本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种祛风湿定痛的中药组合物，由中药组合物与白酒按重量比为1:(10?13)的比例制成，所述中药组合物由独活，山茱萸，天门冬，黄芪，甘菊花，防风，天雄，侧子，防己，白术，赤茯苓，枸杞子，生姜，生地黄，柴胡，清半夏，西洋参，香附，神曲，瓜萎，鱼腥草，川贝母，白豆蔻，陈皮，升麻，白及，三七，甘草，灯心草，淡竹叶，太子参，红花，苏木，鸡内金，金银花组成，本发明的外用药能够提高身体机能的免疫能力，强壮身体，具有祛风湿、清湿热、通经络、活血化淤，消炎止痛的效果。

一种祛风湿定痛的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种祛风湿定痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
风湿性疾病是以关节痛、畏风寒为主症的一组极其常见的临床症候群，患者可有头痛、发热、微汗、恶风、身重、小便不利、关节酸痛、不能屈伸等症状。关节病变除有疼痛外还伴有肿胀和活动障碍，呈发作与缓解交替的慢性病程。由于患者的血液循环差，导致肌肉或者组织所需要的营养无法通过血液循环来输送，致使患者肌肉缺少营养而加速老化变得僵硬，严重的会导致患者肌肉和血管萎缩，部分患者可出现关节致残和内脏功能衰竭。并且风湿性疾病的病理及病因较复杂，反复无常，给患者带来长期、无规律的痛苦。
目前，用于治疗风湿性疾病的药物繁多，方法多样，包括中药或西药内服、针灸、理疗、外贴，这些方法经过多年的临床实践，已取得有效的祛风湿定痛的效果，但是方法操作繁琐、且有副作用，尤其是部分内服药，易多肠胃造成刺激损伤，并且治疗时间长、价格贵；而一部分外用药，虽然价格便宜，但是不利于皮肤吸收有效成分，进而使得治愈率低、止痛效果缓慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术问题，提供一种祛风湿定痛的中药组合物。
具体通过以下方案得以实现：
一种祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物，由中药组合物与白酒按重量比为1∶(10-13)的比例制成，所述中药组合物由独活，山茱萸，天门冬，黄芪，甘菊花，防风，天雄，侧子，防己，白术，赤茯苓，枸杞子，生姜，生地黄，柴胡，清半夏，西洋参，香附，神曲，瓜萎，鱼腥草，川贝母，白豆蔻，陈皮，升麻，白及，三七，甘草，灯心草，淡竹叶，太子参，红花，苏木，鸡内金，金银花组成。
所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料制成：独活1-3份，山茱萸10-17份，天门冬3-7份，黄芪2-4份，甘菊花5-13份，防风3-5份，天雄0.2-1.5份，侧子2-4份，防己2-5份，白术0.6-3.5份，赤茯苓15-20份，枸杞子8-12份，生姜20-25份，生地黄1-8份，柴胡1-3.5份，清半夏6-9份，西洋参4-8份，香附1-5份，神曲0.3-2份，瓜萎2-7份，鱼腥草5-15份，川贝母10-15份，白豆蔻5-10份，陈皮6-10份，升麻2-4份，白及0.3-1.3份，三七4-6份，甘草2-4份，灯心草2-4份，淡竹叶3-5份，太子参2-5份，红花2-5份，苏木5-8份，鸡内金1-3份，金银花6-12份。
所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料制成：独活2份，山茱萸14份，天门冬5份，黄芪3份，甘菊花8份，防风4份，天雄0.8份，侧子3份，防己3份，白术2.1份，赤茯苓18份，枸杞子10份，生姜23份，生地黄4份，柴胡2份，清半夏7份，西洋参6份，香附3份，神曲1.5份，瓜萎4.5份，鱼腥草10份，川贝母12份，白豆蔻8份，陈皮8份，升麻3份，白及1份，三七5份，甘草2.8份，灯心草3份，淡竹叶4.2份，太子参3份，红花3份，苏木6份，鸡内金2.2份，金银花7.9份。
所述外用药组合物为汤剂、膏剂、油剂、喷雾剂。
所述的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物在制备祛风湿定痛药物中的应用。
本发明的有益效果
本发明为外用药，药力作用于表皮，由表及里，药力持久，具有治疗效果明显，治愈率高，有效率高达95％，且无副作用，对皮肤无刺激性作用，能加速患处气血循环，活血化瘀，渗透性好。
本发明所用的中药组合物配方中使用的中药原料来源广泛、成本低廉，适用于风湿性疾病患者的使用。
本发明通过中药材不同比例的配比，以及中药组合物与白酒间配比，泡制出了一种能够祛风湿的中药组合物，将其应用于制备祛风湿定痛的外用药，使得外用药能够提高身体机能的免疫能力，强壮身体，具有祛风湿、清湿热、通经络、活血化淤，消炎止痛的效果。

下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定，但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。

实施例1-实施例5为祛风湿定痛外用药组合物汤剂，实施例6-实施例10为祛风湿定痛外用药组合物膏剂，实施例11-实施例15为祛风湿定痛外用药组合物油剂，实施例16-实施例20为祛风湿定痛外用药组合物膏剂，实施例1-实施例20所用的中药组合物配方按表1所示，实施例1-实施例20外用药组合物配方按表2所示；

实施例1-实施例5的祛风湿定痛外用药组合物汤剂制备方法：将中药组合物按配比混合均匀后，放入白酒中密封浸泡24h后，然后将其用文火煮1h后，经过滤，即得汤剂。
实施例6-实施例10的祛风湿定痛外用药组合物膏剂制备方法：将中药组合物按配比混合均匀后，放入白酒中密封浸泡48h后，煎煮取浓汁熬膏。
实施例11-实施例15的祛风湿定痛外用药组合物油剂制备方法：将中药组合物按配比混合均匀后，放入白酒中密封浸泡24h后，取出中药组合物，将其加入菜籽油中，进行煎煮至油呈棕黄色，经过滤，即得油剂。
实施例16-实施例20的祛风湿定痛外用药组合物喷雾剂制备方法：将中药组合物按配比混合均匀后，经研磨成细粉，将其放入白酒中密封浸泡3天后，即得喷雾剂。
试验例1
试验项目：急性经口毒性试验
受试物：实施例1-实施例5的祛风湿定痛外用药组合物汤剂
试验方法：选昆明种二级小鼠30只，体重18-22g，雌雄各半，24h内经口一次给受试物，灌胃量为0.02mL/g·BW，试验剂量为5000mg/kg·BW，观察2周并记录相关参数，其结果如表3所示：

根据表3所示，观察2周后，发现灌胃实施例1-实施例3的试验小鼠未出现中毒表现及死亡现象，说明实施例1-实施例3制备的汤剂均未无毒性。
试验例2
试验项目：多次皮肤刺激性试验
受试物：实施12的祛风湿定痛外用药组合物油剂
试验方法：试验动物免疫3天后，选健康、成年、皮肤无损伤的大白兔14只，体重为2.0-3.0kg，试验前24h将大白兔背部脊柱两侧被毛剪掉，不损伤表皮，去毛范围各为3cm×3cm，涂抹面积为2.5cm×2.5cm；取受试物0.5mg，涂抹于一侧去毛皮肤上，另一侧作为对照，每天涂抹一次，连续涂抹14天，从第二天开始，每次涂抹前剪毛，用温水清除残留受试物，1h后观察结果，并观察刺激性以外其他毒性作用，结果如表4所示：

通过表4可知，多次皮肤刺激性试验的皮肤反应积分均值为0.00，说明实施例2的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物油剂对皮肤无刺激性。
试验例3
本发明临床收治45-55岁风湿性疾病患者80例；20例采用实施6的药物；2采用实施例12的药物；20例采用常规关节止痛药；20例不采用任何药物，按“关节疼痛减轻、发作次数减少、腰腿疼减轻”为标准，其结果如表5所示：

由表5可知，实施例6、实施例12提供的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物制剂的止痛效果明显，且不适者较少。

1.一种祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物，其特征在于，由中药组合物与白酒按重量比为1∶(10-13)的比例制成，所述中药组合物由独活，山茱萸，天门冬，黄芪，甘菊花，防风，天雄，侧子，防己，白术，赤茯苓，枸杞子，生姜，生地黄，柴胡，清半夏，西洋参，香附，神曲，瓜萎，鱼腥草，川贝母，白豆蔻，陈皮，升麻，白及，三七，甘草，灯心草，淡竹叶，太子参，红花，苏木，鸡内金，金银花组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料制成：独活1-3份，山茱萸10-17份，天门冬3-7份，黄芪2-4份，甘菊花5-13份，防风3-5份，天雄0.2-1.5份，侧子2-4份，防己2-5份，白术0.6-3.5份，赤茯苓15-20份，枸杞子8-12份，生姜20-25份，生地黄1-8份，柴胡1-3.5份，清半夏6-9份，西洋参4-8份，香附1-5份，神曲0.3-2份，瓜萎2-7份，鱼腥草5-15份，川贝母10-15份，白豆蔻5-10份，陈皮6-10份，升麻2-4份，白及0.3-1.3份，三七4-6份，甘草2-4份，灯心草2-4份，淡竹叶3-5份，太子参2-5份，红花2-5份，苏木5-8份，鸡内金1-3份，金银花6-12份。
3.如权利要求2所述的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料制成：独活2份，山茱萸14份，天门冬5份，黄芪3份，甘菊花8份，防风4份，天雄0.8份，侧子3份，防己3份，白术2.1份，赤茯苓18份，枸杞子10份，生姜23份，生地黄4份，柴胡2份，清半夏7份，西洋参6份，香附3份，神曲1.5份，瓜萎4.5份，鱼腥草10份，川贝母12份，白豆蔻8份，陈皮8份，升麻3份，白及1份，三七5份，甘草2.8份，灯心草3份，淡竹叶4.2份，太子参3份，红花3份，苏木6份，鸡内金2.2份，金银花7.9份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物，其特征在于，所述外用药组合物为汤剂、膏剂、油剂、喷雾剂。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的祛风湿定痛的外用药组合物在制备祛风湿定痛药物中的应用。
