中PA为聚酰胺段,PE为聚醚段,而n为代表重复单元分布的整数。
可应用的PEEA例子为市场上可以商名“PebaxR”得到的产品,由ELF ATOCHEM S.A.制造。
本发明中“聚酰胺”包括任何聚酰胺,均聚物,共聚物,混合物和掺混物,其比例是本技术领域的技术人员已知的。聚酰胺例子为PA11,PA12,PA6,PA6,6,PA6,12,PASA(半芳族聚酰胺),其共聚物及其混合物。混合物指聚酰胺与本技术领域的技术人员已知的填料或添加剂以常规比例的混合物。
按实施方案之一,运输带中的外层基于食品级聚酰胺。
所谓“食品级聚酰胺”指可用于与动物,优选人类食品接触的聚酰胺。
按变化方案,食品级聚酰胺为PA11。这种聚酰胺PA11可在市场上以商名“RilsanR”得到,由ELF ATOCHEM S.A.制造。
因此,在聚酰胺达到食品级质量时,本发明运输带或传送带可用于食品和/或农产食品。
按优选实施方案,运输带由PA11层(RilsanR)和PEEA层(PebaxR)构成。
本发明运输带厚度可根据用途变化,但确存在常规厚度。
按本发明实施方案之一,聚酰胺层厚度为5-50μm,优选10-250μm,如约50μm。
按另一实施方案,嵌段聚合物层厚度为0.2-20mm,优选为0.4-10mm,如约2mm。
本发明运输带还可包括其它层如纺织层,增强层(kevlarR,聚酯),可在挤出时加入的纤丝,尤其是聚酯纤丝。根据使用条件,本技术领域里的技术人员可确定在本发明运输带中可能存在的增强材料。
本发明输送带具有以下性能:一方面具有柔性,抗交替弯曲性,弹性记忆,低形变滞后,曲率半径小和轻巧,另一方面又具有抗洗涤剂,脂,油或溶剂侵蚀性,需要时可达到食品级质量,挤水解,耐磨,表面耐高温,抗污性等。
因此,本发明运输带可在作为其组成部分的热塑性聚合物存在下自身熔接或溶合。这种熔接可按本技术领域已知的加热或高频办法进行。这种“对接”熔合可避免出现任何增厚现象,尤其是有害增厚现象。这种熔接技术可称之为“finger splicing”,其中以锯齿方式切边,其齿形可使其相互啮合后溶接。
而且,本发明运输带尤其易于清洗,因为这种带可防沉积物污垢或污物穿透。
本发明运输带也可具有装饰性,这可使其被标示。这种性能带来的优点在于,在运输带作为生产线的支持体时,可使操作人员从准确的位置取得或放置物品。因此,可标出物品在运输带上的分布。
可用任何适当的技术进行装饰。但是,使用升发装饰技术是有利的。按该技术,可升华的原料沉积在适当的聚合物如聚酰胺表面上,然后在热作用下迁移入聚合物层中。这种升华装饰技术是本技术领域的技术人员已知的,可参见例如法国专利FR-A-2387793。
这种运输带可由聚合物领域的任何工艺制成。优选的是,在挤片模头中将各组分共同挤出而制成带。
因此,本发明的主题还包括将各组分共同挤出得到的这种运输带。
也可将用本技术领域已知的任何技术如用丙烯酸树脂等涂层法分别得到的两片聚合物膜结合起来而制成运输带。该运输带或构成该带的聚合物层可进行单向或双向拉伸。按照设计的制造方案,可在聚氨酯外层上印出浮雕,其中聚氨酯层本身可良好地印制浮雕。因此,还可在运输带外表面上压花。
按本发明实施方案之一,运输带具有压花外表面。
本发明运输带可用于各种工业领域,尤其是食品和农产食品工业。
Claims (9)
1.一种输送机,包括一种输送带,其特征在于该输送带包括聚酰胺外层和热塑性嵌段聚合物内层。
2.权利要求1的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带中的嵌段聚合物为PEEA。
3.权利要求1的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带中的聚酰胺为食品级聚酰胺。
4.权利要求3的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带中的食品级聚酰胺为PA11。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带中的聚酰胺层厚度为5-500μm,优选为10-250μm。
6.权利要求1-4中任一项的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带中的嵌段聚合物层厚度为0.2-20mm,优选0.4-10mm。
7.权利要求1-4中任一项的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带还包括压花外表面。
8.权利要求1-4中任一项的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带由其各组分共同挤出而得到。
9.权利要求1-4中任一项的输送机,其特征在于所述的输送带旨在用于食品或农产食品工业。
