背景技术
中药口服液是在中药汤剂的基础上发展起来的新剂型，由于口服液保持了原有汤剂的固有特色，而且具有发挥疗效快，作用明显，服用携带方便，保存性能良好等优点，近年来受到人们的欢迎，使得中药口服液的品种开发也较多、较快。但是目前市场上的口服液功能比较单一，且滋补成分较多，饮用后容易导致人体营养过剩，反而不利于人们的健康。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种对人体具有较好调理效果的养生口服液及其制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种养生口服液，由以下重量份的原料制成：山药8-12份，山楂8-10份，五味子6-8份，燕麦仁6-10份，核桃仁6-8份，酸枣6-8份，罗汉果4-8份，枇杷叶3-5份，砂仁2-4份，紫苏籽2-4份，南瓜蒂2-3份，玉竹2-3份，灵芝2-3份，垂盆草1-3份，生姜1-2份，冰糖2-4份。
上述养生口服液的制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方量称取各原料；
（2）将山药、山楂、五味子、燕麦仁、核桃仁、酸枣、罗汉果、枇杷叶、砂仁、紫苏籽、南瓜蒂、玉竹、灵芝、垂盆草和生姜去杂、漂洗后放入干净的容器内，再加入2-3倍于原料总重量份的清水，浸泡20-50min；
（3）继续向步骤（2）的容器内加入4-6倍于原料总重量份的清水，煎煮2-3h，过滤后得一次煎液；
（4）向药渣中加入3-5倍于其重量份的清水，并加入冰糖煎煮0.8-1.2h，过滤后得二次煎液；
（5）将一次煎液和二次煎液混合后加热浓缩至水分含量为40-60％后包装，密封保存。

上述养生口服液的制作方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方量称取各原料；

（1）按配方量称取各原料；
