Abstract

本发明涉及防伪纱，为了抑制伪造品、仿造品的制造及销售，以低价提供可容易判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的纱。防伪纱由具有基材片、印刷在上述基材片的文字或图像的膜以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开而成。能够以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开膜来以低价制造表示真品信息的纱或平纱。进而，可容易判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品。

防伪纱
技术领域
本发明涉及可判定产品是否为真正商品的纱。
背景技术
由于伪造品、仿造品的缘故，真品的制造、销售商受到很大的损失。这种伪造品、仿造品随着技术的发展日益变得精巧，有时就连专家也难以判别。若这种伪造品、仿造品蔓延至市场，则不仅降低真品的销量，还失去对真品的质量的信頼。
作为这种伪造品、仿造品对策，例如，在日本特开2007-92254中有利用照射紫外线或红外线来显色的纱的防伪标签。这种防伪标签在照射可见光时为无色，因而伪造品或仿造品的制造商及销售商难以发现这种防伪标签使用了照射紫外线或红外线则会显色的纱。

在上述日本特开2007-92254公报的发明中，存在不使用紫外线、红外线照射单元，就无法辨别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的问题。实际上，当消费者最终购买商品时，难以想到携带紫外线、红外线照射单元。
另外，随着伪造品、仿造品的制造技术的发展，甚至连利用照射紫外线或红外线来显色的纱的防伪标签也都可以制造，从而还存在更加难以判别伪造品、仿造品的问题。
另外，一旦成为与伪造品、仿造品的制造商及销售商的恶性循环，在伪造品、仿造品对策中要投入成本，故也有可能影响到产品价格。
发明内容
基于上述问题，本发明的目的在于，为了抑制伪造品或仿造品的制造及销售，以低价提供可容易判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的纱。
为了解决上述问题，方案1的防伪纱由具有基材片、印刷在上述基材片的文字或图像的膜以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开而成。
方案2的防伪纱通过将由具有基材片、印刷在上述基材片的文字或图像的膜以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开而成的平纱合股加捻在芯纱中而成。
根据方案1至方案2的防伪纱，能够以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度将膜切开，来低价制造表示真品信息的纱或平纱。另外，消费者之间普及了带有摄像头的便携式电子设备等，使用上述便携式电子设备等的摄像头来将纱放大，从而使消费者自己容易判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品，由此具有可抑制伪造品、仿造品的制造及销售的可能性。
方案3的防伪纱为方案1至方案2的防伪纱中的任一个，根据印刷方法，以规定的线宽印刷上述文字或图像。
根据方案3的防伪纱，除了方案1至方案2中的任一个作用之外，在可识别文字或图像的范围内，可以根据印刷方法而使线宽变窄，直到达到界限为止。
方案4的防伪纱为方案1至方案3的防伪纱中的任一个，上述文字或图像由相对于向基材片的印刷的传送方向平行、成直角或成45度的直线或它们的组合构成。
根据方案4的防伪纱，除了方案1至方案3中的任一个作用之外，在印刷过程中，即使使文字或图像变小，也可确保构成上述文字或图像的直线之间的空间，因此文字或图像难以被破坏并且容易被识别。
方案5的防伪纱为方案1至方案4的防伪纱的任一个，在上述基材片的印刷有上述文字或图像的上面设有保护层。
根据方案5的防伪纱，除了方案1至方案4的任一个作用之外，可防止通过摩擦纱或平纱而使印刷而成的文字或图像被切削。
方案6的防伪纱为方案1至方案5的防伪纱中的任一个，用于印刷上述文字或图像的油墨、保护层或将膜和保护层粘结的粘结层具有荧光性能。
根据方案6的防伪纱，除了方案1至方案5的任一个作用之外，在可使用紫外线、红外线照射单元的情况下，可通过纱的发光来表示真品信息。另外，伪造品或仿造品的制造商及销售商误解为纱的发光表示真品，由此有可能不注意印刷在纱本身的文字或图像，而发挥利用文字或图像来判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的效果。
根据方案1至方案6中任一项所述的发明，为了抑制伪造品或仿造品的制造及销售，能够以低价制造可容易判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的纱。

具体实施方式
以下，说明本发明一实施方式的防伪纱1。
如图1所示，用于制造防伪纱1的膜2包括例如由聚酯或尼龙等的合成树脂制成的基材片21和印刷在上述基材片上的文字或图像。本实施方式中，对基材片为合成树脂的情况进行说明，然而并不限定于此，可以为以植物为原料的人造丝膜或网等、来自天然产物的生物降解性生物膜或薄片等或对使用环境有耐受性的纸等。
文字或图像22根据印刷方法而以规定的线宽印刷在基材片21上。本实施方式的印刷方法中，线宽的下限为0.03mm。另外，根据印刷方法，线宽也可以小于0.03mm。印刷方法可以为丝网印刷、凹版印刷、胶版印刷、柔版印刷、喷墨印刷或数字印刷中的一种。有关油墨，溶剂可以为水性或油性，着色剂可以为染料或颜料中的任一种。
在切开后述的膜2的过程中，在相对于切开方向(图1中为横向)成直角的方向(图1中为纵向)上排列的文字或图像22的列24以相邻的列24的文字或图像22在上述直角的方向(图1中为纵向)上错开的方式进行印刷。这是为了在切开后述的膜2的过程中，即使改变切开的宽度也可使易于判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的文字或图像22的一部分可靠地显示在防伪纱1的表面。文字或图像22的印刷不限定于如图1所示的形态，只要是在切开的防伪纱1的表面显示有易于判别是真品还是伪造品、仿造品的文字或图像22的一部分，则可进行各种改良，例如，相对于切开方向倾斜地印刷的文字或图像的形态、无规则地随机印刷的文字或图像的形态等。
如图2所示，在膜2的印刷有基材片21的文字或图像22的面上设置有保护层23。保护层可在印刷有基材片21的文字或图像22的面上涂敷而成，也可经由粘结层将保护膜粘结于印刷有基材片21的文字或图像22的面上来形成。
用于印刷文字或图像22的油墨、由涂层或保护膜形成的保护层23、或粘结基材片21和保护层23的粘结层可具有对紫外线或红外线等特定波长的电磁波的荧光性能、蓄光性能或紫外线反射性能。
若以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开膜2，则成为如图3所示的防伪纱1。在防伪纱1的表面显示有印刷而成的文字或图像22。切开的膜2可直接使用为防伪纱1，但不限定于此，可将切开的膜2之间相互捻起来作为防伪纱，也可通过圆捻转(丸撚、roundtwisting)、蛇腹状捻转(蛇腹撚、pleatedtwisting)、羽状捻转(羽衣撚、feathertwisting)、对角状捻转(たすき撚、diagonaltwisting)、缠绕式捻转(からみ撚、lenotwisting)、光亮纱线捻转(ブリヤン撚)等方法，将切开膜2而得的平纱合股加捻为芯纱来作为防伪纱。
作为用于印刷在膜2的文字的一例，在图4中示出字母表、符号及数字。图4示出将实际印刷的文字大小放大至100倍的情形。这种文字由相对于向基材片21在印刷时的传送方向平行、成直角或成45度的直线或它们的组合而构成。

Claims (6)

1.一种防伪纱，其特征在于，由具有基材片、印刷在上述基材片的文字或图像的膜以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开而成。
2.一种防伪纱，其特征在于，通过将由具有基材片、印刷在上述基材片的文字或图像的膜以0.15mm～0.75mm的宽度切开而成的平纱合股加捻在芯纱中而成。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的防伪纱，其特征在于，根据印刷方法以规定的线宽印刷上述文字或图像。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的防伪纱，其特征在于，上述文字或图像由相对于在上述基材片上印刷时的传送方向平行、成直角或成45度的直线或它们的组合而构成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的防伪纱，其特征在于，在上述基材片的印刷有文字或图像的面上设置有保护层。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防伪纱，其特征在于，用于印刷上述文字或图像的油墨、保护层或粘结基材片和保护层的粘结层具有荧光性能、蓄光性能或紫外线反射性能。
