Abstract
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:烧毛→退浆→高温一次定型→丝光→亚高温二次定型增白→预缩;其中,所述高温一次定型步骤中,浸轧40~80g/l纳米聚氨酯材料和2~6g/l微碱性物质,控制温度为180~195℃;所述亚高温二次定型增白步骤中,控制温度为170~185℃。本发明通过采用纳米聚氨酯材料,解决了织物缩水率难以控制的问题;通过添加微碱性物质,利于缓解染料中分解出的酸性物质对织物大分子的降解,解决了深色织物强力损伤大的难题;通过采用亚高温二次定型二次加白技术,成功避免了浅色织物在定型过程中的黄变问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
棉涤锦弹力织物由于具有较好的耐磨性、弹力、手感、吸水性、舒适性及回弹性,而备受消费者青睐。但在其生产过程中,存在以下技术问题一直难以解决:首先,织物缩水率与弹性回复率难以两全,织物缩水率较低时,其弹性回复率也较差;另外,热定型后存在深色织物强力损伤严重,浅色织物黄变严重的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种织物缩水率低且弹性回复率高、能够降低织物强力损伤和黄变程度的棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:烧毛→退浆→高温一次定型→丝光→亚高温二次定型增白→预缩;
其中,
所述高温一次定型步骤中,浸轧40~80g/l纳米聚氨酯材料和2~6g/l微碱性物质,控制温度为180~195℃;
所述亚高温二次定型增白步骤中,控制温度为170~185℃。
作为优选,高温一次定型步骤中,控制温度为190℃;亚高温二次定型增白步骤中,控制温度为180℃。
作为优选,所述微碱性物质为尿素、碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有至少以下有益效果:
(1)通过采用纳米聚氨酯材料,赋予了织物高弹性和高弹性模量,解决了织物缩水率难以控制的问题,保障了织物既具有较低收缩率,又具有良好的弹性回复率;
(2)通过在高温一次定型步骤中添加微碱性物质,利于缓解染料中分解出的酸性物质对织物大分子的降解,解决了深色织物强力损伤大的难题;
(3)通过采用亚高温二次定型二次加白技术,烧毛→退浆→高温一次定型→丝光→亚高温二次定型增白→预缩,成功避免了织物(特别是浅色织物)在定型过程中的黄变问题。

下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
实施例1
棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:烧毛→退浆→高温一次定型→丝光→亚高温二次定型增白→预缩;具体如下:
(1)烧毛:织物经过烧毛工序,使表面光洁平整、织纹清晰;
(2)退浆:采用现有技术中热水退浆法去除织物上的浆料;
(3)高温一次定型:在工作液中添加40g/l纳米聚氨酯材料和6g/l微碱性物质(如尿素),热定型控制温度为180~195℃,最好为190℃,车速为20~35m/min;通过采用纳米聚氨酯材料,聚氨酯材料中氨基与纤维素纤维中的羟基发生反应可以赋予织物高弹性和高弹性模量,解决了织物缩水率难以控制的问题,保障了织物既具有较低收缩率,又具有良好的弹性回复率,同时改善织物的手感及平整度;通过添加微碱性物质,利于缓解染料中分解出的酸性物质对织物大分子的降解,从而解决了深色织物强力损伤大的难题;
(4)丝光:经过丝光工序,提高织物表面光泽;
(5)亚高温二次定型增白:工作液中添加适量增白剂进行二次热定型,热定型控制温度为170~185℃,最好为180℃;通过采用亚高温二次定型二次加白技术,成功避免了织物(特别是浅色织物)在定型过程中的黄变问题;
(6)预缩。
经过上述工艺整理的织物,主要技术指标如下:
1.缩水率<3%;
2.弹性回复率>80%;
3.强力损伤<20%;
4.平整度>3.5级。
实施例2
棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:烧毛→退浆→高温一次定型→丝光→亚高温二次定型增白→预缩;具体如下:
(1)烧毛:织物经过烧毛工序,使表面光洁平整、织纹清晰;
(2)退浆:采用现有技术中碱液退浆法去除织物上的浆料;
(3)高温一次定型:在工作液中添加60g/l纳米聚氨酯材料和4g/l尿素,热定型控制温度为190℃左右,车速为20~35m/min;
(4)丝光:经过丝光工序,提高织物表面光泽;
(5)亚高温二次定型增白:工作液中添加适量增白剂进行二次热定型,热定型控制温度为180℃左右;
(6)预缩。
经过上述工艺整理的织物,主要技术指标如下:
1.缩水率<3%;
2.弹性回复率>80%;
3.强力损伤<20%;
4.平整度>3.5级。
实施例3
棉涤锦弹力柔软抗皱色织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:烧毛→退浆→高温一次定型→丝光→亚高温二次定型增白→预缩;具体如下:

(2)退浆:采用现有技术中碱液退浆法去除织物上的浆料;
(3)高温一次定型:在工作液中添加80g/l纳米聚氨酯材料和2g/l尿素,热定型控制温度为190℃左右,车速为20~35m/min;
(4)丝光:经过丝光工序,提高织物表面光泽;
(5)亚高温二次定型增白:工作液中添加适量荧光增白剂进行二次热定型,热定型控制温度为180℃左右;
(6)预缩。
经过上述工艺整理的织物,主要技术指标如下:
1.缩水率<3%;
2.弹性回复率>80%;
3.强力损伤<20%;
4.平整度>3.5级。

所述高温一次定型步骤中,浸轧40~80g/l纳米聚氨酯材料和2~6g/l微碱性物质,控制温度为180~195℃;
所述亚高温二次定型增白步骤中,控制温度为170~185℃。
