背景技术
随着年龄的增长，肌肤会出现暗沉、皱纹、色斑等诸多问题，加之不合理的饮食、睡眠不足、作息不正常、生活工作压力大等其它外界影响因素，人们的面部皮肤暗淡无光、粗糙、长青春痘等，由此给人们带来了很大的困惑。
涂抹面霜是基础护肤中的重要一步，面霜中通常含有保湿、美白等诸多成分，以改善肌肤表层的特定问题。随着消费水平的提高以及化妆品行业的迅速发展，人们对护肤产品的要求也越来越高，不仅注重其功效，也日渐重视其使用涂抹肤感。目前，市面上的面霜产品虽然很多，但是大多功效单一，产品无视觉亮点，肤感不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上要解决的技术问题，提供一种保湿性好、肤感良好、能够滋养肌肤、提亮肤色的面霜。
本发明的另一个目的是提供所述面霜的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的，本发明提供了一种山羊奶活肌面霜，其特征在于按重量百分比由以下组分组成：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-15％，鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4-1.2％，PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4-1％，二氧化硅0.3-1.5％，红没药醇0.01-0.2％，膨润土0.2-1％，香精0.04-0.1％，柠檬酸钠0.1-0.3％，甘油6-14％，丁二醇10-18％，烟酰胺0.1-1％，氯化钠0.4-1.2％，透明质酸钠0.01-0.05％，胶原0.1-2％，芦荟提取物0.1-3％，山羊奶提取物0.01-1％，假马齿苋提取物0.1-3％，白睡莲花提取物0.01-0.5％，苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.6-0.8％，云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁1-2％，去离子水余量。
本文中，“活肌”意为能够使肌肤水分得以保持，使肌肤有良好的光泽度，具有活力。
值得注意的是，本发明的“鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷”和“苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油”均为本领域已知的化妆品原料，本领域技术人员可清楚确定其组成。优选地，苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的重量比例为9:1。
本发明中的“云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁”，是多种原料的混合物，其中优选地，按总重量计，云母含量为20-51％，二氧化钛含量为19-29％，二氧化硅含量为15-25％，氧化铁含量为15-25％，氧化锡含量≤1％，该“云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁”可购自默克公司。
本发明还提供所述山羊奶活肌面霜的制备方法，其步骤如下：
(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、二氧化硅、红没药醇、香精混合，搅拌均匀，再加入膨润土，均质分散均匀后备用，得到第一混合物；
(2)将去离子水加热到85-90℃，将透明质酸钠用丁二醇预先分散好，加入到所述去离子水中，均质4-5min，然后加入柠檬酸钠、甘油、烟酰胺和氯化钠，搅拌至完全溶解，降温至45℃后加入胶原、芦荟提取物、山羊奶提取物、假马齿苋提取物、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油、白睡莲花提取物，搅拌均匀待用，得到第二混合物；
(3)在搅拌状态下，将将所述第二混合物加入所述第一混合物中，直至所述第二混合物完全被所述第一混合物包进去，搅拌均匀并均质，加入云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁，缓慢搅匀后出料。
优选地，所述步骤(3)中，将所述第二混合物加入到所述第一混合物中时的搅拌速度为600r/min。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明的山羊奶活肌面霜合理科学地设计了多种组分及配比，其含有多种保湿剂，除了基本保湿的多元醇外，还含有透明质酸钠，给予肌肤充足的水分，同时该面霜体系是油包水的体系，封闭性好，保湿性持久；此外，该面霜还含有烟酰胺、胶原、红没药醇等活性成分以及多种天然植物提取物如芦荟提取物、山羊奶提取物、假马齿苋提取物、白睡莲花提取物等，在保湿的同时，又可加速新陈代谢，减少黑色素的形成，修护粗糙黯沉肌肤，令肌肤水润丝滑、娇嫩白皙，肤感良好。

值得注意的是，除非特别指出，本发明所使用的各种组分均为本领域现有材料，可通过商业渠道购买获得或通过现有方法制得。例如，本发明所使用的山羊奶提取物可购自广州市百好博有限公司。
实施例1
一种山羊奶活肌面霜，其配方的重量百分比如下：
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8％，鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4％，PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0％，二氧化硅1.5％，红没药醇0.01％，膨润土0.2％，香精0.04％，柠檬酸钠0.1％，甘油6％，丁二醇18％，烟酰胺0.1％，氯化钠1.2％，透明质酸钠0.01％，胶原0.1％，芦荟提取物3％，山羊奶提取物0.01％，假马齿苋提取物0.1％，白睡莲花提取物0.5％，苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.6％，云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁1.0％，去离子水余量。
制备方法如下：
(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、二氧化硅、红没药醇、香精加入到洁净的真空乳化锅中，搅拌均匀，再加入膨润土，均质分散均匀后备用，得到第一混合物；
(2)将去离子水加入到水相锅中，加热到85-90℃，然后将透明质酸钠(用丁二醇预先分散好)加入到水相锅中，均质4-5min，然后加入柠檬酸钠、甘油、烟酰胺和氯化钠，搅拌至完全溶解，降温至45℃后，加入胶原、芦荟提取物、山羊奶提取物、假马齿苋提取物、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油、白睡莲花提取物，搅拌均匀，备用，得到第二混合物；
(3)在中速(600r/min)搅拌状态下，将第二混合物缓慢均匀抽入到第一混合物中，直至其完全被第一混合物包进去，搅拌均匀并均质，加入云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁，缓慢搅匀后出料。
产品试用反馈
评价方法：利用试用感觉来评价实施例1的面霜的功效。选取40名20-45岁年龄段的人作为试用对象，每天早晚各使用一次，使用方法为洁面后将实施例1的面霜涂抹于面部肌肤，使用时间为30天。试用反馈结果见表1。

制备方法如下：

(3)在中速(600r/min)搅拌状态下，将第二混合物缓慢均匀抽入到第一混合物中，直至其完全被第一混合物包进去，搅拌均匀并均质；加入云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁，缓慢搅匀后出料。
产品试用效果
评价方法：利用试用感觉来评价实施例3制造出的面霜的功效。选取40名20-45岁年龄段的人作为试用对象，每天早晚各使用一次，使用方法为洁面后将实施例3的面霜涂抹于面部肌肤，使用时间为30天。试用反馈结果见表3。

保湿功效仪器测试
取本发明实施例1、2、3的山羊奶活肌面霜进行功效测定，具体测试方法和结果如下：
一、实验原理
人体实验，由特定实验人群组成受试群体，测试受试者使用化妆品(以及化妆品功效成分)前后皮肤水分的变化，从而确定被测化妆品(或功效成分)的保湿功效。
二、实验仪器及样品
实验仪器：皮肤含水量测试Corneometer CM825。
实验样品：实施例1-3的山羊奶活肌面霜。
三、实验方法
1.受试者左、右手臂依次循环标记：受试区域样品组和空白对照区域；
2.人员使用皮肤含水量测试Corneometer CM825取平均值，记为空白值。
3.试者经清水清洗过的实验部位使用样品15分钟后，揭去并拍打受试部位。
4.受试者在连续使用化妆品0.5小时、1小时、2小时、4小时、6小时、8小时后，由技术人员使用皮肤含水量测试Corneometer CM825测量5次，取平均值。
5.统计测得的数值，分析其皮肤水分变化规律。
四、结果分析
水分含量变化反映在测试周期内，实验区域水分含量随时间变化规律。其值越大，水分含量越大，反之，水分含量越小。T0为起始值，Tn为各间点数据采集值。水分含量平均值的差值(ΔT)＝Tn—T0。结果如图1和图2所示。图1示出了水分含量情况，图2示出了水分含量差值情况。由图1和图2可以看出，8小时内，实施例1、2、3的水分含量平均值的差值(ΔT)一直高于空白组，且为正值，即它们均有补水效果。根据样品组水分变化走势可以看出，经过8小时，水分含量变化曲线后期相对平缓，依然保持相对稳定且高于空白组即表示实施例1、2、3的保湿效果相对明显。
根据皮肤含水量测试的结果和实施例1-3人群试用反馈结果可知，本发明的面霜是一种保湿性好、肤感良好、能够滋养肌肤、提亮肤色的面霜。

Claims (3)

1.一种山羊奶活肌面霜，其特征在于按重量百分比由以下组分组成：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-15％，鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4-1.2％，PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4-1％，二氧化硅0.3-1.5％，红没药醇0.01-0.2％，膨润土0.2-1％，香精0.04-0.1％，柠檬酸钠0.1-0.3％，甘油6-14％，丁二醇10-18％，烟酰胺0.1-1％，氯化钠0.4-1.2％，透明质酸钠0.01-0.05％，胶原0.1-2％，芦荟提取物0.1-3％，山羊奶提取物0.01-1％，假马齿苋提取物0.1-3％，白睡莲花提取物0.01-0.5％，苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.6-0.8％，云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁1-2％，去离子水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的山羊奶活肌面霜的制备方法，其步骤如下：
(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、二氧化硅、红没药醇、香精混合，搅拌均匀，再加入膨润土，均质分散均匀后备用，得到第一混合物；
(2)将去离子水加热到85-90℃，将透明质酸钠用丁二醇预先分散好，加入到所述去离子水中，均质4-5min，然后加入柠檬酸钠、甘油、烟酰胺和氯化钠，搅拌至完全溶解，降温至45℃后加入胶原、芦荟提取物、山羊奶提取物、假马齿苋提取物、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油、白睡莲花提取物，搅拌均匀待用，得到第二混合物；
(3)在搅拌状态下，将将所述第二混合物加入所述第一混合物中，直至所述第二混合物完全被所述第一混合物包进去，搅拌均匀并均质，加入云母/二氧化钛/氧化锡/二氧化硅/氧化铁，缓慢搅匀后出料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(3)中，将所述第二混合物加入到所述第一混合物中时的搅拌速度为600r/min。
