一种卷状铜丝运输车专用，包括支撑架，支撑架前部下方安装有两个导向轮，支撑架后部下方安装有两个万向轮，两个支座分别与支撑架后部两端固连，两个支座与扶手通过销钉铰链连接，两个支座上分别安装有限位螺栓，支撑架上部固连四个1号横梁和一个2号横梁，四个1号横梁对称布置在2号横梁两侧，四个1号横梁和一个2号横梁与板状支架固连，所述板状支架中部呈凹弧形；所述的四个1号横梁两侧设有垫块；所述支座呈扇形，所述支座侧面设有两个通孔，扶手可在支座内旋转一定角度，方便操作人员推拉四轮板车。本发明的有益效果为：结构合理、操作简单、使用方便安全等优点，且能防止运送货物滚落，减少了四轮板车闲置时所占用的空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及四轮板车技术领域，具体涉及便于柱状或类柱状货物运送的四轮板车。
背景技术
现有市场及工厂出现的四轮板车表面为平面，当运输柱状货物时，由于特殊要求，柱形货物需柱状货物极易从四轮板车上滚落，此时需再次将货物搬到四轮板车上，因此易浪费了操作人员时间；另外，货物从四轮板车上滚落，容易伤人。目前，轮板车的扶手多为固定式，扶手与板板车支撑面呈一定角度固定，因此，板车在闲置时很占空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷，提供一种结构合理、操作简单、使用方便的一种卷状铜丝运输车专用。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种卷状铜丝运输车专用，包括支撑架，其特征在于：所述支撑架前部下方安装有两个导向轮，所述支撑架后部下方安装有两个万向轮，两个支座分别与所述支撑架后部两端固连，所述两个支座与扶手通过销钉铰链连接，所述两个支座上分别安装一个限位螺栓，所述支座呈扇形，所述支座侧面设有两个通孔；所述支撑架上部固连四个1号横梁和一个2号横梁，所述四个1号横梁对称布置在2号横梁两侧，所述四个1号横梁和一个2号横梁与板状支架固连，所述板状支架中部呈凹弧形。
作为优选方式，所述的四个1号横梁两侧设有垫块。所述支座呈扇形，所述支座侧面设有两个通孔，扶手可在支座内旋转一定角度，方便操作人员推拉四轮板车。当四轮板车不用时，去除所述限位螺栓，将所述扶手贴合到板状支架表面，减少四轮板车的占用空间。
本发明的有益效果为：结构合理、操作简单、使用方便安全等优点，且板状支架的中部的凹弧形设计能防止运送货物滚落；扶手可折叠，减少了四轮板车闲置时所占用的空间。

如图1所示，一种卷状铜丝运输车专用，包括支撑架8，支撑架8前部下方安装有两个导向轮10，支撑架8后部下方安装有两个万向轮4，两个支座2分别与支撑架8后部两端固连，两个支座2与扶手1通过销钉铰链连接，两个支座2上分别安装一个限位螺栓3，支撑架8上部固连四个1号横梁9和一个2号横梁7，四个1号横梁9对称布置在2号横梁两侧7，四个1号横梁9和一个2号横梁7与板状支架5固连，所述板状支架5中部呈凹弧形。板状支架的中部的凹弧形设计限制了柱形货物6的运动，使柱形货物6很难从四轮板车上滚落。
如图2所示，所述的四个1号横梁9两侧都设有垫块901。
如图1及图3所示，所述支座2呈扇形，所述支座2侧面设有两个通孔，扶手1可在支座内旋转一定角度，方便操作人员推拉四轮板车。当四轮板车不用时，去除所述限位螺栓3，将所述扶手1贴合到板状支架表面5，减少四轮板车的占用空间。
