背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。我国人造革合成革工业是建国后新兴的工业,于五十年代末起步发展,是塑料工业中发展较早的行业之一。经过近几十年的建设,人造革合成革行业已具有相当的经济规模;随着国内外高科技的发展与先进工艺设备的应用,行业管理、技术水平、产品档次都有了根本性的质的飞跃,人造革合成革已发展成为日常消费制品工业中重要的行业之一,与整个加工工业同步迈入世界大国行列,是世界上的生产大国、消费大国,进出口贸易大国之一。
1948年出现的聚氯乙烯人造革(PVC人造革)是在织物上涂覆PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂制成的糊.或者再覆合一层PVC膜,然后经一定的工艺过程加工制成的。制品强度高,加工容易,成本低廉,可做各种箱包、座套、衬里、杂物等。聚氯乙烯(PVC)因其耐缺口冲击性、加工性、热稳定性等存在不足,故须对PVC进行增韧改性,加入大量增塑剂。其中在制作软质PVC人造革时,PVC与增塑剂的质量比高达1:(0.8-1.0)。目前邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂用量最大、品种最多。近年来的研究表明:邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂产品大剂量进入人体时具有毒性和致癌作用。因此,欧美等发达国家对该类产品实施了“限令”。随着世界人造革制造业的不停发展,人们对人造革的环保要求越来越高。

本发明提供一种环保PVC人造革,力学性能、加工性能优良,具有成本低、挥发性有机物含量低的特点,耐酸碱、广泛用于鞋、家具、各种室内外装饰,飞机、汽车、轮船装饰。
具体的,本发明提供一种环保PVC人造革,包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经160~180℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉100-150份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯40-60份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡2-5份,硬脂酸锌2-5份,硬脂酸钡2-5份,三聚磷酸钠1-3份,壬二酸二辛酯10-15份,改性贝壳粉25-40份,白油0.5-2份,二甲基硅油0.5-5份,二亚苄基山梨醇0.5-2份,颜料0.5-3份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物0.1-3份,壳聚糖0.5-3份,钛白粉0.5-2份。

1)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在80~85℃、 100~150r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡混合5~10min;
2)依次加入配方量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在50~60℃、300~500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~40min;
3)依次加入改性贝壳粉、颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在30~40℃、1000~1500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~60min,即得。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,上述聚氯乙烯面层浆料的制备过程中步骤1)的加热搅拌条件为80-85℃,120-130r/min;步骤2)的加热搅拌条件为50~60℃、400-450r/min;步骤3)的加热搅拌条件为30-40℃、1400-1500r/min。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,所述发泡层位于聚氯乙烯面层和基布层之间,所述发泡层由聚氯乙烯发泡浆料经180~190℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯发泡浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50~70份,匀泡剂0.5~2份,发泡剂1~3份,1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮1-3份,己二酸丙二醇聚酯10~20份。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,所述聚氯乙烯发泡浆料由以下方法制备得到:将配方量聚氯乙烯树脂粉、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、匀泡剂、发泡剂、1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮、己二酸丙二醇聚酯加入到高速分散机内进行搅拌,搅拌过程中从浆料底部向浆料内通入空气,搅拌时间为20~50分钟,搅拌速度为1000~1500r/min。

(1)将清洗干净的贝壳加入浓硝酸溶液中搅拌30-60min,过滤,干燥;

(3)配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料,将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯面层上,经160-180℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
(4)聚氯乙烯发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经170-190℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到发泡人造革。
具体而言,所述的环保PVC人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸,配制聚氯乙烯面层浆料:(a)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在80~85℃、 100~150r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡混合5~10min;(b)依次加入配方量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在50~60℃、300~500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~40min;(c)依次加入改性贝壳粉、颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在30~40℃、1000~1500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~60min;
(2)将配制好的聚氯乙烯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经160-180℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯面层;
(3)配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料:将配方量聚氯乙烯树脂粉、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、匀泡剂、发泡剂、1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮、己二酸丙二醇聚酯加入到高速分散机内进行搅拌,搅拌过程中从浆料底部向浆料内通入空气,搅拌时间为20~50分钟,搅拌速度为1000~1500r/min;将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯面层上,经160-180℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
(4)聚氯乙烯发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经170-190℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到发泡人造革。
本发明中重量份可以转换成任意的重量单位。
下面结合具体的实施例进一步阐述本发明的人造革。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经170℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉130份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡3份,硬脂酸锌4份,硬脂酸钡3份,三聚磷酸钠2份,壬二酸二辛酯12份,改性贝壳粉30份,白油1.5份,二甲基硅油3份,二亚苄基山梨醇1份,颜料2份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物1.5份,壳聚糖2份,钛白粉1份;
制备包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸,配制聚氯乙烯面层浆料:(a)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在83℃、130r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡混合8min;(b)依次加入配方量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在55℃、400r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合35min;(c)依次加入改性贝壳粉、颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在35℃、1300r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合50min;
(2)将配制好的聚氯乙烯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经170℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯面层;
(3)配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料:将聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯60份、匀泡剂1份、发泡剂2份、1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮2份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯15份加入到高速分散机内进行搅拌,搅拌过程中从浆料底部向浆料内通入空气,搅拌时间为30分钟,搅拌速度为1300r/min;将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯面层上,经170℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
(4)聚氯乙烯发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经180℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到发泡人造革;
所述改性贝壳粉的制备过程包括:
(1)将清洗干净的贝壳加入浓硝酸溶液中搅拌50min,过滤,干燥;
(2)将上述处理的贝壳超微粉碎至过600目筛,然后加入含有10%NaCl(质量百分含量)的水溶液中搅拌50min,过滤,干燥;
(3)将经上述处理的贝壳粉采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在300℃下进行煅烧40min;(b)以10℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧40min;(c)以6℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧50min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温,即得。
实施例2 一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经160℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉100份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯40份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡2份,硬脂酸锌2份,硬脂酸钡2份,三聚磷酸钠1份,壬二酸二辛酯10份,改性贝壳粉25份,白油0.5份,二甲基硅油0.5份,二亚苄基山梨醇0.5份,颜料0.5份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物0.1份,壳聚糖0.5份,钛白粉0.5份;
制备包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸,配制聚氯乙烯面层浆料:(a)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在80℃、100r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡混合5min;(b)依次加入配方量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在50℃、300r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30min;(c)依次加入改性贝壳粉、颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在30℃、1000r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30min;
(2)将配制好的聚氯乙烯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经160℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯面层;
(3)配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料:将配方量聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯50份、匀泡剂0.5份、发泡剂1份、1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮1份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯10份加入到高速分散机内进行搅拌,搅拌过程中从浆料底部向浆料内通入空气,搅拌时间为20分钟,搅拌速度为1000r/min;将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯面层上,经160℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
(4)聚氯乙烯发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经170℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到发泡人造革;
所述改性贝壳粉的制备过程包括:
(1)将清洗干净的贝壳加入浓硝酸溶液中搅拌30min,过滤,干燥;
(2)将上述处理的贝壳超微粉碎至过600目筛,然后加入含有10%NaCl(质量百分含量)的水溶液中搅拌30min,过滤,干燥;

实施例3 一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经180℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉150份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯60份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡5份,硬脂酸锌5份,硬脂酸钡5份,三聚磷酸钠3份,壬二酸二辛酯15份,改性贝壳粉40份,白油2份,二甲基硅油5份,二亚苄基山梨醇2份,颜料3份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物3份,壳聚糖3份,钛白粉2份;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸,配制聚氯乙烯面层浆料:(a)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在85℃、150r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡混合10min;(b)依次加入配方量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在60℃、500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合40min;(c)依次加入改性贝壳粉、颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在40℃、1500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合60min;
(2)将配制好的聚氯乙烯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经180℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯面层;
(3)配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料:将配方量聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯70份、匀泡剂2份、发泡剂3份、1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮3份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯20份加入到高速分散机内进行搅拌,搅拌过程中从浆料底部向浆料内通入空气,搅拌时间为50分钟,搅拌速度为1500r/min;将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯面层上,经180℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
(4)聚氯乙烯发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经190℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到发泡人造革;
所述改性贝壳粉的制备过程包括:
(1)将清洗干净的贝壳加入浓硝酸溶液中搅拌60min,过滤,干燥;
(2)将上述处理的贝壳超微粉碎至过600目筛,然后加入含有10%NaCl(质量百分含量)的水溶液中搅拌60min,过滤,干燥;
(3)将经上述处理的贝壳粉采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在300℃下进行煅烧60min;(b)以12℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧60min;(c)以8℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧60min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温,即得。
对比例1:一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经170℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉130份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡3份,硬脂酸钡7份,三聚磷酸钠2份,壬二酸二辛酯12份,改性贝壳粉30份,白油1.5份,二甲基硅油3份,二亚苄基山梨醇1份,颜料2份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物1.5份,壳聚糖2份,钛白粉1份;其他同实施例1。
对比例2:一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经170℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉130份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡3份,硬脂酸锌4份,硬脂酸钡3份,壬二酸二辛酯12份,改性贝壳粉30份,白油1.5份,二甲基硅油3份,二亚苄基山梨醇1份,颜料2份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物1.5份,壳聚糖2份,钛白粉1份;其他同实施例1。
对比例3一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经170℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉130份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡3份,硬脂酸锌4份,硬脂酸钡3份,三聚磷酸钠2份,壬二酸二辛酯12份,改性贝壳粉30份,白油1.5份,二甲基硅油3份,颜料2份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物1.5份,壳聚糖2份,钛白粉1份;其他同实施例1。
对比例4一种环保PVC人造革的制备
所述环保PVC人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经170℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉130份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡3份,硬脂酸锌4份,硬脂酸钡3份,三聚磷酸钠2份,壬二酸二辛酯12份,贝壳粉30份,白油1.5份,二甲基硅油3份,二亚苄基山梨醇1份,颜料2份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物1.5份,壳聚糖2份,钛白粉1份;
采用600目市售普通贝壳粉替换实施例1中改性贝壳粉,其他同实施例1。
实施例4:环保性能测试
测试本发明实施例1-3以及对比例1-4制备的环保PVC人造革的有机挥发量(参照VDA277)ugC/g,以及其气味等级(VDA270),等级评价:1无气味;2有气味,但无干扰性;3有明显气味,但仍无干扰性;4有干扰性气味;5有强烈的干扰性气味;6有难以忍受的气味。结果见表1。

表1的结果表明,本发明实施例1-3制备的人造革环保性能优良,释放的挥发性的有机物总量较低,无任何气味;同表1中的数据还表明对比例1(省略硬脂酸锌)、对比例2(省略三聚磷酸钠)、对比例3(省略二亚苄基山梨醇)释放的挥发性有机物会明显增加,气味等级也会增加,说明本发明采用多种抗氧剂联合使用具有协同作用,本发明中各个组分相互协同,共同发挥作用;对比例4采用普通的贝壳粉,未经改性,环保性能也会降低。
实施例5 力学性能测试
测试实施例1-3的撕裂强度(QB/T4043-2010)、剥离强度(QB/T4043-2010)、耐摩擦色牢度(QB/T4043-2010),结果见表2。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保PVC人造革,其特征在于所述人造革包括聚氯乙烯面层、发泡层和基布层,所述聚氯乙烯面层由聚氯乙烯面层浆料经160~180℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:PVC树脂粉100-150份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯40-60份,二月桂酸二正辛基锡2-5份,硬脂酸锌2-5份,硬脂酸钡2-5份,三聚磷酸钠1-3份,壬二酸二辛酯10-15份,改性贝壳粉25-40份,白油0.5-2份,二甲基硅油0.5-5份,二亚苄基山梨醇0.5-2份,颜料0.5-3份,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物0.1-3份,壳聚糖0.5-3份,钛白粉0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保PVC人造革,所述聚氯乙烯面层浆料由以下方法制备得到: 1)取配方量的PVC树脂粉,在80~85℃、 100~150r/min的加温搅拌条件下与配方量的月桂酸二正辛基锡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡混合5~10min;
2)依次加入配方量的环氧脂肪酸甲酯、壬二酸二辛酯、白油、二甲基硅油、二亚苄基山梨醇、三聚磷酸钠,在50~60℃、300~500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~40min;
3)依次加入改性贝壳粉、颜料、苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物、壳聚糖、钛白粉,在30~40℃、1000~1500r/min的加温搅拌条件下混合30~60min,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保PVC人造革,所述发泡层位于聚氯乙烯面层和基布层之间,所述发泡层由聚氯乙烯发泡浆料经180~190℃烘干形成,所述聚氯乙烯发泡浆料由以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,环氧脂肪酸甲酯50~70份,匀泡剂0.5~2份,发泡剂1~3份,1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮1-3份,己二酸丙二醇聚酯10~20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保PVC人造革,所述聚氯乙烯发泡浆料由以下方法制备得到: 将配方量聚氯乙烯树脂粉、环氧脂肪酸甲酯匀泡剂、发泡剂、1,4-环己二酮单乙二醇缩酮、己二酸丙二醇聚酯加入到高速分散机内进行搅拌,搅拌过程中从浆料底部向浆料内通入空气,搅拌时间为20~50分钟,搅拌速度为1000~1500r/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保PVC人造革,其中所述改性贝壳粉的制备过程包括:
(1)将清洗干净的贝壳加入浓硝酸溶液中搅拌30-60min,过滤,干燥;
(2)将上述处理的贝壳超微粉碎,然后加入含有10%NaCl(质量百分含量)的水溶液中搅拌30-60min,过滤,干燥;
(3)将经上述处理的贝壳粉采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在300℃下进行煅烧30-60min;(b)以8-12℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30-60min;(c)以5-8℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30-60min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温,即得。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的环保PVC人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选定基布和离型纸并配制聚氯乙烯面层浆料;
(2)将配制好的聚氯乙烯面层浆料均匀涂覆在选定的离型纸上,经160℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯面层;
(3)配制聚氯乙烯发泡浆料,将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯面层上,经180℃ 烘干后形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;
(4)聚氯乙烯发泡层上贴合选定的基布,然后经170℃烘干;
(5)去除离型纸,得到发泡人造革。
