本发明公开了一种裸藻胶囊及其制备方法,包括下列重量的组分:维生素C 2‑5g、虾青素1‑2g、维生素E 0.5‑1g、硒化卡拉胶0.5‑1.0g,用破膜裸藻干粉补充至总量为50.0g。制备方法,包括下列步骤:A、清洗;B、破膜;C、干燥;D、添加;E灌装。本发明的裸藻胶囊增强了裸藻对机体的健康效应,特别是抗氧化功能,其中硒和维生素E是细胞膜上作用机制不相同的一对抗氧化剂,再加上中药的协同作用,完善和提高了细胞膜对氧化损伤的防御能力,本发明的制备方法具有工艺简便、提高效率、增强功效,增加效益等诸多优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种破膜裸藻胶囊的制备方法,属于精细化工保健品领域。
背景技术
裸藻是一种没有细胞壁的单细胞生物,是同时具有植物和动物两种特征的微细胞藻类。
众多研究报道裸藻富含人体所必需的维生素、矿物质、蛋白质、脂类、碳水化物等多种营养素和生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、降血脂、降血糖和抗肿瘤等多种生物学功效。在天然裸藻所含有的矿物质中,硒含量相对较低。目前国内外厂家生产的破膜裸藻干粉,是采用将裸藻脱水干燥后再研磨成粉末的工艺制备而成。在破膜裸藻干粉的制备过程中,维生素C损失率较高,因此破膜裸藻干粉及其制品中的维生素C含量也相对较少。硒是谷胱苷肽过氧化酶的组成部分,对维持细胞膜的正常结构和功能、提高体内的内源性抗氧化剂产量起着极其重要的作用,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤和保护心血管等作用。维生素C是人体的重要营养素,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗坏血病、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力等生理功能。破膜裸藻干粉及其制品中硒和维生素C含量不足,必将影响裸藻产品的营养保健作用,对其抗氧化、清除自由基、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等生物学作用产生不利影响。
天然裸藻无细胞壁,裸露的细胞内容物是由一层浆膜包裹,细胞内外的物质交换也是通过该层浆膜进行的。生物体要消化吸收裸藻细胞的内容物,首先要消化破坏该层浆膜。该层浆膜由蛋白、脂类和糖类等多种物质组成,干燥后稳定性极强,在人体胃肠道中消化速率很低,并会因此而影响对裸藻细胞内营养物质的吸收。然而,目前采用将裸藻直接干燥制成的破膜裸藻干粉,每一个裸藻细胞内的物质都背包绕在该干燥后的浆膜内,必将影响到裸藻及其制品的生物学功效。
本发明依据包绕裸藻细胞内容物的该层浆膜对弱酸不太稳定的特性,先将新鲜裸藻采用弱酸进行破膜,使细胞内容物溢出,再进行干燥并制成该破膜裸藻干粉的基础上,加入适量的硒化卡拉胶、虾青素和维生素C,从而增加了破膜裸藻干粉及其制品的消化吸收及其抗氧化活性、抗衰老等诸多生物学功效,弥补了目前裸藻及其制品存在的不足,扩展了应用领域。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种破膜裸藻胶囊及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的裸藻胶囊,包括下列重量的组分:维生素C 2-5g、虾青素1-2g、维生素E 0.5-1g、硒化卡拉胶0.5-1.0g,用破膜裸藻干粉补充至总量为50.0g,制成总计100粒胶囊,每粒胶囊含量为0.5 g。
本发明还提供一种裸藻胶囊的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
A、清洗:将裸藻先用自来水反复清洗,去掉杂物,再用蒸馏水冲洗至无色清澈后滤干并收集裸藻。
B、破膜:将上述收集的裸藻置于适量PH值为6.5-6.7的微酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,溶液温度约为35-40℃,使其溶解破膜后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节PH值为7.0-7.1。
C、干燥:采用常用喷雾干燥的方法将上述裸藻液制成破膜裸藻干粉。
D、添加:分别取虾青素、硒化卡拉胶、维生素E和维生素C充分混匀后,加入上述破膜裸藻干粉中并充分混匀。
E灌装:将上述混合均匀的混合破膜裸藻干粉用常规方法装入胶囊壳内,制成裸藻胶囊。每个胶囊内容物的重量为0.5g。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明将新鲜的裸藻经清洗、破膜、干燥等工艺制成破膜裸藻粉,再增加适量硒,维生素C、虾青素后制备成破膜裸藻胶囊的方法,增强了破膜裸藻干粉对机体的健康效应,特别是抗氧化功能、营养补充作用和消化吸收水平。本发明的制备方法具有工艺简便、提高效率、易于消化吸收、增强功效,增加效益等诸多优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的裸藻胶囊,包括下列重量的组分:维生素C 2g、虾青素1g、维生素E0.5g、硒化卡拉胶0.5g,用破膜裸藻干粉补充至总量为50.0g,制成总计100粒胶囊,每粒胶囊含量为0.5 g。
破膜裸藻胶囊的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
A、清洗:将将裸藻先用自来水反复清洗,去掉杂物,再用蒸馏水冲洗至无色清澈后滤干并收集裸藻。

实施例2

裸藻胶囊的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
A、清洗:将裸藻先用自来水反复清洗,去掉杂物,再用蒸馏水冲洗至无色清澈后滤干并收集裸藻。
B、破膜:将上述收集的裸藻置于适量PH值为6.7的微酸溶液中浸泡3小时,溶液温度为35℃,使其溶解破膜后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节PH值为7.1。
C、干燥:采用常用喷雾干燥的方法将上述裸藻液制成破膜裸藻干粉。
D、添加:分别取维生素C 3g、虾青素2g、维生素E 1g、硒化卡拉胶1g充分混匀,再加入上述破膜裸藻干粉至总量为50g,并充分混合均匀。
D、灌装:将上述混合均匀的混合破膜裸藻干粉用常规方法装入胶囊壳内,制成裸藻胶囊。每个胶囊内容物的重量为0.5g,总计100粒胶囊。
经动物小鼠喂养实验证明,每摄入100克本胶囊中内容物(其中含蛋白和多糖分别为33克和42克),粪便中蛋白和多糖分别为4克和11克,吸收率分别为87.88%和73.81%。对照样品(目前市售裸藻胶囊)则为每100克胶囊内容物含蛋白和多糖分别为32克和43克,吸收率分别为63.2%和51.7%。本发明蛋白和多糖的吸收率均较对照样品高20%以上。
Claims (1)
1.一种破膜裸藻胶囊,其特征在于,由下列重量的组分制成:维生素C 2-5g、虾青素1-2g、维生素E 0.5-1g、硒化卡拉胶0.5-1.0g,用破膜裸藻干粉补充至总量为50.0g;
制备上述破膜裸藻胶囊的方法包括下列步骤
A、清洗:将裸藻先用自来水反复清洗,去掉杂物,再用蒸馏水冲洗至无色清澈后滤干并收集裸藻;
B、破膜:将上述收集的裸藻置于pH值为6.5-6.7的微酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,溶液温度为35-40℃,使其溶解破膜后用碳酸氢钠溶液调节pH值为7.0-7.1;
C、干燥:采用常用喷雾干燥的方法将上述裸藻液制成破膜裸藻干粉;
D、添加:分别取虾青素、硒化卡拉胶、维生素E和维生素C充分混匀后,加入上述破膜裸藻干粉中并充分混匀;
