Description

技术领域
本发明涉及粉体隔离阀。更具体地,本发明涉及能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的大型低压隔离阀。
背景技术
在输送粉体和/或粒体材料的技术领域中需要提供粉体隔离阀以切断并密封来自储料斗和容器的粉体和/或粒体材料流。
这通常通过公知的滑动阀来完成。存在各种类型和构型的滑动阀,但这些滑动阀全部都存在泄漏或者堵塞或是这两种问题兼有的情况。这对粉体处理行业而言是公知问题,并且目前还没有令人满意的解决方案。此外,粉体堵塞是直径在300mm以上的较大的阀——在这种阀中,需要很大的致动器来克服滑动阀中的摩擦——所特别存在问题。
使用了其他类型的阀如蝶形阀,但这些阀可能难以在塞满材料的头部中转动,并且叶片阻碍流动。具有球形关闭构件的可膨胀密封阀是一种替代方案,但其昂贵、沉重,并且由于要使用橡胶密封件所需的具有较大尺寸的专用模具,因此阀密封系统的生产成本高。模制而成的可膨胀阀密封件周围的加工部分呈公差精密的复杂形状,因此其生产成本高。
对粉体隔离而言,并非必须通过阀来提供气密密封,而是应当使粉体不能穿过阀。然而,必须对通向阀的外部的气体和粉体提供良好的密封。滑动阀的大的缺点中的一个在于难以阻止叶片在阀打开时拖带材料。叶片还会导致粉体的泄漏。具有扁平叶片的大尺寸滑动阀的另一难题是要使阀足够坚固以抵抗在内部粉尘爆炸事件中的失效。由于输送中的诸如煤尘的易燃材料具有爆炸风险,因此要求具有能够应对内部爆炸的安全壳设计。这相对易于通过球形关闭构件实现。

发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀,该隔离阀包括:
可旋转的阀关闭构件;
气动启动的密封机构,该密封机构包括一对可弹性变形结构,所述一对可弹性变形结构围绕可旋转的阀关闭构件的上表面延伸,
所述一对可弹性变形结构被保持在同样围绕可旋转的阀关闭构件的上表面延伸的一对环形凹部中;

15.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀,其中,所述密封环的密封通过被置于压力之下并发生变形的所述可弹性变形结构来启动。
16.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀,其中,压缩空气作用在所述可弹性变形结构上并迫使所述可弹性变形结构向下压靠所述密封环,从而具有迫使所述密封环压靠在所述阀关闭构件的表面上并形成紧密密封的效果。
17.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀,其中,所述密封环与所述阀关闭构件之间的距离为约0.1mm至1mm。
18.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀,其中,当所述气动压力被释放时,所述可弹性变形结构返回至其初始形状和尺寸,因此所述密封环向上返回至其初始位置并且在所述密封环与所述阀关闭构件之间形成约0.1mm至1mm的小间隙。
19.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀,其中,所述气动压力被给送到通道中并沿着所述通道给送,并且当所述通道被填充以所述压缩空气时,具有使所述密封环压靠在所述阀关闭构件上并造成压力隔离阀处于关闭位置的效果。
20.一种利用隔离阀来防止在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的方法,所述方法包括:
设置可旋转的阀关闭构件;
设置气动启动的密封机构,所述密封机构包括一对可弹性变形结构,所述一对可弹性变形结构围绕所述可旋转的阀关闭构件的上表面延伸,
将所述一对可弹性变形结构保持在同样围绕所述可旋转的阀关闭构件的上表面延伸的一对环形凹部中;
其中,所述一对可弹性变形结构能够被气动地启动成迫使密封环压靠在所述可旋转的阀关闭构件上而形成用于防止粉体和/或粒体材料泄漏的密封。
21.一种如上所述的以及/或者如图1至图3中的任一个所示出的能够对阀进行密封以免在粉体和/或粒体材料的输送期间发生粉体泄漏的隔离阀。
