养生茶,是以茶为主要原料,根据时令或体质等特殊因素,配合不同食材或药材制作的茶饮品,以饮茶的方式达到养生保健的目的;目前的养生茶种类很多,有 :赶黄草养生茶、刺儿茶养生茶、藤茶养生茶、洋参茶、雪域金丝茶、木瓜养生茶、山楂茶、薄荷茶、茉莉花茶、金银花茶、菊花枸杞茶、灵芝茶、人参茶、西洋参石斛茶等等。

桂花饮料,按重量份计其组成原料为:桂花10-15、苦丁茶20-25、橙皮6-8、白茅根5-10、桑白皮3-4、金针菇4-6、蓖麻子2-4、炒白术4-6、三七叶5-6、密蒙花4-6、淡竹叶8-10、食盐3-5、胶原蛋白2-4。
